Abstract

The research was conducted from February-Apryl 2014 at PT. RiauCrumb Rubber Factory of Pekanbaru, in the road Kelurahan Meranti PandakKecamatan Rumbai. It’s was aims to understand the effectiveness of biosand filtermedia and phytoremediation concept in remediation organic pollutans content inliquid wastewater of rubber for media of fish life. Sampling of BOD5 and CODwere taken in 5 place with interval every 10 days during 2 months for 4 times andanalyzed in departement public of laboratory. Liquid wastewater of rubber usingof 8 reactor units. Each other 2 reactor units to biosand filter media of control andother combined biosand filter with water plants have can reducing organicpollutans. BOD5 of primary Concentration about 387-465,3 mg/l and the end24,3-6,29 mg/l with effectivenesses 89,07-98,73%. While that COD about 710-846,6 mg/l and the end 44,3-45,8 mg/l with effectivenesses 80,39-96,47%.Altough to other parameter such as temperature about 29-310C, pH 6 and DOabout 3,5-3,83 mg/l can support for media of fish life. Percentage of survival ratefor Esomus sp and Pangasius pangasius 100% altough Oreochromis nilothicus93,75-100%. It’s reached standart quality of KEP-51/MENLH/10/1995.Keyword : Biosand filter media, phytoremediation, wastewater

Abstract

Abstract: This  study  aims  to  describe  the  cultivation  of  environmental  caring  values  in science  learning  in  high  school  students  of  N  Bhayangkara  Elementary  School  year 2016/2017  and  describes  the  supporting  factors  and  their  inhibitors.  This  research  is  a qualitative descriptive research. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation, and  documentation.  Data  analysis  uses  data  collection,  data  reduction,  data  presentation, and conclusions. Validity checks data using source triangulation, technique, and time. The results showed that teachers in planning science learning include habituation, exemplary and learning  while  doing.  The  steps  taken  by  the  teacher  include:  using  learning  media  and environment  as  a  place  of  learning.  Teachers  in  conducting  assessments  focus  more  on affective  judgments.  Supporting  factors:  the  performance  of  teachers,  principals  and gardeners  in  guiding  students  and  the  existence  of  learning  media  that  allows  students  to understand  the  value  of  environmental  care.  Inhibiting  factors:  lack  of  learning  time  of science and family role in instilling environmental caring value.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien bagi pengguna fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Kraton Kabupaten Pekalongan. nilai terendah 47 dan untuk nilai tertinggi adalah 86. Hasil uji normalitas data dengan uji Kolmogorov Sminorv menghasilkan nilai p (p value) sebesar 0,000 (p value < 0,05) ini berarti distribusi data tidak normal sehingga cut off point yang digunakan untuk membagi kategori variabel kepuasan pasien adalah median sebesar 62 yaitu kurang puas apabila < median dan puas apabila ≥ median. Hasil penelitian menuntukkan bahwa hampir separuh sebanyak 34 pasien (45,9%) merasakan kurang puas dengan pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Kraton Kabupaten Pekalongan dan lebih dari separuh sebanyak 40 pasien (54,1%) merasakan puas dengan  pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Kraton Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kata   kunci    :  Kepuasan pasien, pelayanan keperawatan   Inpatient Satisfaction Against Nursing Services Abstract. Nursing services is one aspect that affects patient satisfaction for users of health care facilities in hospitals. This study aims to describe the level of patient satisfaction for nursing care in hospitals Kraton Pekalongan. 47 and the lowest value to the highest value is 86. The test results data normality by Kolmogorov Sminorv produce p-value (p value) of 0.000 (p value <0.05) This means that the data distribution is not normal so that the cut-off point used to divide the category variable is the median patient satisfaction was 62 at less satisfied if <median and satisfied if ≥ median. Menuntukkan research results that almost half as many as 34 patients (45.9%) feel less satisfied with nursing care in hospitals Kraton Pekalongan and more than half as many as 40 patients (54.1%) felt satisfied with nursing care in hospitals Kraton Pekalongan. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemahaman siswa kelas XI ATP SMK Negeri 1 Sepauk terhadap materi nilai-nilai dalam teks cerpen . Masalah umum dalam model role playing pada siswa kelas XI ATP Negeri 1 Sepauk mendeskripsikan Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Role playing Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa Terhadap Materi Nilai-Nilai Dalam Teks Cerpen (Dikelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sepauk Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022) peningkatan Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, tes wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI ATP Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sepauk yang berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil bahwa penggunaan model role playing dalam pembelajaran materi nilai- nilai dalam teks cerpen sangat membantu siswa sehingga tertarik, semangat dan aktif belajar sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dan kreatifitas guru dalam mengajar. Peningkatan pemahaman siswa menggunakan model role playing pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 75,48 menunjukkan bahwa siswa sudah cukup mampu memahami materi nilai-nilai dalam teks cerpen mengggunakan model role playing, kemudian mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 90,15. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan khususnya peningkatan pemahaman siswa menggunakan model role playing mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari ketuntasan hasil belajar siklus I yaitu 58,06% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100% dalam kategori baik sekali. Kata Kunci: Role playing, Pemahaman Siswa, Nilai-nilai dalam Teks Cerpen

Abstract

Public service mals are made to improve the quality of public services, especially the government makes a policy for night services at the Singkawang City public service mal. Therefore, this study aims to determine the public's perception of night service policies (19.00-21.00) at public service mals in Singkawang City. The type of this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observations, surveys, and interviews. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data obtained is then analyzed descriptively (qualitatively and quantitatively) based on grouping, simplification, and presentation in the form of a simple diagram of the results of the questionnaire, and the results of the interviews will be analyzed and concluded as well as a comparison between one another. And found the results of a survey of 130 respondents, as many as 68% of respondents answered that public service mals are useful, 37% often go to public service mals, 72% of respondents often go to public service mals during the day, 71% of respondents agree with night service policies, for the time being service and employee performance is very good, 57% of respondents agree with the extension of service hours at night. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the community is happy with the night service policy at the public service mall because the community has a lot of activities during the day.

Abstract

Involvement and empowerment in quality is a series of ongoing activities, the implementation of which requires a significant amount of time, energy and costs. Inclusion and empowerment are closely related to the behavior of human resources in the organization. The type of research used is library research or literature study where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. In today's competitive business environment, employee empowerment has become an important concept in human resources. The employee empowerment process allows employees to play an active role in decision making in an organization to increase the alignment of personal goals with organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Policy for the Arrangement of Street Vendors on Jalan Merdeka to Lapangan Tarakan, Singkawang City. The analysis was conducted using the policy implementation theory from Merilee S. Grindle which includes content and context variables. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the involvement of the government, street vendors, and the community in the planning and implementation process of the policy is very important to achieve the desired goals. The Street Vendor Arrangement Policy has accommodated the interests of all target groups, namely street vendors affected by relocation and the community. This program provides types of academic, social, and environmental benefits that are felt directly, fairly, and evenly. This policy has also succeeded in encouraging positive changes in environmental and social aspects, thus creating a public space that can be enjoyed by all levels of society. However, in terms of resources, both budget, human resources and infrastructure are still inadequate so they need to be improved. The implementation of this policy involves various actors with different powers, interests, and strategies, but in general shows high commitment and support. The characteristics of the implementing agency, such as a flexible organizational structure, responsive organizational culture, and strong leadership, also support the success of implementation. In addition, street vendors' compliance with regulations and government responsiveness to community aspirations are key factors in the success of policy implementation. However, in terms of resources, both budget, human resources and infrastructure, they are still inadequate and need to be improved.
