Abstract

E-CRM is customer management in electronic-based companies, dealing with complex management, attracting customers, and business partners through various media, including online and offline media, personal contacts, and other electronic communication media. E-CRM enables companies to better understand customer behavior and forecast customer needs through online activities, and can increase profitability. At PT. Suwanda Karya Mandiri has a problem with how to keep customers using the services of a technical consultant. Therefore, the initiative was taken to make it easier for customers who want to be interested in technical efforts and resources in an effort to keep customers using the services of technical consultants. To compete with competitors, the company implements E-CRM strategy to be able to establish good relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. In this study, the method used is the Prototype Method. The software used to develop E-CRM at PT. Suwanda Karya Mandiri uses Odoo software. Odoo software is software for business management. Based on the results of the test, it can be ascertained that using Odoo software and E-CRM can facilitate transactions between customers. This system can be further developed by implementing other modules such as Sales, Point of Sale, and Invoicing which can better assist PT. Suwanda Karya Mandiri.

Abstract

Secara global diperkirakan 20% wanita melahirkan mengalami postpartum blues, yang dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bayi. Kondisi ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal salah satunya kehamilan usia dini. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini diketahuinya hubungan kehamilan usia dini dengan kejadian postpartum blues. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literature review dengan membandingkan beberapa literature untuk mendapatkan sebuah pembahasan. Ulasan dari 5 artikel menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan sebuah tinjauan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menemukan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kehamilan usia dini dengan kejadian postpartum blues. kehamilan usia dini dapat meningkatkan seorang ibu untuk mengalami kejadian postpartum blues.

Abstract

His study aims to determine the implementation of the ash-shafi'i method in improving reading the Qur'an in the tahfidz al-firdaus serpong South Tangerang hut. The level of ability to read the Qur'an of the students is still stammering, and has not been fluent and has not even been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the rules of tajweed science. This research the author took field research, using qualitative methods. For data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The next steps are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research conducted by teachers in improving reading the Qur'an in the Al-firdaus tahfidz cottage are as follows: First, the teacher divides 3 halaqahs, namely halaqah ula, wustho and Ulya, each student is divided per halaqah and adjusted to their level and given their respective musyrifah. For students who cannot read the Qur'an properly and correctly, they are at the ula level, students who can read the Qur'an are in the wustho and Ulya halaqah, secondly, the teacher conducts an evaluation every semester which is tested directly by the supervisor, the form of the test for the ula halaqah is that the teacher reads the Qur'an randomly and then the students read the verse found by the supervisor. While the evaluation for halaqah wustho and Ulya, namely through the tasmi' exam.

Abstract

Bawang dayak (Eleutherine palmifolia) merupakan tanaman obat yang memiliki potensi sebagai bahan alami dalam perawatan kulit, khususnya untuk pengobatan jerawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan formulasi masker jerawat alami, B-Acne Mask, yang terbuat dari ekstrak umbi bawang dayak dan beras Krayan. Umbi bawang dayak diketahui mengandung senyawa fitokimia seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan tanin, yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, penyebab utama jerawat begitu juga dengan beras krayan khas Kalimantan utara yang dikenal sebagai beras organik juga memiliki manfaat yang baik bagi kulit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur serta pengujian formulasi masker secara langsung. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa B-Acne Mask mampu mencerahkan kulit dan menyamarkan bekas jerawat setelah pemakaian. Namun, terdapat beberapa kelemahan, seperti aroma khas bawang dayak yang kuat dan tekstur masker yang belum halus sempurna, sehingga menimbulkan sensasi kasar saat diaplikasikan. Masker ini juga dapat digunakan untuk perawatan tubuh, memberikan efek yang sama baik sebagai masker maupun scrub. Kesimpulannya, B-Acne Mask berbahan bawang dayak merupakan alternatif yang aman dan efektif untuk perawatan kulit berjerawat, dengan prospek pengembangan lebih lanjut di industri kosmetik berbasis bahan alami

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach in teaching the topic of gravity to students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). In addition to mastering religious knowledge, 21st-century learners are expected to develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, technological literacy, creativity, and adaptability to scientific and technological advancements. The integration of STEM into science learning in pesantren is expected not only to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding of gravity but also to connect scientific phenomena with Islamic values and perspectives. This article highlights the role of STEM in improving the quality of learning, strategies for integrating Islamic values into science education, and the relevance of STEM implementation within the pesantren context. The findings indicate that the STEM approach is capable of creating contextual, applicative, and meaningful learning experiences by encouraging students to actively explore concepts through observation, analysis, and problem-solving activities. Furthermore, STEM-based learning supports the development of scientific understanding while reinforcing religious values. Therefore, the implementation of STEM in pesantren contributes to fostering students who are intelligent, adaptive, technologically literate, and firmly grounded in Islamic values in facing contemporary educational challenges.
