Abstract

Football is a very popular sport among the public. Of the 27 youngsters who participated in the activity, most asked questions related to online game addiction. The following are some ways to avoid online game addiction, namely: a) Limit the time to play games, b) Find a new hobby, and c) Put the gaming device outside the bedroom. From the enthusiasm of the target (young people in Janapria village), this activity has the potential to continue and continue to develop, both with the same and different PkM themes. This is due to the lack of similar activities in the village. The implementation of the activity was evaluated as a whole, including the planning, preparation, and implementation stages. The evaluation was carried out to record the shortcomings and advantages obtained from this activity. Furthermore, it is expected to be useful input for the progress and sustainability of further activities, both for lecturers and students who will carry out this activity. The results of this activity, among others, can be seen from the enthusiasm of the youth, most of whom can feel the benefits and provide positive value, then based on suggestions and input from the youth, further activities need to be held, so that children can evaluate the results that have been carried out and improve the quality of sports even better.

Abstract

Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) merupakan program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah melalui Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2015 tentang Penumbuhan Budi Pekerti (PBP) kepada warga sekolah terutama bagi siswa yang meliputi pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran. Kabupaten Bima melalui Perbup nomor 11 Tahun 2019 tentang Gerakan literasi Masyarakat telah mengimplementasikan GLS kepada sejumlah 25 sekolah dasar sebagai sekolah pilot pada tahun 2021-2022. Tujuan penelitian evaluasi ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan sejauh mana implementasi (GLS) pada aspek konteks, input, proses dan output di sekolah dasar pilot di Kabupaten Bima, dan 2) Mendeskripsikan beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan sesuai dengan temuan hasil evaluasi program GLS. Jenis penelitian adalah evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan model CIPP dari Daniel Stufflebeam. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket berbentuk skala Likert dengan 4 pilihan kepada guru kelas 1-6 di 25 sekolah dasar pilot melalui google form. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan bantuan Microsoft excel dan program R untuk mencari nilai propoorsi pemilihan jawaban, Z skor dan ditransformasi menjadi T skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di Sekolah Pilot Kabupaten Bima telah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif pada empat aspek yakni aspek Context, Input, Process dan Output dengan rentang persentase 52%- 59% guru telah menerapkan GLS di sekolah dasar pilot, namun terdapat beberapa item yang perlu dioptimalkan pada semua aspek CIPP.

Abstract

PKM ini diharapkan kepada peserta pelatihan atau guru dapat memanfaatkannnya dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Jumlah peserta yang dilibatkan dalam PKM ini sejumlah 10 orang guru yang ada di SDN Sumbek Desa Muncan Kecamatan Kopang Lombok Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan adalah metode partisipatif, dengan menekankan pada keikutsertaan penuh dari peserta dalam proses sosialisasi, bukan metode ceramah. Berpusat pada peserta artinya peserta digiring untuk mencari, menemukan dan memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan secara mandiri. Peserta melakukan praktik penilaian langsung di kelas real tempat mereka mengajar. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini akan dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu sosialisasi tahap 1 adalah Analisis Kompetinsi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar serta menyusun Pertanyaan. Tahap 2 adalah Penyusunan Instrumen penilaian Kinerja, Produk, Proyek, Portofolio dan Penilaian Sikap. Tahap 3 adalah analisis hasil penilaian baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software. Tindak lanjut dari kegitan sosialisasi adalah kegiatan pendampingan. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk lebih menguatkan dan memperdalam pemahaman guru dalam mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan penilaian dalam pembelajaran. Kegaitan pendampingan rencana dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali yakni pendampingan pasca sosialisasi tahap 1 dan tahap 2. Maka dengan PKM ini para guru dan siswa akan lebih terarah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran

Abstract

The problem this research was the lack or still weak ability of long serve in badminton games for class X SMAN 1 Pemenang. The formulation of the problem in this research was whether there is a relationship between eye-hand coordination and wrist flexibility with the results of long serve ability in badminton games for class X SMA 1 Pemenang students. This research aims to determine the relationship between hand eye coordination and wrist flexibility with the results of long serve ability in badminton games for class X SMAN 1 Pemenang. The population in this study were 20 class X students of SMAN 1 Pemenang. Data collection techniques using action tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear correlation statistics. From the results of the multiple correlation analysis (R), the value of R x_(1) x_(2) Y = 0.770 is greater than the value of r table with a significant level of 5%, namely 0.444. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and wrist flexibility with the results of long serve ability in badminton games for class X SMAN 1 Pemenang.

Abstract

This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Types of data in this research was in the form of primary data and secondary data. Then the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation which aims to find out: 1). How positive thinking therapy can increase the self-confidence of Karate martial arts athletes at SMA 1 Praya Timur, 2). What is the process of implementation and the results of positive thinking therapy for karate martial arts at SMA 1 Praya Timur. The subjects of this study were SMA 1 Praya Timur martial arts athletes, who had been selected according to specific characteristics according to the research objectives. In accordance with the results of the discussion, the researchers showed that: 1) the self-confidence of SMA 1 Praya Timur Karate martial arts athletes, what needs to be increased is 10 athletes, 2). The process of implementing and the results of positive thinking therapy went well and the results of positive thinking therapy can be used to increase the confidence of martial arts athletes, only 1 athlete experienced less change after positive thinking therapy was carried out so that follow-up was needed for the athlete's treatment.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a shooting learning model in football games to improve shooting accuracy learning outcomes in football games through developing learning models. This research is research and development or better known as R&D. The development method that the author uses is the Borg & Gall development model which has been varied, namely (1) conducting initial model research, (2) creating a new model in the form of a shooting learning model in football games, (3) validating football learning experts and learning experts ( physical education teacher), (4) conducting small-scale trials with 10 students, (5) product revision by football learning experts and learning experts (PJOK teachers), (6) conducting large-scale trials with 30 students, (7) product revisions based on trials large group. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data in the form of scores converted into percentages. The results of the research show that the soccer shooting learning model for training shooting accuracy in learning the game of soccer for junior high school students is very good/usable. These results were obtained from validation by football learning experts who showed a percentage of (model I) 90.6% (model II) 86.6% and physical education teacher learning experts (model I) 93.3% (model II) 90.6%. The assessment from small-scale trials obtained a percentage of 94.3%. And the assessment from large-scale trials obtained a percentage of 95.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) method as an initial treatment for sprain and strain injuries among beginner and advanced karate athletes. The research background stems from the high incidence of ankle, knee, and arm injuries in karate, as well as ongoing debates regarding the relevance of the RICE method compared to newer protocols such as PRICE and POLICE. A comparative quantitative design was employed, measuring four key parameters pain intensity, edema circumference, joint range of motion (ROM), and joint stability on days 1, 3, and 5 following injury. The findings indicate that the RICE method is effective in significantly reducing pain and swelling within the first 48–72 hours after injury in both athlete groups. ROM improvements also occurred progressively, with advanced athletes demonstrating faster recovery than beginners, particularly in joint stability and functional performance. These results align with contemporary literature that highlights the benefits of ice application, compression, elevation, and controlled rest during the acute inflammatory phase. Overall, this study concludes that the RICE method remains relevant as a basic first-aid protocol for sprain and strain injuries in karate, although subsequent interventions should follow updated evidence-based practice guidelines. The results are expected to strengthen first-aid education for coaches, athletes, and sports support personnel.
