Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of technostress, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance. The research method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District, with a sample of 145 people. The variables of this study consisted of three independent variables, namely: technostress (X1), work environment (X2), work motivation (X3) and one dependent variable, namely: teacher performance (Y). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of data collection were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) the technostress variable partially affected the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Tuntang District; (2) partially the work environment variables affect the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (3) partially the work motivation variable affects the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (4) simultaneously there is a positive influence between the variables technostress, work environment and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Tuntang District. Keywords: Technostress; Work Environment; Work Motivation; Teacher Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana variabel diukur dengan skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 145 orang. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga variabel bebas yaitu: technostress (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), motivasi kerja (X3) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu: kinerja guru (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Hasil pengumpulan data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel technostress mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (2) secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (3) secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel variabel technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang. Kata kunci: Technostress; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Building a sustainable business is the top priority of all business actors. The easiest way to accomplish this is to start a business based on social entrepreneurship, which primarily focuses on developing human resource (HR) business partner competency. This study aims to identify reasons for the need to develop the HR business partner competency with a social entrepreneurship concept and the challenges experienced by IKAT Indonesia in the weaving industry. A case study approach was employed with multiple informants who had relevant experience and knowledge. The results show that the reasons included the need to improve business partners’ motives, traits, self-image, knowledge, and skills. The development of HR business partner competency with the social entrepreneurship concept was implemented by using several methods, including projects, workshops, and coaching and mentoring. Further, the challenges faced consisted of limited access, education, and motivation, and the younger generation’s lack of interest in maintaining woven crafts. These findings are expected to be used as references in social entrepreneurship-based business sustainability, particularly in terms of developing the HR business partner competency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between each variable involved in the research. These variables are the Worklife-balance, Satisfaction and Employee Performance variables. The main discussion of all these variables will refer to the relationship between the work-life balance variable and employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A good work-life balance implemented by an employee can allegedly influence the employee's level of performance. However, this research wants to know the role of other variables, namely the job satisfaction variable as an intermediary variable in this relationship. This research will use a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. In this research, the respondents involved were employees at CV Pujasani Boyolali. The sample involved in this research involved all employees. The results of this research show that the work-life balance that has been implemented by employees has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, the work-life balance variable has no influence on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has no influence on employee performance and the employee job satisfaction variable is unable to influence the state of the relationship between worklife balance variable on employee performance. The practical implications of this research include the development of more proportional human resource management strategies in improving employee performance by paying attention to personal aspects such as work-life balance and job satisfaction of the employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah terkait kinerja guru di salah satu SMP Negeri Kabupaten Jayapura yang belum mencapai tingkat optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang belum efektif, sehingga kinerja guru tidak sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional seorang kepala sekolah (X) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keberadaan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah, mengevaluasi seberapa baik kinerja guru, serta menilai sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tersebut terhadap kinerja para guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket skala Likert dan analisis regresi sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Jayapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah masuk dalam kategori efektif, sedangkan kinerja guru dalam kategori sedang. Analisis data menunjukkan pola linier, dan hipotesis yang diuji mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh positif dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The development of globalization, the rapid development of technology, and increasing public awareness of the importance of health, have made society's demands increasingly complex, holistic, comprehensive, responsive, affordable, and quality for the health services provided. Nurses as human resources play an important role in providing health services in hospitals. Quality nursing services are realized through the provision of nursing care based on nurses' caring behavior because it can influence client satisfaction and is an indicator of the quality of nursing services. This research has a goal to examine the effect of emotional intelligence training and motivation on caring behavior with soft skills as a mediation variable. This research was carried out at X hospital in City Salatiga. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The distribution of questionnaires is made by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. In this study, the population was medical nursing employees at X hospital in City Salatiga. The number of samples obtained was 113 respondents who met the research criteria. The research results showed that emotional intelligence training did not affect on soft skills and caring behavior. On the other hand, motivation influences nurses' soft skills and caring behavior. Furthermore, soft skills do not mediate emotional intelligence training on caring behavior, but soft skills have a role in mediating motivation and caring behavior.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are an important sector in the country's economy. Thus, SMEs need to get support for their development. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to MSMEs at Menang Jaya Putra Sports Stores in utilizing digital marketing as a marketing strategy to reach more markets and strengthen the branding of Menang Jaya Putra Sports Stores. In this case, through the use of social media, namely Instagram and websites. The series of community service activities in creating Instagram and websites starts from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The result of this community service activity is that MSME partners become more knowledgeable and understand how to manage Instagram and websites so that they can participate in the important role of digital marketing.

Abstract

The rapid advances in technology in this day and age require that people understand how to utilize and use technology optimally and well.  Digital marketing can make it easier for people to market their business.  One of the digital marketing platforms that is often used is social media.  The use of search engine optimization and the use of social media are some forms of digital marketing activities that are popular today.  Social media has different characteristics and can be adapted to the needs of business people.  Moreover, currently jumbo ice products are going viral and are increasingly in demand by the public.  This will open up opportunities for Sumotea MSMEs on Jalan Jagersari Argomulyo Salatiga to be given understanding and instruction in appropriate digital marketing strategies and good use of social media in order to expand their market reach, by utilizing social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Websites and others.  other.

Abstract

This study explores employee green behavior through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices. Using qualitative methods - Case studies and evaluation approaches, this study provides an objective picture of the implementation of GHRM in companies and its impact on environmental sustainability. The results show that GHRM has the potential to support environmental sustainability. Despite facing some obstacles, GHRM has proven to be effective in increasing employee engagement in corporate green initiatives, as well as helping companies improve their reputation and operational efficiency. In this study, it can be concluded that top management commitment, supportive organizational culture, and collaboration across all levels of the organization are the keys to successful GHRM implementation, which contributes to environmental conservation and the achievement of corporate sustainability goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement, both directly and indirectly, through perceived organizational support and well-being at work as mediating variables. This research uses an explanatory research type with a sample of 104 people selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were measured using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on perceived organizational support, workplace well-being, and employee engagement through workplace. However, the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement and the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee engagement through perceived organizational support did not have a positive effect.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak is a poignant reminder of how fragile and unpredictable our lives can be in unusual circumstances. Work-life balance and Employee Engagement are two key factors in determining employee performance in the New Normal Era after Covid-19. The intervention of Job Satisfaction can affect assessing the Employee Performance. This research presents each dimension of the variables: Work Life Balance, Work Interference with Personal Life (WIPL), Personal Life Interference with Work (PLIW), Personal Life Enhancement of Work (PLEW), and Work Enhancement of Personal Life (WEPL). The job satisfaction has six dimensions, which are: Salary and Welfare, Work Itself, Leader Behavior, Interpersonal Relationships, Job Competency, and Personal Growth. Employee performance with dimensions which are: Task Performance, Adaptive Performance, and Contextual Performance. Using descriptive analysis, this quantitative research was conducted on 100 employees in Dharma Mulya Christian School. The interesting finding is found during the research whereby in Dharma Mulya Christian School, as an educational workplace, Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a positive coefficient direction; nevertheless, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the influence of Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance.
