Keandalan dan kemampuan sistem tenaga listrik dalam suatu jaringan sangat tergantung pada sistem pengaman yang digunakan. Oleh sebab itu dalam perencanaan suatu sistem tenaga listrik, perlu dipertimbangkan kondisi-kondisi gangguan yang mungkin terjadi pada sistem melalui analisis gangguan hubung singkat. Gangguan hubung singkat merupakan salah satu gangguan yang sering timbul, baik itu gangguan satu fasa ke tanah dua fasa ke tanah antar fasa. Penelitian ini akan menganlisis sistem proteksi Directional Over Current Relay (DOCR). Directional Over Current Relay(DOCR) atau lebih dikenal dengan relay arus lebih yang mempunyai arah tertentu adalah relay pengaman yang bekerja karena adanya besaran arus dan tegangan serta dapat membedakan arah arus gangguan. Penelitian ini juga akan mencoba menganalisis pengaruh interkoneksi DistributedGeneration (DG) yaitu PLTMH Seloliman Mojokerto pada penyulang Jolotundo khususnya kenaikan arus lebih yang bisa berdampak pada sistem. Pemodelan dan simulasi menggunakan software ETAP power station. Hasil setting relay DOCR lebih sensitif dan selektif dibandingkan  seting awal, yaitu dari t = 0,95 detik menjadi t = 0,23 detik, setting relay lebih cepat 0,72 detik dari setting awal.

A  primary  requirement  of  a  modern  electric power system is reasonable ability to satisfy the customer load requirements. Electric utilities involve generation, transmission, and distribution facilities each one of which contributes its own inherent  difficulties  to  the  problem  of  satisfying  customer requirement. A power system should be designed and expanded the facilities  in  order to  perform  its  intended function  with a reasonable risk. With increasing the electrical energy demand and the potential of disruption that may occur in the system, the distribution  system  must  have  high  reliability  and  continues supply to customer. In this case, the reliability of the distribution system needs to be evaluated by monitoring and analyzing the level of distribution system failure in a certain period of time.  A study  on  a  practical  distribution  system  with  application  of automatic  circuit  reclosers  (ACRs)  which  plays  an  important role in enhancing the reliability index of system is presented. The reliability index assessment analyze the reliability index of the existing system before and after application of ACRs. From the simulation  point  of  view,  the  system  average  interruption frequency  index  (SAIFI)  is  about  19.43%  or  decreased  the failure frequent event from 11.4 failure/ customer.year to 9.25 failure/customer.year);  while  the  momentary  average interruption frequency index (MAIFI) has decreased from 6.72 failure/customer.year to 5.05 failure/ customer.year, or increase the reliability index of about 24.85%.

Handy Talky (HT) merupakan salah satu perangkat komunikasi yang cepat dan mudah digunakan karenatidak perlu mengalami tunda waktu dalam proses pengolahan maupun pengiriman informasinya, namun denganterbatasnya jarak jangkau, membuat pengguna merasa tertantang untuk meningkatkan jarak jangkau radio padaband VHF / UHF tersebut yang biasanya hanya menjangkau 2-5 km dengan power maksimum 5 watt. Komunikasiradio Unit Koperasi dengan kelompok usaha bersama peternak sapi perah (KUBE PSP) Desa Kemiri KecamatanJabung Malang sering mengalami gangguan dalam komunikasi dimana kedua lokasi ini tidak boleh terhambat olehruang dan waktu, sehingga dibangunlah Cross Band Repeater (XBR) untuk memperluas jangkauan hinggaradius 40-100 km hanya dengan daya sekitar 100 - 300 mWatt sehingga menghemat penggunaan energy listrikdalam komunikasi radio. Cross Band Repeater adalah sistem perangkat repeater yang menggunakan dua bandberbeda untuk input dan outputnya. Kebanyakan menggunakan band VHF dan UHF. Input dan output dapatdipakai berbalikan, misal input dari VHF dan memancar ulang di UHF dan sebaliknya. Keuntungan dariXBR adalah kemampuan menggabungkan (crossing) kelompok VHF dan UHF. Dengan adanya Cross BandRepeater yang terpasang pada Repeater maka dihasilkan suara lebih bersih dari gangguan diri-sendiri juga jarakjangkau akan lebih jauh dengan penggunaan energi yang kecil.

Abstract Students’ physical fitness was the important things should be kept. To keep physical fitness, students were required to have sport regularly and have a good meal in quality and quantity side. So that, students   would have high students’ grade physical fitness and used their mind and energy to act in the school. To know whether students’ grade physical fitness are in standard level, so that it was required a test which  is used Indonesian Physical Fitness Test.The objective of this research was knowing whether students’ grade physical fitness Eleventh Grade of Senior High School of  Muhammadiyah 1 Babat, Lamongan Regency. This research used survey for the methodology. This research took location on Senior High School of  Muhammadiyah Babat, Lamongan Regency. The population of this research were all the students of XI class which was consisted by 176 students. Techniques of taking the sample  was used cluster sampling. The sample of this research was the students of XI IPS 2 which the amounts are 29. They were consisted by 15 male students and 14 female students. That sample was taken in a age range from 16 to 19 years old. The data was taken by Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The result of the research showed that the male students who had percentage 67% which students’ grade physical fitness were good, 33% which students’ grade physical fitness were in between. While female students who had percentage 50% which students’ grade physical fitness were good, 36% which students’ grade physical fitness were in between, 14% which students’ grade physical fitness were low. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlaksanaan aturan-aturan yang terumus dalam Peraturan Walikota Samarinda Nomor 19 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan oleh toko modern Alfa Midi di Kota Samarinda dan bentuk sanksi terhadap para pelaku usaha toko modern Alfa Midi di Kota Samarinda yang melanggar ketentuan pasal-pasal dalam Peraturan Walikota Samarinda Nomor 19 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan serta siapa sajakah yang dapat melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap toko modern Alfa Midi di Kota Samarinda berdasar pada Peraturan Walikota Samarinda Nomor 19 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan. Tujuan internalisasi kebijakan pengendalian iklim persaingan usaha yang sehat antara toko modern dan pasar tradisional dalam Peraturan Walikota Samarinda Nomor 9 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pedoman Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Rakyat, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Swalayan adalah untuk menciptakan harmonisasi serta keseimbangan peran (equal playing field) antara pelaku usaha toko modern dan pedagang pasar tradisional pada kegiatan perdagangan yang dilandasi dengan prinsip demokrasi ekonomi dan sarana pengendalian untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan keunggulan kekuatan pasar yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha toko modern yang berpotensi menimbulkan iklim persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat dengan pedagang pasar tradisional. Keynote: Implementasi,  Perwali Nomor 9 Tahun 2015, Alfa Midi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi determinan dari kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini adalah kesiapan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kerjasama dan kerajinan. Kerajinan dipengaruhi oleh inisiatif dan kreatifitas, tanggung jawab, sikap dan disiplin kerja. Inisiatif dan kreatifitas dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja dan sikap. Tanggung jawab dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan inisiatif dan kreatifitas. Prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh tanggung jawab, sikap dan kerjasama. Kerjasama dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja dan disiplin kerja dipengaruhi oleh sikap.The objectve of the study is to identify the determinants of working resdiness among vocational students in SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The sample is taken from all of accountancy students class XII SMK Negeri 1 Pati who amount to 100 students. The method of data collection uses questionnaire and documentation. Whereas data analysis comprises descriptive analysis and SEM analysis ( Structural Equation Modeling ). The results show that job rediness is in fluenced by cooperation and industriousness. Industriousness is influenced by initiative and creativeness, responsibility, attitude and working discipline. Initiative and creativeness are influenced by working discipline and attitude. Responsibility is influenced by attitude, initiative and creativeness. Working achievement is influenced by responsibility, attitude and cooperation. In chopping Rebung for the home industry, they still use conventional methods and lack the application of technology. This, of course, causes the productivity and quality of the home industry products to be less than optimal. Productivity is influenced by several factors, including requiring workers to be more careful so that it requires a lot of concentration, worker fatigue, which makes it less optimal in using time, and the workers' speed. Therefore, the primary control system was made an automatic Rebung chopper based on the VFD with Arduino Uno. The 3-phase induction electric motor is used as a prime mover for chopping blades and control using VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). For the critical system, use a spring and open the pressing tube's lid using a servo motor and the buzzer as a monitoring medium. The test uses VFD to adjust the rotational speed of the electric motor. The test results show that at a frequency of 20 Hz with a speed of 147.8 rpm, it produces chops with a length of 3 cm in 2 minutes 54 seconds. At a frequency of 35 Hz with a speed of 221.2 Rpm, it produces 2 cm chunks in 1 minute 53 seconds. At a frequency of 50 Hz with a speed of 260.1 Rpm, it produces 1 cm chops in 1 minute 5 seconds. Abstract—The occurrence of fault in electrical power system operation is inevitable. The causes of fault in electrical power transmission and distribution system for instances are lighting strikes on transmission canal, tree collapses, or short circuit inter-phases to the ground. In order to protect the equipment and the whole electrical system in Sengkaling Substation and to reduce the short circuit fault current quickly within timeframe of ½ cycle, it requires Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) which is going to be placed on the bus that comes close to a critical point. The designing and analysis on the system of before and after hybrid SCFL installment utilize PSCAD software. The simulation result obtained by installing hybrid SFCL in incoming bus 2 (20 kV) was that hybrid SFCL was able to reduce short circuit fault current in ½ initial cycle with L-G fault of 16.77 kA changed to 5.9 kA, L-L-G fault of 35.38 kA changed to 9.15 kA, L-L-L-G fault of 38.36 kA changed to 9.8 kA, and L-L fault of 28.89 kA changed to 4.35 kA. The average percentage of short circuit fault current that was reduced by hybrid SFCL was 74.12%.
