Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the PAI curriculum is developed in pesantren, madrasah, and schools in the millennial era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research approach. The research results show that the curriculum is an essential component of the education program because it functions as a system and as a tool to achieve educational goals. In curriculum development, it must be adjusted to the conditions of students, schools, and the surrounding socio-cultural community, other parties related to the school. That is relevant to the needs and characteristics of the millennial generation will help them become individuals who are faithful, pious, and have noble character, which can be developed through intracurricular and extracurricular activities. Madrasah and pesantren prioritize in-depth Islamic education, while schools focus on general education in their curriculum development.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to identify the forms of bullying that occur in SMA Negeri 1 Karangmojo Gunungkidul, the school's efforts to prevent and overcome it, and analyze the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in the Roots Day program. The researchers used a qualitative approach and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results showed that the level of bullying in the school was relatively low, but verbal bullying still occurred among students. One of the efforts made was through the Roots Day Anti-Bullying program. The role of PAI teachers in the Roots Day program is considered very effective in instilling positive values, building empathy, and preventing bullying. The efforts that have been made by the school are to implement the Roots Anti-Bullying program, put up anti-bullying posters in the school environment, and form a Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK). The role of PAI teachers is at the forefront in character building and habituating students to behave positively towards others. The role of PAI teachers in this program is as a facilitator.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang menyerang Indonesia berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Pendidikan yang umumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka harus ditiadakan, akhinya pendidikan dilakukan dengan sistem Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ). PJJ kurang optimal dikarenakan ada berbagai kendala yang dialami oleh guru dan siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendidkripsikan pelaksanaan PJJ, menganalisa kendala PJJ kemudian memberikan solusi atas kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan PJJ di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pelaksanaan PJJ di MTs Jam’ul Mu’awanah Patuk dilakukan dengan dua metode pembelajaran yaitu PJJ dan tatap muka berkala. 2) Kendala yang dialami dalam proses PJJ di MTs Jam’ul Mu’awanah Patuk yaitu tidak semua guru menguasai media pembelajaran berbasis IT, sinyal guru dan siswa, keterbatasan kuota, kurangnya kerjasama antar orangtua dengan siswa, serta kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi daring. 3) Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mencegah kendala PJJ adalah : guru melaksanakan pelatihan IT mandiri, tatap muka berkala, pembagian kuota gratis agar tidak terjadinya keterbatasan kuota, anak-anak dihimbau mencari tempat yang banyak sinyal dengan menggunakan prokes, serta menghimbau wali agar meningkatkan kerjasama antara wali, guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Globalization presents opportunities and challenges for various aspects of life, including education. This research examines Islamic educational institutions' strategy for building global awareness. The method of writing articles uses the literature review method. The analysis used in this article is content analysis. The results of the research on the strategy of Islamic educational institutions by integrating global issues in the curriculum, using creative and innovative learning methods that can develop students' critical and creative thinking skills, encouraging students to be involved in international activities, creating an inclusive and multicultural learning environment, developing human resources, building strategic partnerships, utilizing digital technology wisely, strengthening the spirit of leadership, strengthening Islamic character, strengthening the alumni network, and improving the image of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to analyze the role of interactive learning media in increasing student participation. This study examines scientific literature from 2020-2025 that is relevant to interactive learning media and student participation. The stages of data content analysis include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research results indicate that interactive learning media significantly impacts cognitive ability enhancement, learning motivation, and possesses high levels of validity and practicality. Interactive media proves capable of transforming learning dynamics from passive learning to active learning environment through multi-sensory learning experiences that accommodate diverse student learning styles. Research conclusions confirm that interactive learning media functions as a participatory catalyst that activates students' multiple intelligences, yet its success requires continuous support of technological infrastructure, educator competence, and institutional commitment.

Abstract

This literature review article discusses differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on four dimensions of school well-being: having, loving, being, and health. The study aims to summarize empirical and conceptual findings regarding differentiation strategies that support students' holistic well-being. The method includes a systematic search of literature on Google Scholar (2016–2025, Sinta 1–6) using the keywords "differentiated learning", "Islamic Religious Education", and "school well-being", then descriptive-analytic analysis to map themes per dimension. The results show that the differentiation strategy of content, process, product and environment can increase the availability of materials (having), strengthen social and emotional relationships (loving), facilitate self-actualization and reflection (being), and maintain physical and mental health through kinesthetic and mindfulness activities (health). The integration of the four dimensions produces a comprehensive framework that not only improves academic outcomes but also maintains students' emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. These recommendations can be practical guidelines for PAI teachers and curriculum developers.

Abstract

Assessment in education plays an important role in measuring the achievement of students' competencies. This study compares the 2013 Curriculum assessment system which emphasizes authentic competency-based assessment with the Independent Curriculum which uses flexible and holistic assessments according to individual needs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study, data was collected through the review of curriculum documents and reference sources related to the assessment system in the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum. The analysis was carried out systematically to compare the principles, types, techniques, and implementation of assessments in the two curricula. This method allows for an in-depth understanding of the novelty and transformation of the assessment paradigm as well as the challenges of its application in the field. The results of the study show a significant novelty in the Independent Curriculum which provides greater space for teachers to design contextual and meaningful assessments, supporting the holistic development of students while increasing the capacity of teachers to understand learning objectives in depth. This study reinforces a new paradigm of assessment oriented to personal learning and islamic character development through the application of adaptive assessments. The novelty of this research lies in a comparative analysis that highlights the transformation of assessment as a tool for student development in a dynamic and inclusive learning context.
