Abstract

Abstract – This study aims to observe the influences of atmospherics on behavioral intention, both directly and mediated through quality perception. Korean restaurant is used an object for ethnic restaurant observed in this study.A quantitative and causal type research is adopted for this study. Questionnaire used was adopted from Ha and Jang (2012) for offline survey. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. Sample consisted of 160 respondents, whose age is 18 years old or above and have eaten in Korean restaurant in Surabaya for at least three times in the past six months. Further data analysis was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0.Result of this study found positive relationship between atmospherics on service quality. Atmospherics also positively influences food quality. Positive relationship was also found on the relationship of service quality on behavioral intention. Moreover, food quality also positively influences behavioral intention. Service quality was proven as mediator in the influences of atmospherics on behavioral intention. Additionally, food quality was also proven as mediator in the influences of atmospherics on behavioral intention. However, this study found atmospherics has no impact on behavioral intention.

Abstract

CV. Sinar Nugraha is a company engaged in manufacturing chili sauce, soy sauce, lemonade and ginger. The company is using make to stock strategies for chili sauce product which is the main product and the focus of this study. There are four brands of chili sauce manufactured by CV. Sinar Nugraha namely Sambal Panci, Sambal 2 Cabe, Sambal Harum and Sambal Wong Solo. The demand of chili sauce in CV. Sinar Nugraha are very volatile so that companies can not fulfill the demand on time and lead to lost sales at a particular time. It also appears high inventory costs due to a lack of control in determining the amount of inventory. This is occured because the company only uses estimates in production planning. The purpose of this study is to make chili sauce production planning to minimize the total cost. Aggregate production planning is a way to estimate the amount of goods that will be produced during the planning period taking into account the results of forecasting of consumer demand with production capacity of the company. Demand forecasting is done by WINQSB. Forecasting methods which was used for Sambal Panci is Winters 'Multiplicative, Sambal 2 Cabe is Multiplicative Decomposition, while Sambal Harum and Sambal Wong Solo is Winters' Additive. Results of forecasting consumer demand and the company's production capacity calculations showed that the existing production capacity is sufficient to meet consumer demand, but production planning needs to be done to minimize the total cost incurred by the company. The method used to aggregate planning is Transportation method. This method was chosen because it can provide the optimal production planning results. From the aggregate planning result, do disaggregation by linear programming methods for making production plans for each product. Having obtained the results of theproduction planning for each product, then the next step is to calculate the total cost. Calculation of the total cost derived from the sum of the production costs, inventory costs, and backorder cost. From the results of calculation using company production method acquired the total cost incurred by the company during January to September 2016 amounted to Rp 9,561,198,598.43, while the total cost derived from the calculation using proposed production method is Rp 9,264,868,346.13. So, the total cost savings gained by using proposed production methods is Rp 296,330,252.30 or 3.10%.

Abstract

Kediri Residency have a lot of potential tourism place. Tourist’s visit to some place can influence their loyalty level. The indicator of their loyalty can be shown by revisiting the place and also give a recommendation to their relatives. The purpose of this research is to know how is the condition of tourism in Kediri Residency, to analyse the loyalty level of local tourism who have ever go to Kediri Residency, to know the indicator that influence loyalty, and to plan a program that can be increased loyalty level of the local tourism in Kediri Residency. This research is done using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), to know what is the variable that influence loyalty. Then, quadrant analysist is done for variable that influence loyalty and can be improved. Quadrant analysist is used to group variables base on the importance level and the perception from tourism. The variables that have high importance level and low perception are the variables priority that must be improved. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to know the things that must be done by government and tourism manager to increase the loyalty level of local tourism.

Abstract

The problem of parking space of Gubeng Baru Train Station Surabaya based on observation is the bottle neckat certain point which cause the smooth flow of vehicle become obstructed so that time in the parking become longer. The purpose of this research is to improve the smooth flow of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot of Gubeng Baru TrainStation Surabaya. To improve the smooth need improvement of vehicle flow and layout. This can be done by drawing the layout and the flow of vehicles in the parking lot of the initial conditions and then takingthe time data of each process. From the data is processed to get the distribution data to be used in the ProModel. After that, make the layout and flow of the proposed vehicle then take the data of each time the fastest process in real conditions so that it can describe the proposed conditions that have been implemented. Results from both simulations, compared to find out which conditions are better. From the simulation results obtained the average time of looking for initial conditions conditions 1,536 minutes and the conditions of proposal 0.737 minutes. While the average results of out-time parking at the beginning of 4,085 minutes and the conditions proposed 3.582 minutes. Such time savings, causing the average vehicle entering the parking lot of 48.96%. This shows the proposed condition is better than the initial conditions.

Abstract

At this time, travel agents not only provided her services to consumers but they should also be able to answer the needs of just about any desired consumers. If the consumer's wishes are met then the satisfaction of such services will be increased. The problem is generally a tour package that is sold to consumers is a tour package that was already previously designed so that tourist attractions, hotels, dining already determined by a travel agent instead of the consumer (ready made). In addition the price of package tours have also been determined by a travel agent, so it is less varied and can not adjust the budget consumer. The last issue is from a travel agent as a service that caters to consumers during a journey does not yet have a database about the information needs of tourism in East Java as well as systems that can make it easier to travel agencies to design packages tourism in East Java which can adapt to the desires of consumers. In this research will be designed the database and information system for tourism in East Java which can help travel agents in designing tourism packages. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to design a system of information on tourism in East Java to make it easier for travel agencies in designing tourism packages that suit both desire the desire of tourist attractions, hotels, places of meals, transportation, as well as the desired budget travelers. The steps in making a database from the information already collected into the database server in this study using a Microsoft Access database server 2013. The result of processing the database to display the table, query, form, and report to make it easier to find and manipulate information about the needs of tourism in East Java. Then perform system validation information to know if the information system is already well underway as desired.On the validation test results show the same value between the calculation of the manual with the calculation system, so it can be said the system already made is valid and can be used for the needs of travel agents. The existence of information systems, travel agents do not need a long time to search the desired tourism needs of consumers that is approximately 15 minutes, 30 minutes faster than using manual systems because all the data is already There are in the database, live match data which is in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. Time in putting together a package tour and doing the calculations did not take a long time that is approximately 5 minutes 40 seconds faster than using a manual system because the calculations are already automatically after the user entered data. The use of these information systems provide ease of travel agencies in conducting operational activities as well as security, service, efficiency can be increased.

Abstract

Education is part of the future investment. The goals of education at any time need to be revised and adapted to the demands of change. Government Regulation Number 32 of 2013 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) provides direction on the need to develop and implement eight national education standards, namely: content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educators and education personnel standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and educational assessment standards. This study aims to describe the standardization of Islamic education on the orientation of religious values education. The National Education Standards have been implemented in accordance with the scope of their responsibilities to date. Even so, there are still pros and cons in the SNP policy, one of the reasons for the pro group is that standardization serves as a guide for teachers in making global changes, while those who oppose explain that standardization of education is heavily influenced by business and political decisions.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru PAUD terdiri dari kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, personal, dan profesional. Perlu diperhatikan keterampilan dan kebutuhan model; Perspektif pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan pelatihan sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan. Proses yang diusulkan oleh pelatihan tematik melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan evaluasi dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara yang paling efektif untuk menghubungkan manajemen pelatihan lagu dengan keterampilan pedagogik guru PAUD berdasarkan teori Gorge R. Terry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggabungkan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi langsung di dua sekolah PAUD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik PAUD, dan masyarakat. Temuan penelitian bersifat negatif yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran anak usia dini yang dilakukan oleh guru PAUD di dua lokasi tersebut belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip penilaian dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini; penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terstandardisasi belum optimal, terbukti menurut kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melakukan penilaian pembelajaran; Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh positif yaitu perencanaan melibatkan peneliti dari Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial (LPS) seluruh guru PAUD melalui konsep dasar pelatihan sesuai visi misi, analisis lingkungan, strategi, kurikulum, dan tujuan; Penyelenggaraan manajemen pelatihan lagu oleh sistem administrasi PAUD, kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik dan masyarakat; Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Lagu melalui pengarahan, pemberian motivasi, pengajaran, pendampingan dan koordinasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sesuai perencanaan kegiatan; dan, Evaluasi dan supervisi melalui monitoring.
