Abstract

This research was conducted because there was no accountability for the management of Tanjung Raya BUMDes, Boyan Tanjung Village, Boyan Tanjung District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers use the theory proposed by David Hulme and Mark Tuner, namely there are six indicators, with four research subjects. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze the accountability of the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) by Tanjung Raya BUMDes managers. The results of this study show that there are six discussions, first, management accountability in terms of legitimacy can be concluded that this is not optimal, it can be seen from the management of Tanjung Raya BUMDes Boyan Tanjung Village is not elected through elections involving the community. Second, the accountability of Tanjung Raya BUMDes management in terms of moral quality can be concluded that it has not been optimal as seen from the BUMDes managers who resigned unofficially. third, accountability for the management of Tanjung Raya BUMDes in terms of sensitivity can be concluded that it has not been optimal as seen from the non-development of new business units by the manager. Fourth, accountability of Tanjung Raya BUMDes management in terms of openness can be concluded that it has not been optimal because BUMDes managers do not regularly report and lack coordination with the Village Government. Fifth, management accountability in terms of resource utilization can be concluded not optimal seen from the manager not utilizing existing resources in Boyan Tanjung Village, the last management accountability in terms of effectiveness and efficiency can be said to be not optimal, this can be seen from the inactivity of BUMDes managers so that they are assisted by the village government in developing business units. It is hoped that the accountability applied will be able to help the development of Tanjung Raya BUMDes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kubu Raya dalam penataan pasar tradisional, Desa Kuala Dua, Kecamatan Sungai Raya. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kondisi pasar yang mengalami perkembangan pesat namun tidak diiringi dengan penataan yang memadai, sehingga menyebabkan pedagang meluber hingga ke badan jalan KH. Abdurrahman Wahid dan mengganggu arus lalu lintas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah sebagai regulator belum berjalan optimal karena lemahnya implementasi kebijakan dan munculnya aktor informal yang mengambil alih fungsi pengelolaan pasar. Sebagai fasilitator, pemerintah telah membangun Pasar Bahagia sebagai bentuk relokasi, namun pasar tersebut belum memenuhi kebutuhan pedagang karena keterbatasan infrastruktur dan lokasi yang kurang strategis. Peran sebagai dinamisator baru tampak setelah aktivitas pasar berjalan, dengan adanya pelatihan dan pemberdayaan pedagang yang bersifat reaktif. Faktor pendukung dalam proses penataan adalah keberadaan Perda No. 10 Tahun 2013, pembangunan Pasar Bahagia, dan kesadaran sebagian pedagang terhadap legalitas lokasi usaha. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi minimnya fasilitas pendukung, lemahnya partisipasi pedagang, resistensi terhadap relokasi, dan belum optimalnya penegakan aturan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, penyempurnaan sarana pasar, pelibatan aktif pedagang, serta pengembangan kelembagaan pasar secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bullying in Indonesia in recent years has shown a significant increase, this is clearly a concern for all parties, especially parents who have children and has become a very unsettling social problem in society. Based on KPAI data, there are 2355 cases of bullying in Indonesia in 2023, 837 of which occurred within the scope of education units. To prevent the spread of bullying within the scope of education units, it is necessary to socialize prevention. The purpose of community service is to provide understanding to students of State Elementary School No. 51 Sungai Raya about bullying, provide education that bullying should not be done, which will have an impact on declining achievement in school and problems in a person's psyche. The method of implementing PKM is carried out in the form of socialization, lectures and discussions. The results of PKM showed that students understood the material presented, were able to answer the questions asked by the participants, and understood the material well, as evidenced by the posttest score, which reached 76%. Conclusion of this socialization PKM activity can be an alternative to prevent bullying by students. Keywords: Bullying, prevention, socialization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan collaborative governance dalam upaya meningkatkan aksesibilitas ruang publik di Kota Pontianak bagi penyandang disabilitas terkhusus di Taman Catur Ayani Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas permasalahan pembangunan infrastruktur di Taman Catur Ayani Kota Pontianak yang tidak sesuai dengan standar persyaratan aksesibilitas sehingga membuat penyandang disabilitas sulit untuk mengakses ruang publik. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Innes dan Booher (dalam Planning With Complexity : An Introduction to Collaborative Rationality For Public Policy) yang menyatakan proses kolaborasi terjadi dalam model DIAD (Diversity, Interdepence, dan Authentic Dialogue). 1) Diveristy (Keberagaman), kesimpulannya adalah stakeholders berkontribusi dari beragam perspektif untuk menyelaraskan visi-misi Kota Pontianak dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan Taman Catur Ayani; 2) Interdepence (Saling Ketergantungan), kesimpulannya adalah komitmen stakeholders yang terlibat membuat dampak pada kelancaran pelaksanaan kolaborasi, namun kurangnya MoU atau landasan hukum yang mengikat dianggap signifikan dalam memastikan keterlibatan aktif dan rasa saling percaya; 3) Authentic Dialogue (Dialog Otentik), kesimpulannya adalah komitmen stakeholders dalam menjaga komunikasi terbukti dengan dialog rutin yang dilaksanakan selama pelaksanaan kolaborasi. Dari hasil tersebut terdapat beberapa saran yang diberikan yaitu (1) Diversity (Keberagaman), perlu adanya keterlibatan pihak swasta dalam proses kolaborasi terkhusus di Taman Catur Ayani; (2) Interdepence (Saling Ketergantungan), perlunya pengadaan instrumen formal, untuk meningkatkan rasa saling percaya dan kejelasan dalam proses kolaborasi; (3) Authentic Dialogue (Dialog Otentik), perlu adanya transformasi aksi nyata melalui monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala.

Abstract

Local wisdom of social care is the culture of helping one another to build food resilience in the Malay community in the border of Temajuk district of Sambas. For the Malay community to be a professional farmer, abundant food resources can survive without dependence on others. This research uses qualitative discrepancy methods by demonstrating food sustainability in a cultural perspective. The results of the study explained that social concerns have helped a former Indonesian labour force citizen who returned to his hometown to stop living in Serawak Malaysia so that he did not have a fixed job and decided to become a farmer. Social care is a form of support of the Malay people to others against each other voluntarily, through the approach of social capital such as economic resilience assistance through the provision of productive land and trade networks with neighbouring countries, thus creating resiliency with the community at the Temajuk border.

Abstract

The role of the Kubu Raya Regency Regional Library in realizing a culture of community literacy can be said to have not run as expected. This is based on research that is constrained by the availability of budget funds and human resources. The research data was obtained from the results of observations and interviews with purposively selected research subjects. This type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the results of the research, the Kubu Raya Regency Regional Library has not played a role in realizing a culture of community literacy. This can be seen in the role of a Facilitator where the Regional Library has not been able to facilitate several facilities and infrastructure that support in realizing a literacy culture in several school libraries and Community Reading Gardens (TBM) in Kubu Raya Regency. Meanwhile, the role of Community Servant has been carried out according to its provisions. The role as a companion who is actually a partner in realizing a literacy culture based on the research results of the existing companions has never received training in any form so as to affect the ability as a companion. As a Partner, regional libraries have not fully carried out their role in fostering, supporting and collaborating in an effort to improve the literacy culture of the community with existing literacy enthusiasts. Meanwhile, the role as a funder, the regional library does not provide assistance in the form of funds but as an intermediary in literacy activists asking for assistance from the national library. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended: as a facilitator, regional libraries can innovate in accordance with their duties and responsibilities, as a companion can provide motivation, support and inspiration for literacy seekers. As a partner, regional libraries can partner with the private sector and play a role as Funders, due to their limitations, libraries can focus on important activities that have an impact on realizing a culture of community literacy
