Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new curriculum aimed at improving the quality of education through a holistic approach, emphasizing the development of character, creativity, and multiple-intelligence of students. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Lamongan Regency faced several challenges, one of which was the limited understanding of teachers regarding the concepts and learning methodologies contained in the curriculum. To address these challenges, mentoring was provided to Madrasah IbtidaiyahI (Islamic Elementary School) teachers (a case study in Brondong Subdistrict, Lamongan). In this mentoring program, the subject of PKM (Community Service Program) was the teachers in 35 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) under the Working Group of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (KKMI) in Brondong Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. The assets (figuratively speaking) as the implementers of this program totaled 70 teachers, with two representatives from each madrasah. The mentoring method used the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, aiming to maximize the assets and potential of the madrasah, while involving active participation from all teachers. The mentoring results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum, reaching 71.43%. Teachers were also able to develop lesson plans that align with the principles of flexibility and contextualization, and implement active learning methods through practical activities reinforcing the Pancasila Student Profile Project and the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile (P5-PPRA). This mentoring provided benefits and positive outcomes for the madrasah and students. The madrasah became more independent and achieved better performance, while students obtained higher-quality and more meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

Progressive Islam in Muhammadiyah is not to make Islam more advanced, but rather the meaning of progressive Islam is to strengthen the Islamic faith, even though over time, people's beliefs have changed, poisoned by many new ideologies. The purpose of this research is to determine the concept of progressive Islamic education and KH Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on progressive Islamic education. The research method used is library research, which is a means of finding information or data from scientific papers, book review articles, and literature sources. The sources used in this research are obtained from various books, journals, and other research results such as (theses and dissertations) as well as other sources from the results of tarjih decisions and Muhammadiyah congresses. The results of this study contain that the concept of progressive Islamic education can be understood as Islamic education in which there is a renewal of one's way of thinking or perspective on the development of science and its application to teachers. Meanwhile, KH Ahmad Dahlan's thought regarding the concept of progressive Islamic education is that progressive education does not only emphasize the doctrine of religious (Islamic) pedagogy, but also contains the mission of achieving social pedagogy by providing quality education to all people in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the presence of Muhammadiyah educational institutions in Islamic areas as well as for religious minority believers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the tolerance levels of students at SDN Cangkring Bluluk Lamongan. It is a quantitative research study that utilizes a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions. The data collection technique employed a quantitative approach, involving the distribution of questionnaires to the research subjects, specifically the sixth-grade students at SDN Cangkring in Bluluk District, Lamongan Regency, totaling 11 students. Based on the research findings, the average percentage of the total scores for all respondents across all questionnaire items is 78.36%. This indicates a high level of tolerance among the sixth-grade students at SDN Cangkring Bluluk Lamongan. However, it is worth noting that one student demonstrated a less tolerant attitude towards religious differences. Consequently, early education on tolerance values is necessary at the primary education level, considering the developmental characteristics of children at that age. An effective approach to tolerance education could involve a model that encourages direct social interaction among groups of students, fostering the development of open-mindedness towards differences in others.

Abstract

In the digital era marked by rapid advancements in information and communication technology, e-commerce transactions have become increasingly common, transforming traditional trading methods. This article discusses consumer legal protection in e-commerce transactions from the perspective of the Consumer Protection Act in Indonesia. Although e-commerce offers convenience and efficiency, consumers often face risks such as product discrepancies, delivery delays, and payment security issues. This research employs a normative juridical method with secondary data collection through literature studies. The findings indicate that despite laws designed to protect consumers, suboptimal implementation and a lack of consumer awareness about their rights exacerbate the situation. Effective legal protection requires collective efforts from the government, businesses, and consumers to enhance awareness and compliance with existing regulations.

Abstract

Article 119 of the Company Law states that the provisions regarding the dismissal of members of the Board of Directors as referred to in Article 105 apply mutatis mutandis to the dismissal of members of the Board of Commissioners. Members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners can be dismissed at any time through the GMS by stating the reasons for their dismissal clearly, but there is no more specific regulation regarding notification obligations or procedures that must be followed, so this causes members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to be unable to defend themselves. The formulation in this research is what are the legal consequences of dismissal without notification of the Company's Directors and Board of Commissioners at the General Meeting of Shareholders? And what is the legal protection for the Company's Directors and Board of Commissioners for dismissal without notification at the General Meeting of Shareholders? The theories used in this research are the Legal Protection theory according to Satijipto Rahardjo and the Legal Consequences Theory according to R. Soeroso. The method used in this research is normative juridical research in the form of library legal materials or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary sources of legal materials. The research approach used is statutory, conceptual, analytical and case approaches as well as techniques for collecting legal materials by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, book literature, journals and other sources of legal materials. The analysis technique for legal materials is carried out using systematic, grammatical legal interpretation. The research results show that the legal consequences of dismissal the Company's Directors and Board of Commissioners without notification at the GMS are that it is invalid if members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners object to their dismissal. This is because the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners have the right to know the reasons for dismissal and the right to defend themselves at the GMS as regulated in Article 105 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Company Law. Thus, all matters relating to the consequences of dismissal which are contrary to applicable regulations are deemed to have never existed. Legal protection for the Company's Directors and Board of Commissioners for dismissal without notification at the GMS is in the form of repressive legal protection, in this case the Directors and Board of Commissioners have the right to file a lawsuit at the District Court in accordance with the location of the Limited Liability Company in question and can make legal appeals to High Court and Supreme Court. The lawsuit filed contains unlawful acts as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code because the GMS was held contrary to the provisions of the Company Law. Thus, the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners have the right to obtain compensation for unlawful actions committed by shareholders
