Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan mitra adalah banyaknya anggota dari kelompok wanita tani Lestari yang tidak paham dalam budidaya pertanian/perkebunan dan sebagian besar anggota dari kelompok wanita tani ini tidak memiliki lahan kebun bibit yang dapat difungsikan sebagai lahan Kebun Bibit Desa (KBD). Hanya ketua kelompok yang selama ini memiliki lahan kebun bibit yang difungsikan secara bersama oleh anggota kelompok. Ketiadaan lahan lebih banyak disebabkan ketidakmampuan anggota kelompok dalam memilih lokasi yang tepat sesuai dengan peruntukan lahan. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra maka tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemetaan swadaya agar kelompok wanita tani ini memiliki lokasi Kebun Bibit Desa (KBD) yang tepat melalui metode Participatory Rural Appraisal khususnya alat kaji transect dan alat kaji matriks permasalahan budidaya pertanian/perkebunan yang dilakukan secara mandiri melalui proses pendampingan. Melalui proses pendampingan ini seluruh anggota kelompok dapat menjalankan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal khususnya alat kaji transect dan alat kaji matriks permasalahan budidaya pertanian/perkebunan. Dengan pendampingan terhadap metode ini kelompok wanita tani Lestari memiliki lahan kebun bibit yang baru serta memanfaatkan lahan kebun bibit desa tersebut untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi anggota kelompoknya.Abstract: The problem of partners is that there are many members of the Lestari farmer group who do not understand the cultivation of agriculture/plantations, and most members of the Lestari farmer group do not have a nursery land that can be used as a village nursery land (KBD). The only group leader who has owned a nursery land that has been functioned together by members. The lack of land is mainly due to the inability of group members to choose the right location by the land designation. Based on the partner's problem, the aim of community service activities is to carry out a community empowerment process through self-help mapping so that the Lestari farmer women's group has the right location for the KBD through the PRA method, primarily the transect assessment tool and the matrix assessment tool for agricultural/plantation problems. Independently through the mentoring process. Through this mentoring process, all group members can carry out the PRA method, primarily the transect assessment tool and the matrix/agricultural cultivation problem assessment tool. With this method of assistance, a group of Lestari farmer women have a new nursery land and use the KBD to increase the economic income of their group members.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan memerlukan rangsangan dari pemerintah kecamatan dalam hal ini seorang camat, karena pada hakikatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan ini diletakan sebagai konsep yang bersistem, sebagai syarat, cara dan tujuan. Bahkan merupakan hak dasar masyarakat untuk terlibat  secara kreatif dalam proses perencanaan serta dalam menikmati hasil-hasil pembangunan secara adil dan manusiawi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan camat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang dan Untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31.996 jiwa. Sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane, dengan mengambil toleransi kesalahan 10% sehingga diperoleh sampel dengan jumlah 100 jiwa, teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling. Tipe penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Kuesioner dan Penelitian Pustaka serta Wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Peranan Camat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang adalah 83% dari 100% hasil yang diharapkan. Sehingga Camat dikatakan “Sangat Berperan” dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang dan Nilai dari Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang adalah 72% dari 100% hasil yang diharapkan. Sehingga Masyarakat dikatakan “Berperan” dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang.  Kata Kunci :  Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Peranan Camat.

Abstract

The main study in this research is the Implementation of Service of Social Security Organizing Body (BPJS) Integrated Health at Lompoe Health Center, Bacukiki Sub-district, ParePare City. The population was taken from all BPJS participants in the puskesmas area with a population of 10,000 people, and a sample of 100 people using the slovin formula. Technique of collecting datanyamelalui observation, kuisioner, dokumentasi.Teknik Analysis of data that is descriptive quantitative. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of service principles of the Integrated Health Insurance Board (BPJS) in Lompoe Health Center of Bacukiki Sub-District of ParePare City is viewed from the ten indicators of service principle: simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, , discipline and comfort, obtained a good percentage of the results and memuskan. And obtained an ideal result of 77% of 100% expected results, this indicates that the principle of service is well implemented in Lompoe Community Health Center. Participant satisfaction on the service Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Integrated Health at Lompoe Community Health Center Bacukiki District ParePare City seen from the fifth indicators of satisfaction ie patient welfare, patient comfort, patient room condition, patient medical records and care unit obtained a good or satisfactory percentage. And obtained an ideal result of 78% of 100% expected results, this indicates that participants BPJS Health at Lompoe Community Health Center has been satisfied to receive services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fungsi pemerintah desa terhadap pemerataan pembangunan di Desa Bola Bulu Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 80 orang yang mendapat pelayanan di Desa Bola Bulu Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kecamatan Sidenreng Rappang dari total populasi sebanyak 2426 orang, penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan didapat hasil sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data atau teknik survey yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket / angket, wawancara, studi pustaka, kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel (x) fungsi pemerintahan desa 55,67% kategori cukup baik. Dilihat dari Indikator Transparansi, 37% dikategorikan kurang baik. Selanjutnya variabel (y) Ekuitas Pembangunan yang dihasilkan 67% kategori baik. Dilihat dari Indikator Penjaminan, hubungan dan konsistensi proses pembangunan yang dihasilkan cukup baik sebesar 52%, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi Pemerintah Desa dalam Pemerataan Pembangunan di Desa Bola Bulu Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan hasil menyatakan bahwa 67% dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pasien rujukan rawat jalan dan kunjungan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang yaitu 2,114 orang. Sampel yang di gunakan peneliti adalah 95,48 dibulatkan 95 responden, diambil berdasarkan teknik insidental sampling. Adengan Tipe penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan dimana data yang digunakaan adalah hasil observasi, quisioner, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang yang terkumpul kemudian digunakan dengan cara teknik analisis data, dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for Windows dan Skala Likert. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan rekapitulasi 58,12% dikategorikan kurang baik. kepuasan pasien Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan rekapitulasi 63,2% dikategorikan baik, meski demikian, diketahui bahwa terdapat masalah pada indikator lokasi 60,4%, fasilitas 57%, imange 60%. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien Puskesmas Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan nilai thitung ≥ ttabel1.740 ≥ 1.661 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya berpengaruh/signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Government Performance on Waste Management in Macorawalie Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this research is the community with male and female gender totaling 895 people from 2 hamlets, the data collection technique is the Yount formula with the results of 95 people, taken based on purposive sampling. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research type, data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique is using validity, reliability using SPSS 16.0 application and Likert Scale. Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire analysis, a recapitulation of Government Performance variables obtained 67.6% is included in the "Good" category. Recapitulation of Waste Management variable 64.4% included in the category of "Good".

Abstract

Research objectives To determine the level of community participation in the use of web applications in Aka - Akae Village, to find out the factors that influence the level of community participation in the use of web applications in Aka - Akae Village. The population of this study was 499KK, while the research sample was 83 people. The data collection techniques used in this research are (1) observation, (2) decision study, (3) questionnaire, while using scalalicert data analysis technique. The collected data were then analyzed using a frequency table and using the SPSS 2.1 application. The results of the research on the level of community participation on the use of web applications in the Aka-Akae village, Watang Sidenreng district, were included in the "good" average category, namely 66.428%, in the good category, while the communication factor in increasing participation regarding the use of web applications in Aka-Akae Village 28 , 7%, the factor of community understanding in using web applications in Aka-Akae Village 18.9%, and the community's ability factor in using web applications in Aka-Akae Village 39.6%. This can be seen from the t test, where t count is 1.325% smaller than t table 1.993 when Ho is accepted, meaning it is not significant, so the level of community Participation has no significant effect on the use of Web applications.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence human resource management has on employee performance at the Maiwa District Office, Enrekang Regency which was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 22 Maiwa District Office employees and 30 Maiwa District residents where based on the results of data processing carried out the results of the R2 determination test were obtained. where the R value is 0.414, which means that human resource management has a sufficient influence on improving the performance of the Maiwa District Office, Enrekang Regency employees by 41% and based on the results of hypothesis testing using F-test analysis on the basis of decision making the value Fcount > Ftable and the results obtained are 10.333 > 4.03 with a significant level of 0.005 and the result is 0.002 which means that the influence between human resource management on improving the performance of the Maiwa District Office, Enrekang Regency is acceptable and has a positive and significant effect. significant coup.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all forms of service experienced limitations, one of which was at the UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hospital issued innovations but they have not been implemented properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the government's strategy to improve service quality at UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of this research was quantitative associative. The results of this study obtained a recapitulation of strategy variables of 64.7% in the "Good" category. Recapitulation of service quality variables by 57% is in the "Good enough" category. The recapitulation of the indicators of factors that influence the service quality strategy of 61.2% is in the "Good" category, and the influence between strategy and service quality at UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency during the covid 19 pandemic is categorized as "Influential/Significant" .
