Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek transfer pengetahuan dalam perspektif pendidikan ekonomi informal melalui model SECI Nonaka dan mengkaji proses revitalisasi produk kain sutera dalam pengembangan produk yang berbasis fashion modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap objek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transfer pengetahuan yaitu (1) terciptanya pengetahuan baru dan inovasi seperti modifikasi motif dan diversifikasi produk kain sutera yang merupakan keberhasilan proses konversi transfer pengetahuan. (2) memberikan pembaharuan yang merujuk pada perubahan berbasis modern bagi perkembangan industri pensuteraan di Kabupaten Wajo dengan mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai filsofi kain sutera melalui produk-produk aplikasi kain sutera untuk merevitalisasikan dan menjaga ketahanan eksistensi kain sutera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic existence of layer chicken business in Maritenngae District, Sidrap Regency. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were business owners, employees, and the local community. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the layer chicken business has an important role in the local economy. Layer chicken business, with the knowledge and experience of the business owner, plays an important role in running the business well. This business also provides livelihoods for the local community. It has a complex role in social and economic aspects. However, there are some challenges that need to be overcome, namely related to waste management and unpleasant odors that can disturb the environment and surrounding communities. Therefore, a sustainable approach to production and marketing as well as education and knowledge on proper waste management processes can help strengthen and sustain the layer business. The conclusion of this analysis considers the importance of maintaining a balance between social and economic aspects in maintaining and developing the business.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine how Human Capital and Growth Mindset influence the performance of MSMEs in Enrekang Regency through Psychological Capital. The purpose of this research is to improve MSME performance by developing human capital and a growth mindset, as well as enhancing the quality of psychological capital among MSME actors. The study used a sample of 100 MSME actors in Enrekang Regency, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed. The analytical method employed is Partial Least-Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that human capital and growth mindset have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Additionally, psychological capital is proven to moderate the relationship between human capital and MSME performance, as well as between growth mindset and MSME performance
