Abstract

Sistem informasi sudah menjadi bagian penting dalam dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam bidang rental mobil. CV. Madjoe 58 sebagai pelaku dalam bidang penyewaan mobil juga harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Model yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan meningkatkan pengelolaan operasional dikarenakan masih menggunak metode lama yaitu dengan cara ditulis tangan. Sistem yang akan digunakan yaitu berbasis website, dikarenakan website lebih mudah digunakan serta mudah diakses oleh semua orang. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melakukan pemesanan mobil secara online, melihat ketersediaan mobil, serta mengatur tanggal dan waktu pengambilan dan pengembalian mobil. Untuk menggembangka website tersebut kami menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter untuk mengoptimalkan proses operasional dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Sistem informasi Rental mobil CV. Madjoe 58 mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses operasional, mempermudah manajemen, serta memberikan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan untuk memilih mobil.

Abstract

BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintah non-menteri yang memiliki tanggung jawab secara langsung kepada presiden sebagai penyedia informasi data statistik nasional maupun internasional yang berkualitas, akurat dan menggambarkan keadaan nyata di lapangan dalam rangka mendukung Indonesia maju. Dalam hal ini penulis menemukan masalah pada proses pendataan persediaan barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) yang masih belum terkomputerisasi dengan maksimal dikarenakan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga banyak terjadi kendala. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis akan membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik yang dapat memproses data inputan ATK masuk dan keluar dan juga pembuatan laporan ATK masuk dan keluar. Penulis akan merancang aplikasi yang berbasiskan WEB dan menggunakan metode Waterfall, agar nantinya dapat diakses oleh Users dan dikelola oleh admin. sebagai sistem pemodelan yang akan digunakan secara visual, memakai Bahasa Pemrograman PHP, pembuatan database memakai Mysql, Sublime Text 3 untuk pembuatan desain dan tampilan, serta Xampp untuk server lokal sekaligus penghubung bahasa pemrograman, framework yang akan dipakai CodeIgniter karena codeigniter salah satu framework yang kompatibel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Tujuan dari dibuatnya sistem infromasi inventarisasi Alat Tulis Kantor ini adalah untuk mempermudah pegawai dalam mengelola data inventory alat tulis kantor sampai dengan pembuatan laporan yang akurat, sehingga akan menciptakan efisiensi kerja dan pengendalian internal bagi pimpinan terhadap laporan yang ada. Sistem alat tulis kantor ini juga dapat membantu memastikan ketersediaan dan penggunaan efisien alat tulis kantor yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan operasional sehari hari.

Abstract

Financial statements are the most crucial information in controlling all financial activities of a company. Financial statements become very important because as a form of accountability and describing the conditions and controlling tools of the company. CV. Jaya PPK Abadi Surakarta is an agency engaged in advertising. The agency has problems in terms of preparing financial statements which are still carried out by collecting sales notes and purchase notes, then the total in one day is recorded on the financial statement book. This of course causes problems, including in terms of the past data search process and the risk of lost notes. The process of calculating financial statements is still carried out using a calculator and calculating the difference between all sales and purchases in one day, it causes problems when there is a miscalculation because it uses manual methods. The absence of preparing monthly financial statements also makes it difficult for leaders to see the details of sales, purchases and net profit of the company. This, of course, has a bad impact on the development of the company. The purpose of this study is to create a financial statement information system in CV. Jaya PPK Abadi Surakarta. The author uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the process of developing PHP systems and programming languages and using MySQL databases. The system that the author designed is expected to produce an application that can record incoming and outgoing financial data on the CV. Jaya PPK Abadi and can be accessed via the web so that leaders can immediately find out the entry and exit of financial flows.

Abstract

Production division of PT. Konimex Indonesia has problems in terms of collecting data on employee overtime hours. This happens because the data collection process is still carried out using notebooks that cause problems, including book media that is easily lost and damaged. The process of collecting overtime hours is also a problem because data collection and counting of hours are still carried out by recording directly in the employee's overtime logbook. In addition, the payroll administration department also has difficulties in the process of preparing employee overtime data reports. Based on these problems, the author formulates a problem, namely how to design and create an employee overtime administration information system. The author gives a limit on this study, which only discusses the payroll system in the production division of 3 PT. Konimex Indonesia. The system inputs that the author discusses are employee data and overtime data. The system output that the author discusses is an employee overtime data report. The author uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the information system developer method. The information system is designed and created using the PHP programming language and the MyQL database. The author's goal in this study is to create an information system for the administration of employee overtime data in the production division that can be used by the administration to process overtime data up to the report creation process.

Abstract

Background: Website technology greatly influences puskesmas services. Procurement of a website in order to meet user demands for easy, fast and efficient service availability. The website is provided to realize efforts to improve the quality of health services by integrating information systems from various subsystems. Objective: This research is related to the acceptance of the quality of the community health center website that is acceptable to users and looks for variables that influence users' interest in accessing the website page. Methods: This research was conducted using quantitative methods using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Results: There are four main constructs of website acceptance in the form of website performance, ease of using the website, environmental influence on using the website and condition of the website facilities. Conclusion: The level of acceptance of the website at the Puskesmas Banyuanyar with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model has very high acceptance results. Variables that influence website user interest are website performance, ease of using the website, social influence and condition of facilities.

Abstract

The Kedunggalar sub-district office is one of the agencies that administrates incoming and outgoing mail in its agency. The administration system is still done manually by recording on the agenda book which causes storage limitations, difficulties in the data search process and is vulnerable to data loss. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem raised is how to create an incoming and outgoing mail information system. Information systems designed are able to manage data on the origin of letters, the destination of letters, incoming mail and outgoing mail. The method that the author uses is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The information system that the author designed is expected to be able to assist the mail administration department in managing incoming and outgoing mail data so that it can be used effectively and efficiently.Kantor Kecamatan Kedunggalar adalah salah satu instansi yang melakukan administrasi pada surat yang masuk dan keluar di instansinya. Sistem administrasi tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mencatat pada buku agenda yang menyebabkan keterbatasan penyimpanan, kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data dan rentan terhadap kehilangan data. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana membuat sistem informasi surat masuk dan keluar. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu mengelola data asal surat, tujuan surat, surat masuk dan surat keluar. Metode yang penulis gunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem informasi yang penulis rancang diharapkan mampu membantu bagian administrasi surat dalam mengelola data surat yang masuk dan keluar agar dapat digunakan denganefektif dan efisien.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kantor Kecamatan Sragen adalah kantor pelayanan administratif masyarakat di bawah Kabupaten Sragen. Kantor ini beralamat di Jalan Raya Sragen Wetan-Sragen. Kecamatan Sragen memiliki masalah dalam hal pendataan dan penyerahan E-KTP yang masih dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu masih menggunakan media buku yaitu buku penyerahan E-KTP dalam pendataan masyarakat yang mengambil E-KTP. Hal tersebut menyebabkan masalah antara lain media yang mudah hilang dan rusak, proses penyimpanan buku yang bertumpuk dan buku penyerahan E-KTP yang masih manual ini biasanya menyulitkan pegawai dalam melacak keperluan pengambilan E-KTP dan siapa saja yang mengambil. Kantor Kecamatan Sragen juga kesulitan dalam pelaporan data buku penyerahan E-KTP yang diakibatkan data hilang. Sehingga mengakibatkan tidak adanya proses penyusunan laporan penyerahan E-KTP yang terstuktur. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penulis memperoleh rumusan masalah yakni Bagaimana merancang dan membuat sistem pendataan dan penyerahan E-KTP berbasis web di Kecamatan Sragen.Batasan masalah dari penulis berupa : waktu dan tempat ,pegawai,masyarakat, dan hal lain yang mendukung proses penyerahan E-KTP . Sistem pendataan dan penyerahan E-KTP di kembangkan melalui Bahasa pemograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL. ABSTRACKThe Sragen District Office is a community administrstive service office under the Sragen Regency. This office is located on Jalan Raya Sragen Wetan-Sragen. Sragen District has problems in terms of data collection and submission of E-KTP which is still done manually, namely still using book media, namely the book of submission of E-KTP in data collection for people who take E-KTP. This causes problems,including media that can easily be lost and damaged, the process of storing books that are piled up and manual E-KTP submission books usually makes it difficult for employees to track the needs of taking E-KTP and who took it. The Sragen District Office also had difficulties in reporting the date for the E-KTP handover bookdue to missing date. As a result, there is no structured E-KTP submission report preparation process. Based on these problems, the outhors obtained the formulation of the problem, namely how to design and create a web-based E-KTP data collection and submission system in Sragen District.Limitations of problems from the outhor in the form of: time and place,employess, community, and other things that support the process of submitting the E-KTP. The date collection system and submission of E-KTP was developed through the PHP programming language with MYSQL database.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe equipment borrowing system conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura is still done manually, which involves recording in a borrowing logbook. This often presents various challenges for responsible personnel, including inventory management, loan coordination, as well as efficient reporting and supervision. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, creating an information system using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a data storage medium. The objective of this research is to develop an efficient and structured laboratory equipment borrowing information system at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The result of the research is an information system that can assist laboratory personnel in managing the laboratory equipment borrowing process at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura so that the process can run effectively and efficiently. Keywords: information systems, borrowing, sdlc, php, mysql ABSTRAKSistem peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mencatat pada buku catatan peminjaman. Hal tersebut seringkali menghadirkan berbagai tantangan bagi petugas yang bertanggung jawab antara lain dalam hal manajemen inventaris, koordinasi peminjaman, serta pelaporan dan pengawasan yang efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, pembuatan sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang efisien dan terstruktur di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas laboratorium dalam hal mengelola proses peminjaman peralatan laboratorium di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura agar proses dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

               System personal data recording Tegalrejo Public Elementary School No. 66 Surakarta is still deep manual work. This matter done by handwriting about the information personal deep students a book large, then archived and attached to the main book previous years. So the problem is less efficient moment in writing, such as risk happen book keeping errors large in shape vulnerable paper against damage, loss and requires large storage space. In addition, also seek data students need quite a long time.                There is a Information System Student Main Book Based on Web. This designed to facilitate the work of school operators in school administrative management. In process system development, this research using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method Waterfall model, PHP (Hypertext Preporocessor) programming language, Bootstrap Framework, MySQL (My Sequel Structured Query Language) database as well as Visual Studio Code as a means to design the system information.               The results of research are presented in the form of an information system that can help manage administration at Tegalrejo Public Elementary School No. 66 Surakarta is with this information system, management of student master books becomes easier, concise, effective, and fast, searching for student data is easier, and also reduces the use of storage space for student master books. The percentage of 80% of the system can be implemented properly.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) cooperates with various external parties. The recording and archiving of collaboration data is already using a computer by utilizing the Microsoft Excel application. This collaboration data recording system needs to be improved by switching to a website-based information system. It aims to facilitate the search for cooperation data, recording cooperation data and making cooperation reports. By utilizing the website, collaboration data can be accessed at any time without having to search for the physical files. Based on the problems above, the authors formulate the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design a collaborative information system at the Faculty of Engineering UNS". So that this research does not widen, the authors provide limitations on problems related to the design of a collaborative information system made specifically for the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The collaborative information system design method is the Development Life Cycle System (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database for data storage. The purpose of this research is to facilitate cooperation units of the Faculty of Engineering UNS in terms of managing collaboration data including recording, archiving and recapitulating cooperation reports. With the design of this cooperation information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the cooperative unit to manage collaboration data at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS
