Abstract

Education is part of the future investment. The goals of education at any time need to be revised and adapted to the demands of change. Government Regulation Number 32 of 2013 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) provides direction on the need to develop and implement eight national education standards, namely: content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educators and education personnel standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and educational assessment standards. This study aims to describe the standardization of Islamic education on the orientation of religious values education. The National Education Standards have been implemented in accordance with the scope of their responsibilities to date. Even so, there are still pros and cons in the SNP policy, one of the reasons for the pro group is that standardization serves as a guide for teachers in making global changes, while those who oppose explain that standardization of education is heavily influenced by business and political decisions.

Abstract

The basic need of someone who is classified as important is education. People can develop his intelligence, self-potential, skills and shape personality with an education. Through education, a person can also obtain information and knowledge to train and develop his character. One of the places where people can get education is school. Schools as educational institutions have the duty and responsibility to produce students with character, broad insight, acceptable to society, especially consumers or users and able to compete at a global level. To form quality students, of course, the educational institution itself must have qualified and qualified quality. To determine the performance of educational institutions, a measuring instrument is needed that can assess each process of the running of educational institutions. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a measuring tool which is also one of the management systems used to measure the efficiency of the performance of the institution. In the application or implementation of BSC into educational institutions, it is necessary to pay attention to the elements and factors that are important so that the implementation is successful and able to improve the quality of educational institutions.

Abstract

Human resources are a system driver that has a big influence on the goals of an organization. The functions of Higher Education include developing innovative, responsive, creative, skilled, competitive, and cooperative Academic Civitas through the implementation of Tridharma. To be able to carry out this function, a higher education organization requires human resources who have high competence. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of personnel management in supporting the best accreditation ranking of Telkom University. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the nine management personnel that have been implemented by Telkom University have been in accordance with the main function of management. This is a manifestation of the implementation of a higher education system at Telkom University that has met national standards.
