Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of technostress, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance. The research method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District, with a sample of 145 people. The variables of this study consisted of three independent variables, namely: technostress (X1), work environment (X2), work motivation (X3) and one dependent variable, namely: teacher performance (Y). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of data collection were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) the technostress variable partially affected the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Tuntang District; (2) partially the work environment variables affect the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (3) partially the work motivation variable affects the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (4) simultaneously there is a positive influence between the variables technostress, work environment and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Tuntang District. Keywords: Technostress; Work Environment; Work Motivation; Teacher Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana variabel diukur dengan skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 145 orang. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga variabel bebas yaitu: technostress (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), motivasi kerja (X3) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu: kinerja guru (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Hasil pengumpulan data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel technostress mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (2) secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (3) secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel variabel technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang. Kata kunci: Technostress; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The development of science and technology has had a major impact on all aspects of work, one of which is the management of office administration. Office work that continues to change is how to manage office document archives carried out electronically for work efficiency. The conditions at the Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga in the initial interviews and observations showed that the process of data input and filing of report cards and diplomas was still carried out by being bundled and stored on office furniture. School administrative documents have not been backed up electronically to anticipate archive loss and data security. This resulted in the need for physical document archive storage space quite a lot, including filing cabinets and archive rooms. This activity has the aim of providing understanding and skills of electronic archives (e-archive) in managing school administration through the network (cloud). The program implementation method is carried out by providing training and assistance in managing school administration electronically based on a network (cloud). The results of the activity show that education personnel is able to manage school administrative documents electronically using the network (cloud) well. Education staff can group several archives into active and inactive archives and their management is directed at electronic documents through scanning or scanning for digital archive management.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work environment on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research by distributing questionnaires via google form to 32 employees of PT Jasa Raharja Surakarta Representative Office. The sampling method used saturated sampling with multiple linear regression hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that high emotional intelligence will increase employee performance. The hypothesis test shows that the self-efficacy has an effect on employee performance, meaning that self-efficacy that employee performance will increase. Hypothesis testing shows that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that a safe and comfortable work environment will improve employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Employee Performance;Emotional Intelligence;Self-efficacy;Work Environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, self-efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui google form pada 32 karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Kantor Perwakilan Surakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan  regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya kecerdasan emosional tinggi maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya self-efficacy tinggi maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan variabel kecerdasan emosional, self-efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan;Kecerdasan Emosional;Self-efficacy;Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

Electronic office is all work related to office management which is done electronically with communication equipment and information systems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application, benefits, and constraints and challenges of the electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and also documentation studies. Data analysis activities are carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office has implemented the use of electronic office. In the process of implementing the electronic office, the initial steps and components as well as the planning stages of the electronic office are very important and needed to simplify the implementation process. There is also an electronic office that has different benefits according to each section in the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office. However, there are also obstacles and obstacles that result in the process of implementing and using electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office not yet functioning and playing an optimal role. The implication of the application and use of the electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat is to assist employees in completing work effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Building an environmentally friendly work culture is a form of contribution to environmental conservation through employee activities in the workplace. This study aims to explore how to build an environmentally friendly work culture in government offices. This research is an exploratory qualitative research. The research informants consisted of six government employees or state civil servants who served in three government agency offices in three districts/cities in Central Java. The results of the exploration in this study there are five things that are done in building an environmentally friendly work culture at the government agency office. First, formulate and implement policy instruments on environmentally friendly behavior in government agencies. Second, strengthen the commitment and example of the leadership in being environmentally friendly. Third, implementing various environmentally friendly programs and actions in the office, in the context of empowering and involving state civil servants in the office. Fourth, use environmentally friendly office technology, and fifth, conduct socialization and training (education) on environmentally friendly work culture to state civil servants.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many activities that require face-to-face contact cannot be carried out directly, including for the needs of Sunday Worship at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga. To facilitate this, it is necessary to develop an daring worship system that is carried out live streaming. This activity aims to build the streaming system so that the worship performed at the church can also be followed by the congregation directly from their respective homes. The program implementation method is carried out in six steps, namely identification of needs and mapping of existing conditions, planning and priority scale, setting of streaming equipment, training, implementation, and the last is evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceptance of the Learning Management System as the Cloud Storage for students in digital-based learning at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. The research is conducted using a descriptive quantitative research design. The data is acquired from 250 students of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana who participate in the online lesson using the Cloud Storage in the Learning Management System. The technique of data collection is by using a closed questionnaire through random sampling. The acceptance of Cloud Storage usage is measured using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The result of the research shows a high outcome. During online lessons, the students use Cloud Storage in LMS which is integrated with the data storage feature in form of lesson materials, assignment files, teacher-students discussion forums, presence lists, meeting links, etc. Cloud Storage usage in LMS provides convenience, and benefit gain so that it can increase class performance which is effective and efficient, convenient, and fun, and it will trigger the interest in actual use of digital platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the working conditions at Omah Kembang Merbabu and the process and benefits of employee performance evaluation in the company. The research method used is structured interviews with employees at Omah Kembang Merbabu as the primary source of information. The interviews were conducted face-to-face using a pre-arranged set of structured questions. Based on the interview findings, it can be concluded that the working conditions at the company are considered good and emphasize a sense of family in the workplace. The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implemented at the company are not significantly different from those in other places, which prioritize discipline and orderliness. Employee performance evaluation at Omah Kembang Merbabu is conducted through both vertical and horizontal assessments, considering important aspects such as performance standards, neatness and attitude, discipline, responsibility, and loyalty

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the company to be able to achieve the goals set. Various efforts can be made to improve employee performance, including by knowing what factors can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to partially examine the effect of selection and employee career development on employee performance at PT IlmuKomputerCom Braindevs Sistema as well as the effect of employee selection on employee performance with career development as a mediating variable. The population in this study was 40 employees of PT IlmuKomputerCom Braindevs Sistema. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique, namely using all employees of PT IlmuKomputerCom Braindevs Sistema as samples in the study. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis technique using the t test and Sobel test. The results of data analysis show that partially selection and employee career development have an effect on employee performance at PT IlmuKomputerCom Braindevs Sistema with a sig value t-table.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Ramayana Department Store Salatiga has implemented training management using the five stages of the ADDIE model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. An exploratory qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Interviews with many Ramayana Department Store resource people were done. Five individuals served as the study's resources: the head office, the store manager, the HR supervisor, the consignment team, and the employees. Based on the study's findings, Ramayana has implemented training management using ADDIE in line with many stages, including analysis, planning, development, implementation, and assessment. In order to ensure that this training supports Ramayana's vision and goal, it is necessary to design a few stages, namely the implementation and assessment stages. Ramayana has performed training to the fullest extent possible at each level.
