Abstract

Education transformation in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly as the times progress. Many educators, especially in pesantren institutions, complain about this, especially in classical pesantren (salafiyah), there are still many institutions that use the pesantren curriculum with traditional learning methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of curricular transformation in pesantren in the 21st century. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The result of this study is that gradually the boarding school has used a modern curriculum and is not lagging behind with the changing times, especially in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Moral development and mental health have a close relationship with adolescents, including students. Basically, the manifestation of moral formation is not only about changes in attitudes that are visible physically but also the transformation of perspectives, mindsets, spirituality, and also feelings in a more positive direction. On the other hand, mental health issues are sometimes still considered not very important by our society. It turns out that it actually provides a lot of knowledge when examined further. Mental health will be achieved when a person's psychological condition is in a normal state in other words far from anxiety, fear, loneliness, anxiety, and emptiness. In fact, at the school level there are still many types of juvenile delinquency committed by students due to lack of understanding of morals. Not only that, today's teenagers also become more vulnerable to mental health problems due to various factors. Of course, this problem will be very worrying if it is not handled immediately duly. Therefore, in this paper will be discussed about Imam Al-Ghazali's point of view on the concept of moral formation and also mental health and how to apply it. Abstract

Peran Muhammadiyah secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, mengingat statusnya sebagai salah satu organisasi Islam terbesar di negara ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi Muhammadiyah dalam pengembangan pendidikan, terutama melalui pendirian dan pengelolaan berbagai institusi pendidikan mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi Pustaka, data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur dan penelitian terdahulu yang membahas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah telah berhasil menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang unggul baik secara akademis maupun moral melalui berbagai pendekatan inovatif dan integratif. Muhammadiyah telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang menggabungkan ilmu pengetahuan umum dengan nilai-nilai Islami, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus utama yang ditanamkan kepada siswa-siswi di lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah. komitmen yang kuat terhadap inovasi dan peningkatan kualitas, Muhammadiyah terus memainkan peran strategis dalam membentuk generasi muda Indonesia yang berpendidikan tinggi dan bermoral. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi yang berguna untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang pendidikan Islam di Indonesia

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman hidup manusia yang harus dipelajari dan difahami oleh seluruh umat muslim di muka bumi. Mereka yang bisa menghafalkan Al-Qur’an  akan mendapatkan kemuliaan didunia maupun di akhirat. Usia sekolah dasar merupakan waktu yang tepat untuk mengajarkan peserta didik menghafalkan Al-Qur’an  mulai dari surat-surah pendek. SD IIC merupakan sekolah Islam yang terletak di Kabupaten Pacitan yang menerapkan  metode muroja’ah untuk membantu peserta didik menghafalkan surah surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif . Pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode muraja’ah membantu peserta didik mencapai target hafalan yang telah diprogramkan oleh sekolah, membantu peserta didik menghafalkan Al-Qur’an dengan baik, dan benar sesuai makhraj dan tajwidnya. Setelah diterapkannya metode muroja’ah hafalan peserta didik menjadi lancar fashih, tartil dan mampu menambah hafalan surah pendek dengan cepat.

Abstract

This study is motivated by social media as one of the main features in smartphones that has become a broad space for expression and interaction for students. Unfortunately, many students lack an understanding of the boundaries of good social media etiquette, such as maintaining politeness, not spreading hoaxes, respecting others' privacy, and avoiding hate speech. This phenomenon indicates an urgent need to provide digital character education to students, one of which is through learning about social media etiquette. The use of smartphones in learning social media etiquette aligns with contextual and constructivist approaches that emphasize the connection between the subject matter and students' real-life experiences. Based on this description, this study is important to examine the extent to which the use of smartphones can enhance students' understanding of social media etiquette, while also serving as a strategic effort in shaping the digital character of the younger generation in the era of information technology. The purpose of this study is to determine how smartphones influence the improvement of students' understanding and etiquette in social media. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving a sample of 23 participants selected through purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of smartphones provides a unique appeal for students and facilitates their understanding of social media etiquette when delivered through the media they use daily, as it is more interactive and aligned with their digital habits. Additionally, changes in students' digital attitudes began to be evident after the learning, such as avoiding hate speech and respecting privacy on social media.
