Abstract

ABSTRACTThe equipment borrowing system conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura is still done manually, which involves recording in a borrowing logbook. This often presents various challenges for responsible personnel, including inventory management, loan coordination, as well as efficient reporting and supervision. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, creating an information system using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a data storage medium. The objective of this research is to develop an efficient and structured laboratory equipment borrowing information system at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The result of the research is an information system that can assist laboratory personnel in managing the laboratory equipment borrowing process at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura so that the process can run effectively and efficiently. Keywords: information systems, borrowing, sdlc, php, mysql ABSTRAKSistem peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mencatat pada buku catatan peminjaman. Hal tersebut seringkali menghadirkan berbagai tantangan bagi petugas yang bertanggung jawab antara lain dalam hal manajemen inventaris, koordinasi peminjaman, serta pelaporan dan pengawasan yang efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, pembuatan sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang efisien dan terstruktur di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas laboratorium dalam hal mengelola proses peminjaman peralatan laboratorium di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura agar proses dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

               System personal data recording Tegalrejo Public Elementary School No. 66 Surakarta is still deep manual work. This matter done by handwriting about the information personal deep students a book large, then archived and attached to the main book previous years. So the problem is less efficient moment in writing, such as risk happen book keeping errors large in shape vulnerable paper against damage, loss and requires large storage space. In addition, also seek data students need quite a long time.                There is a Information System Student Main Book Based on Web. This designed to facilitate the work of school operators in school administrative management. In process system development, this research using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method Waterfall model, PHP (Hypertext Preporocessor) programming language, Bootstrap Framework, MySQL (My Sequel Structured Query Language) database as well as Visual Studio Code as a means to design the system information.               The results of research are presented in the form of an information system that can help manage administration at Tegalrejo Public Elementary School No. 66 Surakarta is with this information system, management of student master books becomes easier, concise, effective, and fast, searching for student data is easier, and also reduces the use of storage space for student master books. The percentage of 80% of the system can be implemented properly.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) cooperates with various external parties. The recording and archiving of collaboration data is already using a computer by utilizing the Microsoft Excel application. This collaboration data recording system needs to be improved by switching to a website-based information system. It aims to facilitate the search for cooperation data, recording cooperation data and making cooperation reports. By utilizing the website, collaboration data can be accessed at any time without having to search for the physical files. Based on the problems above, the authors formulate the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design a collaborative information system at the Faculty of Engineering UNS". So that this research does not widen, the authors provide limitations on problems related to the design of a collaborative information system made specifically for the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The collaborative information system design method is the Development Life Cycle System (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database for data storage. The purpose of this research is to facilitate cooperation units of the Faculty of Engineering UNS in terms of managing collaboration data including recording, archiving and recapitulating cooperation reports. With the design of this cooperation information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the cooperative unit to manage collaboration data at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS
