Abstract

The Depok City Government responded to advances in information technology by launching an e-app. Government application, Depok Single Window (DSW), in August 2018. Despite its potential to improve public services, DSW faces several obstacles such as lack of evaluation, decline in users, unpreparedness in handling complaints, and lack of socialization. This research aims to find out the Implementation of e-government in improving public services through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, Furthermore, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government. supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, and to find out the efforts of the Depok City government in improving the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application. Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to identify problem patterns and relationships between concepts. Literature analysis supplements the research by examining relevant journals and articles. Findings demonstrate a significant positive influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, motivating employees to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction serve as mediators between transformational leadership and performance. Transformational leadership enhances performance by fostering increased commitment and job satisfaction. Employees who exhibit attachment to the organization and job satisfaction tend to perform better. Overall, transformational leadership positively influences employee performance, with organizational commitment and job satisfaction acting as mediators in this relationship.

Abstract

In recent years, the field of policing has undergone major changes especially in the digitization of systems and equipment used by the police as tools in crime investigation and prevention. The importance of proactive policing and prevention strategies in the digital age makes it possible to identify and prevent criminal activity before it occurs through the use of sophisticated analytical tools, intelligence roles and other digital tools. This descriptive research aims to find out how the implementation of artificial intelligence in policing in the current digitalization era? The results concluded that artificial intelligence has been implemented in various forms such as the use of artificial intelligence drones, super apps for all services and Automatic License Plate Recognition in Police tasks.

Abstract

This study examines publication trends on anti-corruption education in Indonesian universities using a bibliometric approach. Secondary data was obtained from scientific journals published between 2019-2024 and analyzed through software to extract metadata, manage references, and visualize conceptual links. The analysis has revealed a significant increase with a total of 989 publications and 9,167 citations, resulting in an average of 9.27 citations per publication. The academic impact index showed an h-index of 44 and a g-index of 75. The network visualization identified 6 main thematic clusters reflecting the shift from conceptual studies towards evaluating the actual implementation of anti-corruption education programs. The findings emphasize the strategic role of universities in building an academic culture of integrity and provide a basis for developing more effective anti-corruption education strategies and policies in the future.

Abstract

The development of rural areas through the application of the smart village concept is inseparable from the support of information and communication technology. Kutuh-Bali Village is a village that is able to understand the problems and able to organize its resources to solve existing problems and optimize its potential so that its residents feel comfortable, safe, and become an independent village in Indonesia. Qualitative research description with case study type, aims to determine the optimization of the use of village funds in Kutuh Village Bali to become a smart village with the application of smart governance components. By using multiple sources such as interviews, observations and the use of secondary data sources since 2020.  Research result the village fund obtained every year has been managed very well in a harmonious relationship between the perbekel and bendese adat and is used optimally by building a Village Information System (SID) part of the implementation of e-government which is a tool for the village to manage village data such as village administration, correspondence management, and village population data management. and the Siskeudes application as a fraud mitigation in the use of village funds, in accordance with the priorities of village development and based on village development priorities and based on village authority as a form of implementation of the Tri Hitna Karana philosophy.

Abstract

Pentingnya etika penyelenggaraan negara dalam kontek kolaborasi antar personil dalam kepemimpinan pemerintahan. Etika sering diabaikan, memicu potensi permasalahan seperti korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kepustakaan pada makalah ini menjelaskan implementasi etika penyelenggraaan negara dalam kolaborasi antar personil. Hasil dari pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa etika pemerintahan memegang peran sental dalam menciptakan Good Governance, melibatkan aspek profesionalisme, integritas, serta pengaruh pada moral dan nilai-nilai yang mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pentingnya etika pemerintahan tidak sekedar menetapkan batasan bagi aparat pemerintahan , tetapi juga mencakup upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme, agat tindakan dan perilaku mencerminkan relfleksi etis yang bermanfaat bagi pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dalam kontek kolaborasi, etika penyelenggaraan negara menjadi krusial, kolaborasi antar personil dalam kepemimoinan pemerintahan memerlukan etika yang melibatkan individu, organisasi, dan profesi guna menjaga profesionalisme, integritas, serta mencegah masalah korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme. Kepemimpinan kolaboratif sukses memerlukan etika penyelenggaraan pemerintahan untuk efektivitras membangun kepercayaan, menghindari konflik kepentingan, dan memotivasi anggota tim mencapai tujuan bersama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Cibeureum Kecamatan Cisarua Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dilakukan melalui Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, Efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial PKH dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Cibeureum, belum tercapai secara optimal. Meskipun begitu, program ini sudah berjalan dengan baik oleh pemerintah karena sudah banyak masyarakat yang merasakan manfaat dari Bantuan Sosial PKH. Kedua, faktor pendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial PKH yaitu: tersedia aplikasi dari Pemerintah yaitu Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) dan Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial-Next Generation (SIKS-NG), adanya operator desa dan pendamping PKH untuk membantu pengawasan dalam pengusulan bantuan mulai dari Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dan Calon Keluarga Penerima Manfaat. Faktor Penghambatnya adalah kurangnya informasi sehingga penerima bantuan PKH kurang tepat sasaran. Ketiga, Upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial PKH dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Cibeureum, pemerintah desa dan pendamping PKH mengadakan sosialisasi agar uang tunai bantuan PKH digunakan dengan baik sesuai komponen dan memberikan pelatihan cara berdagang agar uang tunai yang diterima oleh Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) tidak habis begitu saja, melainkan dikelola agar bisa menambah penghasilan, kemudian pendamping PKH membuat laporan bulanan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) agar data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the competency development strategy of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) towards modern bureaucracy. Through the collection and analysis of literature for 2020-2024, key findings include increasing ASN creativity, employee empowerment, optimizing information technology, implementing a merit system, developing talent-based human resources, and reforming organizational culture. With effective education and communication, as well as cross-agency collaboration, strategy implementation is expected to create a more modern, responsive, and efficient bureaucracy in providing public services to the community. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter memiliki peran sentral dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs), terutama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan karakter dapat berkontribusi dalam membentuk individu yang tidak hanaya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki nilai moral, etika, dan sosial yang kuat, yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan karakter mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kepedulian sosial ke dalam sistem pendidikan formal, yang dapat mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis relevansi pendidikan karakter dalam mencapai SDGs, khususnya SDG 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memainkan peranan penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, berintegritas, dan berdaya saing global, yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakater harus terus ditingkatkan dan diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of marginalization of local communities and analyze their participation in sustainable development on Batam Island as an Industrial city that is developing and bordering ASEAN countries. The research applied a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach and used the concept of gentrification, an implication of new industrial cities describing a phenomenon empirically. The results show that Batam Island, as one of the developing new industrial cities than other cities, cannot withstand the influx of people from outside the cities to work and settle there. As the center of industrial cities in Indonesia's border regions with Malaysia and Singapore, it has opened cooperation with developed countries with the support of globalization currents to have affected the urban system and destroyed many traditional regional models. This research found that local cities' development strategies are required through the collaboration of sub-state actors and must be planned under a more macroscopic framework so that local communities are not deeply marginalized as part of industrial cities' growth.
