Abstract

Pada bulan Maret tahun 2020, Pemerintah telah menerbitkan kebijakan penanggulangan penyebaran virus corona COVID-19 dengan mengeluarkan aturan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Aturan dimaksud membatasi aktivitas warga negara pada daerah tertentu yang terjangkit infeksi Covid-19 secara menyeluruh demi mencegah semakin menyebarnya Covid-19. Pembatasan tersebut, diantaranya dengan menutup operasional perusahaan, sehingga berpotensi terhadap keberadaan usaha serta melakukan tindakan efisiensi kerjawan dengan cara diputusnya hubungan kerja. Pada saat bersamaan Pemerintah dan legislatif menetapkan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan mengubah sebagian UU Ketenagakerjaan sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaaimana bentuk perlindungan tenaga kerja akibat disahkannya UU Cipta Kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian yuridis normatif dan metode analisis deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah belum tercapainya keadilan dalam mendapat memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik kepada segenap tenaga kerja Indonesia karena posisi tawar yang tidak seimbang antara pengusaha dengan pekerja, sehingga perlu adanya aturan yang mampu menyeimbangkan kedudukan antara kadua pihak

Abstract

This researcher aims to find out how mature the implementation of an electronic-based government system is in service by using the Village Development Index application in Tapos I Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The research method used was qualitative to understand the abilities that were able to be carried out by the research subjects, while the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the data validation techniques used were research triangulation, methodological triangulation and theoretical triangulation. The results of the study show that the Implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in Village Services through the Development of the Village Building Index Application. What is said is the Development Village Index (IDM) by showing the level of independence of the village with the IDM application by looking at the human and economic resources of the community as well as network constraints that are not strong so that the input of IDM data is hampered, the application is still constrained when the data transmission process is interrupted by the program itself, this happens when the server, especially the Village Development Index application, not only 1 village uses the IDM application but all villages in Indonesia. Tapos I Village is still classified as a developed village with an IDM score of 0.7614. For this reason, the Tapos I Village government seeks to increase the potential of its human resources and improve the community's economy in the field of food security and fisheries.

Abstract

Riset ini merupakan laporan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan praktik pelaksanaan akuntansi di UKM Lentera Jaga Karsa. Oleh karenanya pokok permasalahan dari riset ini adalah bagaimana bentuk atau format laporan Keuangan untuk para pelaku UKM di Lentera Jagakarsa. Hasil perancangan menujukan diperlukan laporan keuangan yang bisa dipahami dan dibutuhkan serta dipraktikkan adalah laporan Neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal dan laporan arus kas. Alat bantu yang digunakan untuk menjamin program perbaikan administrasi sederhana adalah Microsoft Office Excel.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding of the importance of attractive branding and marketing, as well as to develop and enhance skills in business management, marketing, and product innovation, which overall can help farmers improve their standard of living. The implementation of this community service activity took place over 2 days, on Friday, March 1, 2024, and Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Margaluyu Village Hall, Pangalengan, Bandung, West Java. This community service activity has provided significant benefits to the community, especially the participants, by enhancing their understanding of marketing strategies for processed products. This enables them to more effectively promote their products to consumers outside the village. Through training in digital marketing strategies, participants are equipped with valuable understanding and skills in utilizing social media and online marketplace platforms to market their processed products. Thus, this activity not only imparts new knowledge but also provides practical tools that assist participants in increasing visibility and market access for their products, supporting the overall development of their businesses.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemindahan Ibukota Negara kini menjadi suatu kepastian dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022. Dengan berbagai dinamika sosial,politik dan hukum akhirnya rencana pemindahan ibukota negara dan persetujuan bersama dengan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, ibukota negara dipastikan akan berpiundah ke Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Namun demikian tentu saja rencana pembangunan ibukota akan mengalami konflik lahan dengan beralihnya fungsi dan kepemilikan di wilayah tersebut. Status tanah yang sebelumnya dapat berupa hak pengusahaan hutan dan hak ulayat atau tanah adat tentu saja akan berubah fungsi.Tujuan penelitian in adalah untu menganalisis bagaimana Undang-Undang Ibukota Negara menagakomodir tentang penyelesaian konflik tanah yang akan terjadi. Metode penelitian pada penulisan ini adalah melalui metode penelitian kualitiatif dengan pendekatan desktriptif serta diperoleh melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah Undanh-undang Ibukota Negara tidak mencantumkan Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penyelenggaraan lahan dan dan tidak tegas terkait soal penguasaan, pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan lahan IKN.Dengan demikian diperlukan evaluasi terhadap aturan yang ada atau dengan memnyusun aturan turunan yang lebih menjelaskan dan menegaskan penyelesaian pertanahan yang ada.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to identify problem patterns and relationships between concepts. Literature analysis supplements the research by examining relevant journals and articles. Findings demonstrate a significant positive influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, motivating employees to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction serve as mediators between transformational leadership and performance. Transformational leadership enhances performance by fostering increased commitment and job satisfaction. Employees who exhibit attachment to the organization and job satisfaction tend to perform better. Overall, transformational leadership positively influences employee performance, with organizational commitment and job satisfaction acting as mediators in this relationship.

Abstract

Digital village represents the implementation of digital transformation at the rural level, aimed at improving public services, efficiency, and accountability. This research aims to examine human resource readiness and efforts to improve it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with participants from the Ciawi Village government. Data analysis utilized the People Capability Maturity Model. The research findings revealed that at level 2 (Managed), the Ciawi Village government does not yet have sufficient readiness to face digital village transformation. Based on the process areas of the People Capability Maturity Model, several areas require attention, specifically work environment, performance management, and training and development. The Ciawi Village government needs to develop its physical work environment to enhance community services and support village officials productivity. It needs to consider performance management to identify areas requiring development. This creates its relevancy with training and development programs to ensure alignment with digital transformation needs. The limitation of this research was that it specifically analyzed the readiness of Ciawi Village’s human resources aspect in facing the digital village transformation; it did not consider the readiness of any other aspects such as digital infrastructure and digital literacy. Future research will emphasize on digital literacy of the village community, broadening the scope of the digital village transformation readiness analysis.
