Abstract

The Al-Qur’an adan Al-Hadits are the life guidelines for muslims in the world. Guidance in carrying out the flow of life. Every event in this world has it solution. Even thought the Al-Qur’an and Al-Hadits are the books of muslims, every human being in the world is allowed to take lessons from them to carry out activities in their lives and solve the problem they face. One thing written in the Qur’an and Hadits is related to human-child development. So far there are not many studies that discuss child development using an Islamic perspective. More often discussingpshychology whoes theories are bassed on weatern psychology. So it sounds strange when discussing child development from an Islamic perspective. This paper presents studies related to the concept of children in islam (Al-Qur’an and Al-Hadits). Child development in islam(Al-Qur’an and Al-Hadits ) and patterns of child care and education from an Islamic perspektive. Search for information data in this paper using library research. Data collection is carried out by looking for material studies related to the discussion which is then analyzed. The findings showed that children’s development in the Al-Quran and Al-Hadits was discussed by providing strict boundaries. The most important training pattern so that children can act as Khalifatullah on erth and also as Abdullah”is to educate children based on the Qur’an and Hadith.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of early childhood education based on Al-Ghazali's thinking, which emphasizes moral and religious development as the main goal of education, with a focus on moral formation and soul purification to get closer to Allah (taqarrub ilallah). The problem formulated in this research includes the relevance of Al-Ghazali's thoughts to early childhood education, especially in the context of Islamic values ​​originating from the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analysis method based on literature study, which utilizes primary literary sources such as the book Ihya Ulumuddin and other works of Al-Ghazali. Data was analyzed using content analysis techniques to explore deep meanings related to educational concepts. The results of the research show that Al-Ghazali views education as a means to develop the physical and spiritual potential of children born in a fitrah state. Moral-spiritual education is the main foundation, supported by balanced physical, intellectual and social development. Al-Ghazali emphasized the importance of the role of parents, the use of learning methods based on the child's developmental stage, and the balance between example and instruction. Al-Ghazali's thoughts are relevant to modern education, which aims to form individuals who are faithful, devout and capable of facing life, both worldly and spiritual.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the locomotive in driving environmental rescue actions. Groups of students from several levels of educational units at this Islamic boarding school, through mentoring from educators (Teachers, Lora, Neng, Nyai, and Kiai), take direct action, competing to save the environment from the onslaught of plastic waste. This movement symbolically marks the total involvement of Islamic boarding school circles in saving the earth from an unfriendly climate. Students who are members of the Waste Scavenger group are specifically involved in socializing the dangers of plastic waste or non-organic waste and environmental issues in general. One of the benefits of this Waste Scavenger Movement among students is to educate people's mindsets and lifestyles about waste and their environment. The santri movement as an anticipation in reducing (reduce, or reusing (reuse) and/or recycling (recycle). At the local level, namely in the Islamic boarding school environment, this group of santri strives to become pioneers in society to be more concerned with waste, cleanliness, environmental sustainability and healthy living. This Garbage Scavenger has three teams. Namely, the plastic waste team, the organic fertilizer team and the local food team. The santri movement to care about the environment through recycling waste substantially strengthens the identity of santri as mundziru al qaum, people who have scientific disciplines and use them for the benefit of life around them. The santri mobilize and ground the understanding of the yellow book text whose breath is environmental fiqh or ecological fiqh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk rekognisi (pengakuan) negara terhadap lembaga pendidikan pesantren pasca disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren dan mengkaji implikasinya terhadap kesetaraan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua dan berciri khas (tradisional), secara historis kurang mendapat pengakuan setara dibandingkan jalur pendidikan formal lainnya. Lahirnya UU No. 18 Tahun 2019 menjadi tonggak penting dalam upaya rekognisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (library research) untuk menganalisis dokumen hukum, kebijakan, dan literatur akademik terkait. Fokus analisis mencakup pasal-pasal kunci dalam UU Pesantren yang mengatur pengakuan kelembagaan, kesetaraan lulusan, dan afirmasi pendanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UU No. 18 Tahun 2019 memberikan rekognisi legal formal yang kuat kepada pesantren, menempatkannya setara dengan jalur pendidikan nasional lainnya. Implikasi utamanya adalah terwujudnya kesetaraan pendidikan Islam melalui: (1) Pengakuan Ijazah/Syahadah Lulusan yang memungkinkan alumni pesantren melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi dan mengakses kesempatan kerja setara dengan lulusan sekolah umum; (2) Penguatan Tata Kelola dan sistem pendidikan pesantren, termasuk pengakuan terhadap kurikulum khas pesantren (Tafaqquh fiddin); dan (3) Pemberian Fasilitasi dan Afirmasi dari negara, seperti dukungan anggaran, yang sebelumnya menjadi kendala utama. Namun, implementasi UU ini juga menyisakan tantangan, terutama terkait harmonisasi kebijakan teknis di tingkat daerah dan menjaga kemandirian serta kekhasan pesantren dari potensi intervensi berlebihan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekognisi negara melalui UU Pesantren merupakan langkah progresif menuju integrasi dan kesetaraan penuh bagi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.
