Abstract

Era Revolusi 4.0 telah memberikan perubahan disegala aspek kehidupan termasuk pada teknologi Militer yang saat ini telah menghadirkan beberapa teknologi militer seperti unmanned system, sistem robotik yang berkolaborasi dengan Big Data yang mampu untuk mendeteksi ancaman dan serangan musuh. Indonesia sebagai negara yang kaya terhadap sumber alam masih belum terbebas dari konflik bersenjata. Papua menjadi wilayah paling tinggi terjadi konflik bersenjata di Indonesia. KKB diklaim sebagai dalang dari setiap serangan yang terjadi. Serangan yang digencarkan KKB tidak hanya melukai warga sipil, namun juga personel TNI-POLRI hingga Pos Militer atau Pos jaga. Belum adanya teknologi khusus pada Pos Militer atau Pos Jaga sehingga dalam mengantisipasi serangan mengandalkan kesigapan dari personel yang bertugas. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penulis ingin menghadirkan robot penjaga yang dapat diaplikasikan pada Pos Militer di Papua. Robot penjaga yang diusulkan peneliti didukung dengan senjata SS2 v2 serta terintegrasi dengan kamera yang memungkinkan mengenali musuh atau kawan. Proses pengenalan musuh atau kawan mengimplementasikan image processing. Hasil pengenalan akan dikirim ke layar yang ada di Pos Militer melalui video sender. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik dari jarak 2 meter hingga 12 meter. Perubahan sudut juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan dan hasil pengenalan terbaik diperoleh pada sudut 0o hingga 60o. Intesitas cahaya yang terukur 0 Lux menghasilkan pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan yang buruk dan pengujian perubahan intensitas meliputi 169, 271, 341 dan 412 masih menghasilkan pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pemantauan suhu berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) pada kegiatan lapangan personel TNI-AD dengan integrasi Bot Telegram untuk penyampaian informasi secara real-time. Fokus utama sistem ini adalah pemantauan suhu lingkungan guna memastikan kenyamanan dan keamanan personel selama kegiatan lapangan. Sensor suhu ditempatkan secara strategis untuk mengukur variabilitas suhu di berbagai titik dengan menggunakan teknologi IoT. Tahap perancangan dan implementasi sistem melibatkan penggunaan sensor suhu, mikrokontroler, dan modul IoT. Data suhu yang terkumpul secara otomatis oleh sensor disalurkan melalui jaringan IoT, memastikan pengiriman informasi yang cepat dan akurat ke server pusat. Integrasi Bot Telegram memberikan kemampuan untuk menyampaikan informasi secara real-time kepada personel TNI-AD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemantauan suhu ini berhasil mengukur variabilitas suhu dengan tingkat presisi yang tinggi. Pemanfaatan teknologi IoT memungkinkan pengumpulan data secara otomatis dan efisien, sementara integrasi Bot Telegram memberikan akses secara real-time kepada personel lapangan. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kenyamanan dan keamanan personel TNI-AD selama kegiatan lapangan. Pengembangan dari sistem pemantauan suhu berbasis IoT dengan integrasi ot Telegram dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan lingkungan. Penerapan teknologi ini di lapangan membuktikan keandalan dan ketepatan pengukuran suhu. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai model untuk peningkatan kualitas pemantauan suhu dalam kegiatan lapangan personel TNI-AD. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam konteks pengembangan teknologi terkini untuk mendukung keberhasilan operasional dan keselamatan personel TNI-AD selama kegiatan dilapangan.

Abstract

The frequent armed conflicts in Papua have earned it the dubious distinction of being the number one region in Indonesia with the highest incidence of armed conflicts. These actions are claimed to be the work of the Armed Criminal Group (ACG) and often target military posts or guard stations. Given the conditions at these guard stations, there is a perceived need to introduce technology for better anticipating and countering attacks. In response to these challenges, the author envisions the introduction of a guard robot as a solution. This proposed guard robot is integrated with an SS2 weapon and has the capability for remote control of its firing. The remote control of the robot is facilitated by the LoRa Sx1278 module, which is purported to have a range of up to 500 meters. The researcher's proposed guard robot consists of components, including the Arduino Nano, LoRa SX1278 Module, L298N Motor Driver, DC Motors, Solenoid, 12-Volt LiPo Battery, Step-down module, and KY-023 Joystick. The research findings highlight the impact of the quantity of data on transmission delay. The lowest delay observed during the 10th test, with the transmission of 10 words, had an average delay of 531 ms, while the lowest delay during the first test, involving the transmission of a single word, had an average delay of 81 ms. In terms of data transmission range tests using the LoRa SX1278 module, under Line of Sight (LOS) conditions, the best range achieved was 350 meters, whereas under Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) conditions, the range was limited to 100 meters.

Abstract

Background: Gun storage security is an important aspect in supporting operations, but manual monitoring often creates obstacles to the effectiveness and accuracy of gun storage data management. Objective: The purpose of this study is to optimize the gun storage security monitoring system with web-based technology to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the database. Methods: The method used in this study is the development of a web server-based system that is integrated with real-time monitoring features, automatic notifications, cloud-based data storage to facilitate data access and tracking. Result: The results of this study are the creation of a system that is able to improve the accuracy and responsiveness of gun storage monitoring, as well as improve the efficiency of database management. Conclusion: In conclusion, the implementation of this web-based system has the potential to reduce security risks and significantly increase the effectiveness of monitoring in gun storage.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is an archipelagic country with 17,504 islands, geographically Indonesia is located between the continents of Asia and Australia and the two Pacific and Indian Oceans. In support of maintaining the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the land dimension, equipment is needed to support the main tasks. The majority of the equipment used requires electrical energy in its use. Meanwhile, in carrying out their duties, while maintaining sovereignty in border areas, the geography is in the form of tropical forests with minimal fields of electrical energy as an energy supply. Therefore, researchers develop a source of electrical energy by utilizing footsteps, which is a solution for recharging electrical energy. In developing the tool, the method used is fast charging. The mini generator located on the shoe is expected to be a solution for recharging as a supply of electrical energy for equipment to support basic tasks. Capacitor Bank is used to stabilize the input voltage of the mini generator so that recharging becomes more stable and charging faster.
