Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is still a significant problem with many people living below the poverty line. This study aims to analyze the role of sharia crowdfunding in reducing poverty by providing access to capital for micro and small businesses that are not accessible to conventional financial institutions. The research method used is a literature study, where secondary data is collected from various journals, articles, and publications related to sharia crowdfunding and poverty in Indonesia. The results of the study show that sharia crowdfunding platforms, such as Kitabisa.com, have succeeded in raising significant funds that contribute to poverty reduction by expanding access to funding and creating social solidarity in the community. However, challenges such as dependence on aid and verification of beneficiaries still need to be overcome so that the impact is more optimal. In conclusion, sharia crowdfunding has proven effective in helping to reduce poverty and strengthen the sharia economy in Indonesia, although improvements are needed in several aspects of its implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pendapatan Mustahik berubah sebelum dan sesudah mereka menerima bantuan keuangan zakat dengan menggunakan model CIBEST. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyelidiki peran zakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan Mustahik dan mengurangi kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari mustahik yang terdaftar di BAZNAS Kabupaten Kerinci yang berhak menerima bantuan zakat. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dana zakat produktif yang diberikan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Kerinci meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik sebesar Rp. 1.603.125 sebelum diberikan, meningkat menjadi Rp. 3.128.125, dan menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan rumah tangga mustahik sebesar Rp. 1.603.125. BAZNAS Kabupaten Kerinci berharap dapat menggunakan analisis CIBEST untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi rumah tangga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasikeuangan syari’ah dan religiusitas terhadap minat generasi z dalam menggunakan asuransi syariah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menghimpun data primer yang diambil melalui instrumen kuesioner.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah generasi z di Kota Padang, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat uji analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa apabila tingkat pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan syari’ah dari gen z juga akan meningkatkan minat generasi z dalam mengunakan asuransi syari’ah. Pada realitanya secara garis besar masih banyak diantara generasi z yang tidak mengenal asuransi syari’ah, hal ini dilihat dari 130 responden penelitian mayoritas responden tidak memiliki asuransi syari’ah, sedangkan resiko yang akan terjadi dimasa akan datang tidak bisa diprediksi. Ditinjau dari aspek religiusitas generasi z memiliki nilai religiusitas yang tinggi, namun masih mengabaikan produk produk syari’ah khususnya asuransi syari’ah.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation on consumer purchasing power in Indonesia, focusing on low-income communities and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that inflation has a significant effect on daily consumption patterns and the quality of life, particularly in meeting basic needs. Moreover, the increase in essential goods prices has triggered social instability in several regions. This study also evaluates government policies in mitigating the impact of inflation and provides recommendations to protect the most vulnerable groups from rising prices. The findings suggest that although fiscal and monetary policies have short-term positive effects, more comprehensive measures are needed for the long term.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the problems of the profession as a debt collector in society. This profession is often considered a negative profession. As well as the Islamic view of this profession. Consumer protection is a term used to describe the legal protection given to consumers in their efforts to meet their needs from things that are detrimental to consumers. This type of research is qualitative research with this research approach included in the type of library research. Data was obtained from secondary data taken from books and journals. The data analysis technique uses content analysis and data is collected from reading, examining the thoughts of experts in various literature related to the research focus. Legal violations committed by debt collectors due to arbitrary actions against consumers or customers occurred because several debt collectors violated the rules set in carrying out their duties. On the other hand, there is also a lack of public knowledge regarding the legal umbrella that covers them. Even in Islam, the profession of debt collector is not a haram or prohibited job in Islam. Because a debt collector is a wakalah or representative of the tasks that have been entrusted to them.

Abstract

This article aims to reconstruct Islamic economic policy based on the practice of the Prophet Muhammad with an integrated approach between the real, monetary and fiscal sectors. By using a qualitative literature study method through historical and normative analysis, this research examines how the Prophet built an economic system that is fair, sustainable, and in accordance with maqashid al-shariah. In the real sector, the Prophet created the Madinah market as an economic space free from monopoly, hoarding, and fraudulent practices, and upheld business ethics. In the monetary sector, the prohibition of usury and the use of intrinsic value-based currencies demonstrate a commitment to value stability and fairness in transactions. While in the fiscal sector, the management of zakat, jizyah, and baitul mal reflect redistributive policies that encourage social welfare and economic empowerment of the people. The findings recommend that contemporary economic policies, especially in Muslim countries, consider the integration of these three sectors as a unit that encourages an inclusive and benefit-based Islamic economic system. The practical implications include the importance of market reforms, transformation of productive Islamic financing systems, and strengthening the role of Islamic fiscal in the public policy framework.

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid growth of e-commerce and social media has significantly transformed consumer behavior patterns in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the extent to which these two factors influence consumerism by focusing on three main aspects: impulsive behavior, israf (extravagance), and tawazun (balance). Employing a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey involving 100 active internet users. The findings reveal that social media exerts a stronger influence than e-commerce in shaping consumer behavior. The validity and reliability tests of the research instrument indicate Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.874, signifying a high level of internal consistency. However, the two independent variables account for only 14.9% of the variation in consumer behavior, suggesting that other factors may also play a role and warrant further investigation in future studies. This research highlights the importance of understanding the interconnection between digital technology, ethical consumption, and social responsibility. Practically, the results provide valuable insights for business practitioners and policymakers in formulating ethical and sustainable marketing strategies. Nevertheless, the study is limited by the number of variables examined and its cross-sectional design, which could be expanded through longitudinal research in future explorations. Abstrak. Pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce dan media sosial telah mengubah pola perilaku konsumen dalam konteks era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kedua faktor tersebut memengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat dengan menyoroti tiga aspek utama, yaitu perilaku impulsif, israf (pemborosan), dan tawazun (keseimbangan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei yang melibatkan 100 responden pengguna internet aktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan e-commerce dalam membentuk perilaku konsumtif masyarakat. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,874, yang mengindikasikan tingkat konsistensi internal yang baik. Walaupun begitu, kedua variabel independen hanya menjelaskan 14,9% variasi perilaku konsumen, sehingga masih terdapat faktor lain yang berpengaruh dan perlu dikaji lebih lanjut dalam penelitian berikutnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami hubungan antara teknologi digital, etika konsumsi, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang etis dan berkelanjutan. Adapun keterbatasan penelitian mencakup jumlah variabel yang terbatas dan desain cross-sectional yang perlu dikembangkan melalui penelitian longitudinal di masa depan.
