Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SD Negeri Mliriprowo Sidoarjo terdapat siswa yang memiliki percaya diri berbicara didepan umum yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan bimbingan kelompok teknik bermain tebak kata untuk meningkatkan percaya diri berbicara di depan umum siswa kelas V SD Negeri Mliriprowo Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Bentuk deasin yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest and posttest design. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket percaya diri berbicara didepan umum. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 6 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Mliriprowo Sidoarjoyang memiliki percayaan diri berbicara di depan umum rendah. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistic non parametrik analisis wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai Asymp.sig.(2-tailed) = 0,027 lebih kecil dari ?= 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil ini maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selain itu juga ada peningkatan skor percaya diri berbicara di depan umum setelah diberikannya bimbingan kelompok, hal ini menunjukan ada perbedaan skor percaya diri sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik bermain tebak kata dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum siswa kelas V.A SD Negeri Mliriprowo Sidoarjo. Abstract

Android is open source, allowing anyone to create applications for Android and sell them on the Play Store. The increasing number of smartphone users today has led to a growing development of Android-based applications, making them easily accessible on each smartphone. CV. BKAIS, as a company in the field of architecture, recognizes the importance of keeping up with the latest technology trends to enhance the architectural design and offering processes. Therefore, an Android-based architectural design proposal system is considered a relevant and innovative solution to be implemented at CV. BKAIS. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the Android-based complaint service application is designed using the Java programming language and Android Studio. The architectural design proposal application is designed to facilitate customers in finding architectural design references when they want to construct a building. Additionally, the application design incorporates a user-friendly interface, and the Android-based architectural design proposal application is created with the goal of providing users with a quick and efficient design search process that is designed to be highly effective and efficient.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia where one of the work programs carried out is to increase literacy which is important knowledge to be mastered by elementary school students in order to succeed in education and daily life. This study aimsto analyze efforts to improve the literacy of SMP N 15 Bengkulu Tengah students through an effective approach, this study was conducted by involving grade 7 and 8 students of SMP N 15 Bengkulu Tengah whose literacy level is still low. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the object of using interesting reading books, project-based teaching, and the use of technology in learning. The results showed that an approach involving interesting reading books was able to increase students' reading interest. In addition, creativity-based teaching allows students to develop critical and problem-solving skills, while the use of technology provides wider access to learning resources, this research makes an important contribution to improving the literacy of SMP N 15 students. The results suggest that diverse and innovative approaches can increase students' interest in reading and their overall literacy skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the phenomenon of gender stereotypes that often occurs, especially in work. Gender stereotypes are general views or prejudices regarding the attributes or characteristics, or roles that women and men should have or carry out. Gender stereotypes regarding women's roles then limit their abilities and even career choices, including in politics. This stereotype is closely related to the position where women and men have their respective places in social life. In the political context, the role and position of women is quite clearly discriminated against. This stereotype has been built up in the minds of society for a long time, which has led to low levels of women's electability even though it has been accommodated through affirmative regulations. This research uses qualitative research methods. Researchers apply in-depth interview techniques, where researchers will interview informants or subjects in depth. The interactive model analysis technique is reducing, presenting data and concluding data which is carried out interactively with a cyclical data collection process. Conclusions are drawn by observing the narrative text resulting from the data presentation. Drawing conclusions aims to describe the answer to the research problem formulation. The results of the research show that the representation of women as legislative candidates will ultimately return to how the democratic system shapes perceptions of women's position in politics as seen from the data. Data on elected legislative candidates in 2019 in Jambi City shows that there are only eight female legislative members out of a total of 45 legislative candidates. selected. Cadre formation is an important part of the role and function of political parties. It is not surprising that two (2) of the total eight (8) female legislative candidates elected are party cadres contesting with serial number 1. The priority of cadre numbering is important in this case considering that people's assumptions about numbers are still very strong. This also applies to other legislative candidates from competing parties. If we examine further, the majority of elected candidates with the largest number of voters and vote contributions from parties are legislative candidates with serial numbers from small to large. The reasons for the low electability of women in the 2019 legislative elections in Jambi City based on the indicators above include the still dominant stigma of men in Indonesian society as breadwinners and obliged to work. Politics, which in this case is considered work, makes it an open struggle between men and women regardless of their motivation. This is called a patriarchal culture which places men in the work domain.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems of students' difficulties with digital learning media in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to find out what students want from digital teaching media. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of choosing this approach is to determine whether or not digital teaching media is necessary for subjects. Several student representatives became research subjects. The lack of digital teaching media and the need for digital teaching media to support learning are problems that arise in the development of digital teaching media, according to the findings of research conducted in the field. Abstract

Cryptocurrency-based investments in Indonesia are rapidly developing with advancements in digital technology, but illegal investment practices often harm investors. The low level of financial literacy and regulatory gaps are exploited to run illegal schemes such as Ponzi and multi-level marketing (MLM), as seen in the case of E-Dinar Coin. (EDC Cash). This research aims to analyze legal protection for investors in cases of illegal cryptocurrency investments in Indonesia. The method used is a normative juridical approach with a literature study and case study. The analysis was conducted on regulations such as the ITE Law and Bappebti Regulation Number 5 of 2019, as well as related court rulings. The research results show that the regulations have not been effective in protecting investors due to weak supervision, lack of synchronization between institutions, and the absence of a compensation mechanism. Strengthening regulations, strict supervision, and digital literacy education are needed to create a safe and transparent cryptocurrency investment ecosystem in Indonesia

Abstract

Changes in river mouth section capacity caused by instability of river mouth stability would influence flow conditions in upstream estuaries, as impacted by unsmooth drainage of river flow. Section river capacity and mouth river stability of Siak River would be evaluated by the output of tidal prism at the estuary. The tidal prism was predicted by Hecras software. Input data for hydrodynamic simulation consisted of river geometric data, river bed condition, and boundary condition (discharge and water level). The maximum daily rainfall data and Siak’s catchment parameter could predict flood discharge. Longshore sediment transport netto data could be calculated using wave depth data, wave velocity data and direction of wave around the mouth river. The results of the tidal prism calculation show that the existing cross-sectional area of the mouth of the Siak River estuary can only drain the volume of water due to discharge and tides in the 2-year return period (Amin = 3,115 m2 < A ada = 3,225 m2), while for discharge with other return periods, the capacity of the cross-section river is not sufficient. The excess discharge will flow upstream as a backwater. Siak River mouth stability is still relatively good and stable, with a stability number (S) of more than 388,0 (requirement: S > 150). The start of the backwater effect at KM+220 (60 km from the mouth of the river) caused a significant change in water level (0.94 m) due to the damming of the flow caused by the influence of tides and the bifurcation node of the river (delta).

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan berbasis agama seperti pesantren. Namun, banyak pesantren menghadapi hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan sumber daya teknologi, dan kurangnya motivasi santri terhadap karier di bidang teknologi. Pesantren bernama Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) 2 Ki Bagus Hadikusumo di Jampang, Jawa Barat, menjadi contoh nyata tantangan tersebut. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Inspiratif dari Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta menghadirkan solusi melalui sosialisasi digital marketing, pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan Canva, motivasi karier di bidang teknologi, serta edukasi pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Tujuan dari program ini adalah memberdayakan santri melalui peningkatan keterampilan digital, membangun kepercayaan diri dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, serta memperluas wawasan tentang peluang ekonomi digital. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan santri menjadi pribadi adaptif, kompetitif, dan inovatif dalam menghadapi era digital. Selain itu, program ini mendorong pesantren menjadi motor penggerak transformasi digital di masyarakat desa, sejalan dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Program ini juga menjadi model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pesantren yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, sebagai model lanjutan dari KKN Plus yang memilih mitra pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui Strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi (sebagai data penunjang) yang bersumber dari Kepala Madrasah, guru kelas, guru PAI dan siswa selaku korban bullying. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bullying dalam bentuk fisik dan verbal pada siswa/siswi akan tetapi lebih banyak yang melakukan bullying verbal di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang karena mudah untuk dilakukan. Madrasah telah melaksanakan berbagai strategi pada siswa kelas tinggi maupun kelas rendah dengan pendekatan berbasis program anti bullying dan budaya sekolah. Strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui berbagai cara serta kebijakan yang dibuat pada siswa kelas tinggi maupun rendah ialah dengan Pembiasaan dan penanaman karakter yang baik, Membentuk nilai persahabatan antar siswa, Memotivasi siswa untuk memiliki jiwa sosial, aktif dan berprestasi, Bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, Memberi peringatan dan hukuman kepada pelaku bullying, Melakukan sosialisasi perilaku bullying, Melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pencegahan bullying dan Program anti bullying seperti spanduk dan poster di lingkungan Madrasah. Adapun Pola Strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang yaitu Menenangkan yang melapor, Menenangkan yang dibulli serta memanggil pembulli dan Menemukan mereka dalam satu tempat atau tidak menemukan mereka dan menemukan mereka dalam satu tempat lalu menyuruh mereka berdamai di akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui strategi pada siswa kelas tinggi dan rendah telah terlaksana dengan baik, guru diharapkan dapat menjadikan siswa berperilaku baik, terjauhi dari bullying serta menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter baik di kehidupan sehari-hari.
