Abstract

The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) does not yet have special facilities for treating medical waste such as hospitals. Hospital/Puskesmas waste and waste generated by hospital activities and other supporting activities. Make a machine that destroys waste injection equipment equipped with a knife made of SKD as a plastic syringe destroyer. Design of a syringe crushing machine in the form of needles and syringes, Analyze the von misses stress received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the displacement by the load received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the safety factor of the frame structure of the crusher syringe. Analyzing using solidworks 2016 software, the results obtained are the maximum value of von misses, displacement, and safety of factor from the lower frame of the syringe waste crusher machine. Von misses stress obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 gets a value of 48.54 Mpa in software calculations, while in theoretical calculations it is 48.01 Mpa. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 1%. The displacement obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 software is 0.34 mm in theoretical calculations of 0.35 mm. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 2%. The safety factor obtained in the solidwork analysis gets a value of 4.7 ul (upper limit), while the theoretical calculation is 5.2 ul (upper limit) which means this frame is declared safe when the engine is operating.

Abstract

The lower mounting cylinder is a spare part for the hydraulic scissor lift. Where the lower mounting cylinder acts as the lower hydraulic cylinder holder. Where the lower mounting cylinder is one of the important spare parts of the scissor lift. The purpose of this paper is to understand the manufacturing process, understand the types of materials used in the manufacturing process, understand product functions, and The formula for calculating the spindle acceleration of lathes and milling machines in the lower mounting cylinder manufacturing process. In the lower mounting cylinder manufacturing process, S45C carbon steel is used, including medium quality steel. In the lower mounting cylinder manufacturing process, materials are prepared, material is cut, and turning. first, the milling process, the scrap process, the second turning process, the tap process and quality control. Where is the S45C material preparation, then the first turning uses cylindrical and chamfering, then milling which creates a barrier during the scrap process, then the scrap process which changes the diameter of the workpiece to square, then the drilling process, namely punching holes in the workpiece, then the second turning process, namely boring and chamfering, then the tap process, namely the threading process in the lubricant path and quality control, namely product checking. in the milling process, the spindle speed is 663.481Rpm. Before the lower mounting cylinder is packed, a check will be carried out on the workpiece to find out whether it is feasible and the size is appropriate or not. If the workpiece is deemed fit, it will be packaged for marketing, if not, the workpiece will be destroyed.

Abstract

Perawatan mesin merupakan kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan manajemen dan material, sampai pada suatu tingkat kondisi tertentu. Perawatan kapal dalam arti luas, meliputi segala macam kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk menjaga agar kapal selalu berada dalam kondisi layak laut (sea worthyness) dan dapat dioperasikan untuk pengangkutan dilaut pada setiap saat dengan kemampuan diatas kondisi minimum tertentu. Mengidentifikasi estimasi biaya perawatan dan mengetahui pembiayaan perawatan suku cadang motor penggerak kapal dan mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kerusakan pada suku cadang yang sering diganti agar nantinya dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan perawatan pada suku cadang tersebut. Dalam 2 periode perawatan Munic 1, penggantian komponen yang menghasilkan biaya sangat besar adalah cincin torak yaitu sebesar Rp 125,000,000. Sehingga dilakukan perhitungan dengan metoda repair policy dan preventive maintenance policy untuk menentukan perbandingan dalam pengambilan keputusan saat melaksanakan perbaikan maupun perawatan, dari keputusan tersebut dapat diambil kebijakan yang tepat untuk melaksanakan perbaikan dan perawatan yang berdampak positif bagi manajemen pengeluaran anggaran perawatan dan perbaikan.

Abstract

Expand Tube is a deformation process that is carried out in a cold state, to obtain a density between the tube and the tube hole in the tube sheet. This process aims to obtain a tight/tight connection so as to prevent leaks and not be separated from the seat, while minimizing stress corrosion and cracks axially in the transition zone behind the tube sheet. heater H072: 1. Carry out the stages of expanding tube heat exchanger ethylene super heater H072. 2. Obtain data on the tube when the process of expanding the tube heat exchanger ethylene super heater H072 is carried out. 3. Know the acceptance criteria for the process of expanding tube heat exchanger ethylene super heater H072. Writing conducted research with several methods including: 1. Observation method at PT. Diamond Prima Kalorindo. 2. Interview Method. 3. Literature Study Method. PT Intan Prima Kalorindo imports materials from Korea, but these materials are controlled by PT Intan Prima Kalorindo so that these materials are in accordance with consumer demand, during the expansion process it requires 2 materials, namely Aluminum Silicon 304 Stainless Steel. The Expand process is a deformation process that is carried out in a cold state, to obtain a density between the tube and the tube hole in the tube sheet. Where the tube has reached 'plastic' while the tube sheet is still in the 'elastic' stage. This process aims to obtain a tight/tight connection so as to prevent leakage and not detach from the seat, while minimizing stress corrosion and axial cracking in the transition zone behind the tube sheet. All expand calculations refer to TEMA 10th standards (Tubular Exchanger Manufactures Associations, Inc) and API 660 (American Petroleum Institute).
