Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the counseling teacher effort in addressing juvenile delinquency anddescribe the efforts of religious education teachers in addressing juvenile delinquency in SMAN 1 Ngadirojo. This study is a qualitative type. The main subject of research is the principal, teachers, and students. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers Counseling made various efforts to address juvenile delinquency. Such efforts include preventive activities and curative activities. Measures include preventive activities include making personal guidance, coordination with parents, daily monitoring, and also the provision of coaching programs in Monday. Measures include curative activities include cooperation with the police and health centers, conduct home visits, provide spiritual guidance and direction of talent and interest. (2) The teacher of religious education made  various efforts in addressing juvenile delinquency. teachers packed learning activities using the media and methods as well integrates the values  when the national character of the material conveying religious. efforts outside the organized program of learning is habituation, approaching students in private, in coordination with parents, ask students active in Rohis credible form, as well as perform the operation order.

Abstract

Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) are community service programs for students at universities in Indonesia. The Tanjungpura University Thematic KKN which was carried out in the Kupah village area, Kubu Raya Regency is a form of synergy between UNTAN students from various study programs and village communities in solving problems faced by the village related to developing the Kupah village area as an environmental tourism destination (Ecotourism). The socialization activity was attended by 20 representatives of the Kupah village community. The activity was carried out using an educational lecture method to socialize tourism management in Kupah village involving all levels of society. The evaluation results showed that as many as 60 percent of the socialization participants already knew about tourism and had carried out tourism marketing.

Abstract

The Pontianak Agency of Population Administration and Civil Registry has implemented online licensing innovations in various aspects of its services to support e-government implementation, including the PIONIRS (Online Services from Home) program, which aims to simplify obtaining population documents for the people of Pontianak City.  This study employs a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis techniques to examine the implementation process of public service innovation policies through PIONIRS at the Pontianak Agency of Population Administration and Civil Registry, covering organization, interpretation, and application. The results indicate that this innovation represents a progressive step with potential for adoption by other regional entities, as evidenced by the involvement of socialization partners and the ability to accelerate public needs transition. However, the implementation process still encounters several challenges, including limited resources, the lack of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for online programs like PIONIRS, and insufficient community understanding of the service innovation policies. The integrated system aims to improve performance by prioritizing efficiency and public satisfaction through service simplification and increased online service engagement. Recommendations emphasize the importance of developing a structured system to support innovation in programming, expanding networks of partners and sectors, and implementing comprehensive affirmative education for the community through outreach.

Abstract

Kemoterapy merupakan salah satu penanganan untuk penyakit kanker. Namun, tingkat kepatuhan pasien terhadap kemoterapy dinegara berkembang tergolong rendah. Rendah nya kepatuhan pasien dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu dukungan dan pengetahuan. Kemoterapy dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pada pasien ca mammae dan menyebabkan komplikasi serius apabila tidak ditangani. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan pengetahuan pasien penderita ca mammae dengan kepatuhan dalam menjalani kemoterapy di RSUD Abdul Moeloek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi-square) Hasil penelitian diperoleh responden dukungan keluarga baik sebanyak 9 orang (13%), cukup sebanyak 37 orang (53,6%) dan kurang sebanyak 23 orang (33,3%), responden pengetahuan dengan kategori baik sebanyak 46 orang (66,7%) dan kurang sebanyak 23 orang (33,3%), dan responden kepatuhan kemoterapy kategori kuat sebanyak 9 orang (13%), sedang sebanyak 37 orang (53,6%) lemah sebanyak 23 orang (33,3%). Disarankan masyarakat perlu memahami faktor pemicu serta pencegahan ca mammae dan rumah sakit meningkatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada keluarga dan pasien tentang kepatuhan menjalani pengobatan kemoterapy

Abstract

HIV dan AIDS baru-baru ini telah menjadi isu kesehatan global. Menurut SIHA Kemenkes (2023), terdapat 377.650 orang yang positif HIV/AIDS di Indonesia. Di Lampung Tengah, terdapat 252 pasien HIV aktif. Kecamatan Seputih Banyak merupakan salah satu dari tiga kecamatan terbesar dengan jumlah penderita HIV positif sebanyak 43 orang. Saat menjalani pengobatan dan terapi, pasien HIV harus mendapatkan dukungan terbaik dari teman dan anggota keluarga. Risiko yang terkait dengan HIV/AIDS dan memburuknya kesehatan individu yang positif HIV terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman tentang program pengobatan yang tepat atau pengobatan yang tidak memadai. Para peneliti menemukan bahwa jika pasien HIV secara teratur meminum obat ARV, kualitas hidup mereka akan meningkat. Motivasi ini juga harus diperkuat dengan dukungan dari kelompok. Metodologi penelitian ini merupakan kombinasi antara desain penelitian analitik kuantitatif dan desain penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Seputih Banyak pada bulan November hingga Desember 2023 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Dua jenis uji yang dilakukan adalah uji univariat dan bivariat.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien HIV di Puskesmas Seputih Banyak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai sig adalah 0,534 dan nilai korelasi adalah 0,001, atau p < 0,05, atau hipotesis ditolak. Diharapkan pihak Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan edukasi kepada keluarga dan keluarga juga dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien, terutama dalam hal minum obat.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kubu Raya menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan keterbatasan sumber daya, teknis, finansial, dan infrastruktur. Penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kualitas layanan publik. Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), berbagai masalah dapat diidentifikasi, termasuk kurangnya keterampilan staf dalam pengelolaan teknologi digital dan terbatasnya pendanaan. Hasil FGD menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat hambatan, strategi implementasi dapat difokuskan pada pelatihan teknis, integrasi sistem layanan, dan kolaborasi dengan universitas serta sektor-sektor swasta yang ada. Pelatihan staf perpustakaan mengenai teknologi digital diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan teknis mereka dalam mendukung transformasi pelayanan digital. Selain itu, perlu adanya upaya pencarian sumber pendanaan alternatif seperti hibah dan sponsor untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya transformasi digital dan langkah-langkah konkret yang dapat dilakukan, meskipun realisasi penuh membutuhkan dukungan lebih lanjut dari pihak-pihak terkait.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is classified as a chronic disease that causes complications that must be prevented. One way to prevent complications is to try to maintain stable blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. Therefore, the government established the Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) through BPJS to provide services to maintain stable blood sugar. The aim of this research is the relationship between the Diabetes Mellitus Patient Satisfaction Survey and Prolanis Health Services at the Way Kandis Community Health Center.This research method uses a quantitative type of research with a cross sectional approach. The test used is chi square. The population in this study were 254 patients with diabetes mellitus and the sample in this study was 42 diabetes mellitus patients.Based on the results of univariate analysis, it is known that the majority of respondents said they were dissatisfied, amounting to 15 people (35.7%) and respondents who received prolanis health services which were not good, amounting to 25 respondents (59.5%). Based on the results of statistical tests, a p-value of 0.018 <0.05 was obtained, which means there is a relationship between the Diabetes Mellitus Patient Satisfaction Survey and Prolanis Health Services at the Way Kandis Community Health Center, Bandar Lampung. As input for community health center managers to improve health services as well as insight into the effectiveness of interactions with patients, and especially on satisfaction with the prolanis program for diabetes mellitus patients.

Abstract

One of the changes in organ systems during the degeneration process is the elderly's nervous system which can cause sleep problems. Exercise and activity levels can have an clash on an individual's capacity to sleep as well as the quality of their sleep. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether senior exercise and senior sleep quality at the Kedaton inpatient health center. Quantitative research and Cross Sectional research design. Research analysis includes univariate and bivariate. Uses the chi square test to connect 2 variables independent and dependent variables.There is a significant relationship between exercise for elderly and sleep quality for the elderly at the Kedaton Inpatient Health Center, Bandar Lampung City with statistical results obtained with a p value of 0.005 or p value α (0.05). Suggestions for future researchers It is required to see again at the possibility as other activities that help enchane the sleep quality of the elderly.

Abstract

Asma adalah penyakit yang menyerang saluran pernafasan yang bisa menyerang siapa saja, namun penderita paling banyak adalah para anak-anak. Menurut KEMENKES (2008) , 100 hingga 150 juta orang di dunia menderita asma, jumlah ini diperkirakan akan meningkat sebanyak 18.000 kasus setiap tahunnya. Setiap negara di dunia memilki kejadian kasus asma yang berbeda-beda..Tujuan dari penyuluhan kesehatan ini yaitu agar  masyarakatdapatmengetahukonsepdaripenyakitasmasertapahammengenaipengobatannya. Peserta hadir sebanyak 104orang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuandimana yang diwakili3 orang karenamengingatsituasi pandemic covid-19 sertalaranganpemerintahuntukberkerumun. Tempat yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan rencana yang telah dibuat dan menggunakan perlengkapan selama penyuluhan seperti leaflet danlembarbolak-balik. Kegiatan ini dilakukanmahasiswa ilmu keperawatan dari universitas malahayati Bandar Lampung serta di fasilitasi oleh pihak puskesmas. Peran dan tugas telah ditetapkan mencakup penanggung jawab, moderator, notulen, observer, fasilitator dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat yang terdiagnosaasmai tentang konsepasma dan cara pencegahannya. Saran pada puskesmas untuk melakukanpromosikesehatankedepannyasebagai program kerjadaripuskesmas.
