Abstract

Tujuan penerapan digital marketing bagi trader di pasar Segiri adalah untuk mengetahui  dampak pemasaran melalui digital marketing terhadap penjualan produk trader di pasar Segiri, dengan membandingkan trader yang menggunakan pemasaran melalui digital marketing sebagai sarana promosi dan transaksi online dengan trader yang belum menggunakan digital.  pemasaran. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah trader yang mau belajar dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan digital marketing dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Dari 15 sampel yang kami ambil, hanya 10 orang yang bersedia berkomitmen untuk menerapkan pemasaran digital dalam pengembangan bisnis mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang kami lakukan adalah memperkenalkan teori dan praktik menggunakan digital marketing sebagai media promosi dalam upaya mengembangkan bisnis di Pasar Segiri, Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2021 – Januari 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman, keseragaman dan dominasi jenis plankton yang terdapat pada zonasi sebelum padang lamun, padang lamun dan sesudah padang lamun di perairan Tihi- Dusun tihi, Kota Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Pengambilan sampel lamun dan air dilakukan di 4 stasiun penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang kemudian diidentifikasi di Laboratorium Keanekaragaman Hayati Perairan Fakultas Kedokteran Unmul. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 4 spesies lamun yaitu Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, Halophila ovalis dan Cymodocea rotundata. Ada 40 jenis plankton yang termasuk dalam 7 kelas. Komposisi plankton yang mendominasi adalah dari kelas Bacillariophyceae dengan persentase 53% dan zooplankton terbesar adalah Maxillopoda dengan nilai persentase 6%. Nilai Indeks Keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada titik pra-lamun dengan nilai 5,45. Nilai ini dikategorikan tinggi. Nilai indeks keseragaman pada semua titik sampling adalah 1,05. Nilai indeks dominansi plankton pada semua titik pengambilan sampel berkisar antara 0,003 sampai dengan 0,028 dengan nilai rata-rata 0,012 yang berarti jenis plankton yang ditemukan pada semua titik zonasi relatif seragam, artinya jenis plankton yang ditemukan cenderung tidak seragam atau jauh berbeda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas LKPD terintegrasi literasi saintifik untuk penggunaan KIT praktikum terhadap hasil belajar yang didapatkan peserta didik. Penelitian eksperimen merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih dengan desain eksperimen semu. Peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Harau pada kelas XI Fase F dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Randomized Control Group Only Design dipilih sebagai rancangan penelitian. Instrumen dalam ranah kognitif adalah tes pilihan ganda yang sudah diuji coba. Hasil uji t didapatkan th > tt yaitu 3,915 > 1,672 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 oleh karena itu berarti H1 diterima sedangkan H0 ditolak yang berarti adanya perbedaan hasil belajar kedua kelas sampel pada aspek kognitif. LKPD terintegrasi literasi saintifik memberikan kontribusi pada ranah kognitif sebesar 20,43%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine The Monetary Policy Transmission Channel In Indonesia With A Single Target of Inflation For The Period 2016:08 - 2022:12. The research method used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) for the period August 2016 until December 2022. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and CEIC (a company providing financial and macroeconomic indicator data). The results of this study show that inflation responses to the shock of variables in the Monetary Channel, Interest Rate Channel, and Inflation Expectation Channel is not very much. Viewed from the result of the Impulse Response Test and Variance Decomposition, the three channels for monetary policy transmission (monetary channel, interest rate channel, and expectation channel) must be more effectively implemented in Monetary Policy decision-making in Indonesia. The interest rate channel is the most effective channel among the three channels. The results of the Impulse Response test and Variance Decomposition prove that inflation responses to the shock of variables in the Interest Rate channel are the strongest and have the least time lag and variance of those variables. The most suitable variable used for an operational target in an interest rate channel is BI-7-Days-Repo-Rate (BI7DR). Based on comparation of the other two variables (deposit rate and interbank money market rate), the results of the Impulse Response test and Variance Decomposition show that BI7DR shock obtains strong and quick inflation responses.

Abstract

In today's globalized world, business rivalry is becoming more intense on both a domestic (national) and international level. Currently, the business sector that continues to experience rapid growth is the fast food industry. With the increasing population in Indonesia, the demand for fast food also continues to increase. One example of a fast food product that is popular in Indonesia is KFC. The Indonesian public's view of KFC as a food that has high standards of quality safety, and health has become very strong. When asked about the best place to enjoy fried chicken in Indonesia, KFC always comes up as one of the first choices in their minds. Products produced by this international company offer the assurance of superior food quality. KFC's food quality is an important factor that influences consumer purchase decisions, and this must be the company's focus on improving the quality of its products to win competition in the fast food industry. This study will examine the extent to which the impact food quality and price discounts on purchase decisions, with the brand image as a mediating variable at KFC in Indonesia. In collecting data, this research applied a questionnaire method involving 219 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. In data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used with the help of the AMOS 24 tool. The results of this research reveal that food quality and price discounts have a significant influence on purchase decisions, which are mediated by brand image.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop mathematics learning tools based on the Realistic Mathematics Education approach for comparison material in Grade VII junior high school. Methodology: The development process followed the 4-D model, consisting of the define, design, and develop stages. The research subjects were students of class VII-B at Al-Hidayah Junior High School Medan. To evaluate the quality of the developed learning tools, expert validation sheets were used to measure validity, while student response questionnaires were employed to assess practicality. Main Findings: The findings indicate that all developed learning tools met the established validity criteria with very good classifications. The Learning Implementation Plan achieved an average score of 4.50 out of 5.00, while the Teaching Materials obtained an average score of 4.60. The Student Worksheets reached an average score of 4.52, and the Learning Media recorded an average score of 4.50, all categorized as very good. In addition, the Learning Outcome Tests achieved an average score of 4.53 out of 5.00, confirming their strong validity. The practicality of the learning tools was also highly supported by students, as reflected in the student response questionnaire, which yielded an average score of 4.88 out of 5.00 with very good criteria. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research offers a new contribution by combining RME principles and adaptive learning tool design, to create relevant and contextual learning experiences to support students' critical thinking skills.
