Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work stress, communication, and motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Merak Jaya Beton Mojokerto. The total sample of the study amounted to 55 people. The variables used are skills, work stress, communication, and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing used is the simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (T-test). The results of the F test of this study indicate that the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3), and motivation (X4) simultaneously influence employee performance. While the T test shows the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3) have no partial effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable (X4) has a partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Leadership style, work ethic is an important factor in efforts to develop human resources and improve employee performance. Leaders play an important role in an organization. Leaders understand who is led and apply leadership styles that are appropriate to the conditions of their employees in order to improve performance. This study aims to examive whether there is Influence of Leadership Style and Work Ethics on Performance. The research method used quantitative descriptive. The total population of 600 and total samples of 60 respondents and data were analyzed by multiple regression. Samples were taken by random samplin g. The results showed partially the leadership style variables, work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, while the simultaneous variables of leadership style (X1) and work ethic (X2) have no effect on employee performance. Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology and information at this time is still not fully understood by the community, especially among rural communities. This is indicated by the lack of innovation by residents on cassava and opaque food products which are abundant in their region which they do not realize what potential can be created from these food products. Food products Cassava and Opak are generally food products which are only processed into monotonous products such as tape, jemblem, blend, fried cassava and opaque crackers. So that people feel bored with various monotony of cassava, but on the other hand when processed into various variants of processed cassava well will have a positive impact on being a product that is quality, quality, competitive and of economic value. The community service program initiated by the Al-Anwar College of Economics aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of rural communities to have a high awareness of the concern for the use of abundant cassava from low value to competitive superior products. The methods of implementation are (1) community empowerment with innovation activities processed cassava raw materials, (2) counseling on the management of cassava into JEJUKO "chocolate cheese jemblem", (3) training on the manufacture of superior products JEJUKO and OPAK spicy, (4) counseling about effective marketing methods to the community. This activity involved all the people of the village of Bleberan, Jatirejo sub-district, Mojokerto and assisted by experts from the health office. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge and interest in learning from the community to utilize abundant cassava raw materials in the village to be processed with high economic value and finally able to help the economy and improve the quality of life of the villagers.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has been recognized among scholars and policy researchers as the driver of economic development. Many studies have identified the strategic role of higher education, especially business education, in increasing students' entrepreneurial intentions. However, the interest in entrepreneurship among students is insufficient. One of the causes of low interest in entrepreneurship among students is the internal or external environment, entrepreneurship learning, practical experience of entrepreneurship, and motivation for entrepreneurship. This study aims to identify the dimension of entrepreneurial ecosystem to promote entrepreneurial intention in several educational-based universities in Indonesia. Using the qualitative method, the findings indicated that each university may have different nuances in terms of developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem and its impact on students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The dimensions of entrepreneurial ecosystems identified in this research include entrepreneurial experience, institutional support, networks and connections, role models, entrepreneurial culture, and the entrepreneurial environment. Thus, it raises implications for the government and educational institutions to infiltrate the programs of other universities to promote entrepreneurial intention. Keywords: Entrepreneurial intention, Entrepreneurial ecosystem, Business intention, Educational-based university

Abstract

This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general subject of higher education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue, through three stages, carried out in stages and continuously, namely 1) The value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and questions and answers through the digital platform Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage, carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The internalization stage, carried out in virtual practice by participating in the entrepreneurship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM). Students at the end have the values of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic traits and attitudes, love for the motherland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, peace-loving, fond of reading, and cares about the social environment, and has the characteristics of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation problems of instilling entrepreneurial character in early childhood. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. How the material is presented, examples, and practical implementation in accordance with the syllabus of existing subject matter. After the basic economic activity reference books are reviewed as teaching materials in accordance with the learning tools that have been developed.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan sebagai upaya membentuk perkembangan lahir dan batin, serta mengarahkan peradaban manusia ke arah yang lebih baik. Perubahan dalam kehidupan dan kontribusi terhadap perubahan dalam tatanan sosial berasal dari individu melalui pendidikan. Salah satu inisiatif unggulan pemerintah adalah program Double Track. Dalam program ini, ekstrakurikuler (Eksul) pada siswa SMA/MA menjadi keterampilan tambahan yang diberikan dengan ketentuan siswa minimal 1 tahun bergabung dengan eksul pilihan mereka. SMA Al-Maarif di Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur, menerapkan program Double Track. Tantangan yang dihadapi SMA Al-Maarif, antara lain, kurangnya pelatihan tentang digital marketing dan e-commerce, serta belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas yang mendukung program Double Track, terutama dalam pelatihan digital marketing dan e-commerce. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah pelatihan dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan fasilitas di SMA Al-Maarif, terutama dalam kegiatan digital marketing dan e-commerce, sebagai langkah peningkatan keterampilan ekonomi kreatif. Metode kegiatan melibatkan pengumpulan data visual dan verbal, termasuk data primer dan sekunder, yang akan dilanjutkan pada proses perancangan dan pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Financial reports contain information concerning the financial position and aims to assist entities in decision making. This research aims to determine whether the financial statements of PT. Siba Beton Indonesia is in accordance with The Indonesian Accounting Standards for Non-Publicly-Accountable Entities (SAK ETAP). This type of research is qualitative. Data obtained by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the author is descriptive-comparative analysis by: 1) Presenting the financial statements of PT. Siba Beton Indonesia 2021, 2) Observing, comparing and analyzing the financial reports of PT. Siba Beton Indonesia with SAK ETAP, 3) Draw conclusions about the application of SAK ETAP in the presentation of PT. Siba Concrete Indonesia. The results of data analysis and discussion show that PT. Siba Beton Indonesia has not implemented SAK ETAP and the obstacles in implementing SAK ETAP are significant. This can be proven, namely: 1) The entity has not presented financial statements in a complete and in accordance with SAK ETAP namely balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement, and notes to financial statements, 2) There are significant obstacles, 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles by providing regular training for employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi pelatihan digital marketing yang ditujukan untuk UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian lokal, namun banyak di antaranya masih menghadapi kesulitan memahami dan memanfaatkan potensi digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman dan kebutuhan UMKM terkait digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman UMKM tentang strategi digital marketing, menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan online yang substansial, serta meningkatkan visibilitas produk mereka di platform digital. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar digital. Implikasi praktisnya adalah memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang program pelatihan serupa untuk sektor UMKM lainnya. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini bukan hanya menguntungkan para pelaku bisnis UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan strategi digital marketing yang efektif. Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal, Digital Marketing Abstract This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing training aimed at MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises have a crucial role in the local economy, but many of them still face difficulties understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing. This research aims to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training tailored to the needs of each MSME. The research method involves an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and needs of MSMEs regarding digital marketing. The research results show a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing strategies, resulting in a substantial increase in online sales, as well as increasing the visibility of their products on digital platforms. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to local economic development by increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market. The practical implication is to provide guidance for local governments and educational institutions in designing similar training programs for other MSME sectors. As a result, this research not only benefits MSME business actors, but also provides benefits to the community and local government in supporting local economic growth through the use of effective digital marketing strategies. Keywords— Community Service, Local Economic Development, Digital Marketing
