Abstract

Husband’s involvement in doing chores is influenced by normative and cultural perception in society based on sex role. In its development husband and wife division labor changes from traditional perception that posits men as the main leader having special right and big authority in family directing towards androgyny stereotype of which spouse has flexible perception in work division labor.Keterlibatan suami dalam kegiatan rumah tangga dipengaruhi oleh pandangan normatif dan budaya yang berlaku dalam masyarakat, sesuai dengan peran jenisnya. Dalam perkembangannya, secara budaya pembagian peran suami istri dalam keluarga mengalami pergeseran dari sudut pandang tradisional dimana laki-laki adalah sebagai penguasautama rumah tangga yang memiliki hak-hak istimewa dan otoritas terbesar dalam keluarga ke arah stereotip androgin dimana suami istri mempunyai pandangan yang fleksibel dalam pembagian peran dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study aims to develop audio visual learning media based on the Canva application. This study uses a Research and Development approach with the stages of initial analysis, material identification, product preparation, and testing. After the product is developed, a feasibility assessment is carried out by the expert to see the feasibility of the media design, match between content, design completeness, and attractiveness. Based on the results of expert judgment, the design of audio visual learning media based on the Canva application obtained a score of 82.28 percent with the very feasible category. The results of limited student responses obtained a score of 86.73 percent with the very feasible category. From the results of expert and student assessments, it means that the Audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application is suitable for use in pilot schools. The results of the first cycle 1 field trials were 67.13 percent and second cycle  was 88 percent. The percentage of student learning outcomes shows an increase. This shows that it is easier for students to master labor material using audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application with very good criteria. Thus, the media developed can be used in online and offline learning.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out how the education pattern in the family forms children's economic awareness. Qualitative descriptive was used as an approach in this study to reveal how the role of farmer families in the Maritengngae sub-district, Sidrap Regency in fostering economic awareness in their children. The number of informants in this study was 10 people. The data collection used observation, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that economic education was part of education that took place in the family environment to foster economic awareness in children from an early age through habituation, exemplary and transfer of knowledge. The characteristics of economic education in the family can be seen in various aspects, namely giving verbal advice, participating in shopping, and habituation in saving, limiting pocket money, and priority scale in fulfilling needs. The role of housewives is very important in fostering habits and role models in children from an early age with the hope that in the future they will become responsible economic actors.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out how the education pattern in the family forms children's economic awareness. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital, literasi keuangan, dan inovasi berdampak pada kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Lalabata, Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini berfokus pada populasi sebanyak 50 pelaku usaha UMKM di Kecamatan Lalabata, Kabupaten Soppeng. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, Literasi Digital, Literasi Keuangan, dan Inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Lalabata, Kabupaten Soppeng.  Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Literasi Keuangan, Inovasi, Kinerja UMKM

Abstract

This research is ” An Analysis Of Teachers` Pedagogic Competence In Teaching English Young Students at SMPN 1 Baraka “. The purpose of this study is to examine the pedagogical competence that posses by the teacher in SMPN 1 BARAKA namely managing young students classroom and make the students stay curious and enthusiasm to learn english. This study was conducted to describe how teachers manage young students classroom, find out how well the teachers understand the needs of their young students and to see if the teachers pedagogical competencew have an impact on the students desire to learn english. In this study , researcher used purposive sampling to collect data. in this study, there was 4 class as observation data and 2 teachers as resource persons to interviews. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 BARAKA. The result of this study indicate that Based on the results of the observation and interview, the conclusion of this study are presented based on the data obtained which has been analysed. From all data analysis on how do the teachers able to manage the students and make them stay curious and enthusiasm to learn English. It can be concluded that experience can be one of the factors which affect the understanding and implementation of pedagogical competence specifically the classroom management. In addition, pedagogical competence is the ability of teaching that cannot be comprehended in short time.

Abstract

The learning process in schools is still focused on teachers, and most use conventional learning media, so students are less involved in learning, and students' interest in learning has also decreased. This research aims to develop interactive learning media through Nearpod to increase the economic literacy of participants at the high school level. The research method used is the Research & Development (R&D) method, or developing a product with a comparative and percentage research design. The research stages are based on the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were senior high school students, the research sample was 22 students and was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and administering questionnaires and tests. The results of this research show that the interactive learning media developed through Nearpod, namely "Slide of Cashless,” is very feasible to develop, interesting in using learning media, and effective in increasing the economic literacy of students at the high school level. This research supports and strengthens the findings from previous studies. The results of this research also prove that using Nearpod as an interactive learning medium in the learning process can increase students' economic literacy.

Abstract

Abstract:Bank Indonesia aims to achieve and maintain rupiah stability where the prices of goods and services are reflected in the development of inflation. The development of inflation must always be considered in determining monetary policy. This study used inflation data from Malang City from January 2012 to May 2019. This time series data was analyzed using the Autoregressive Intergrated Moving Average with Exogenous (ARIMAX) method. The modeling results show that inflation that occurs this month, is influenced by the previous 1 to 4 months. This is due to seasonal effects, and variations in the calendar before Idul Fitri.Abstrak:Bank Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah. Kestabilan nilai rupiah adalah kestabilan terhadap harga-harga barang dan jasa yang tercermin dari perkembangan laju inflasi. Perkembangan inflasi harus selalu diperhatikan dalam penentuan kebijakan moneter. Penelitian ini menggunakan data inflasi Kota Malang bulan Januari 2012 hingga Mei 2019. Data time series ini dianalisis dengan metode Autoregressive Intergrated Moving Average with Exogenous (ARIMAX). Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan inflasi yang terjadi pada bukan yang berjalan, dipengaruhi 1 hingga 4 bulan sebelumnya. Hal ini disebabkan efek musiman, dan variasi kalender sebelum hari raya Idul Fitri.

Abstract

Perusahaan penyedia operator seluler untuk sistem prabayar GSM di Indonesia adalah Telkomsel, Indosat, serta pemain baru penyedia operator seluler yaitu, Three (3) Perusahaan tersebut berkompetisi melakukan inovasi agar dapat memenuhi harapan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelusuri keterkaitan jenis kartu dengan karakteristik kartu GSM. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis biplot berdimensi dua yang menyajikan secara visual objek dan variabel dalam satu grafik. Penguraian nilai singular suatu matriks (singular value decomposition atau SVD) adalah suatu matriks data X berukuran (n × p) dimana n adalah banyaknya objek pengamatan dan p adalah banyaknya variabel, yang dikorelasikan terhadap nilai rata-ratanya dan berpangkat r. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing kartu GSM memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan yang bergantung pada kebutuhan setiap pengguna kartu. Kartu As, Simpati, dan IM3 memiliki keunggulan pada tawaran promo, harga voucher inovasi paket promo, tarif sms, frekuensi internetan, dan tarif internetan yang relatif murah. Kartu Axis memiliki keungulan pada harga kartu, sinyal jaringan, frekuensi sms, layanan keluhan konsumen, dan jangkauan jaringan yang relatif rendah. Kartu Halo memiliki keunggulan pada frekuensi telepon dengan tarif telepon yang relatif murah. Kartu XL memiliki keunggulan pada letak konter yang mudah dijangkau.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi balita dimana tinggi badannya tidak sesuai dengan usianya. Hal ini diartikan sebagai kondisi dimana sang balita mengalami kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh pemberian makanan yang tidak sesuai dalam waktu cukup lama. Tercatat pada tahun 2019-2022 jumlah kasus stunting di Kota Kendari meningkat di tahun 2022 jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah kasus stunting tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stunting pada balita di Kota Kendari. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder mulai tahun 2019-2022 per kecamatan di Kota Kendari yang bersumber dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian gabungan antara cross section dan times series. Model yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini, yaitu = 7,31 + 0,66 X3 – 0,56 X5. Dari model ini diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap banyaknya kasus stunting adalah BBLR (X3) dan Cakupan Pemberian Vitamin A (X5) dengan nilai akurasi 26%.
