Abstract

MTSN 2 Solok School has carry out policy in the form of a Friday Movement program blessing. Research purposes This is analyze implementation Friday Movement policy blessing as development of the social model at MTS N 2 Solok. Study This use Lesser theory for analyze implementation Friday Movement policy blessing in development of social capital. Study This use approach qualitative with type study descriptive. The data collection method begins with observation, interview in depth and study document. Study analyzed with use Milles and Huberman analysis. Research result This showing that Friday Movement blessing can increase the strength of social capital on the part school with participant educate in aspect concern. Forms of social capital that are built is strengthen it solidarity fellow party school and its formation behavior togetherness for inhabitant school. This matter bring up attitude For each other help between One with others.

Abstract

Abstrak Perubahan mata pencaharian nelayan menjadi penyedia ATV(All Terrain Vehicle) memberikan dampak terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi nelayan tradisional. Pekerjaan sebagai penyedia ATV merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang beresiko kerja rendah dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan sebagai nelayan. Meskipun begitu masih banyak nelayan tradisional yang masih bertahan dengan pekerjaan utamanya yaitu sebagai nelayan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsi faktor kebertahanan nelayan tradisional setelah masuknya ATV di Pantai Nagari Sasak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tindakan sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Max Weber. Penelitian dilakukan di di Pantai Sasak Kecamatan Sasak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskripstif. Penarikan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah informan 15 nelayan Tradisional. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab kebertahanan nelayan tradisional adalah karena adanya keterbatasan modal, baik secara finansial maupun keterbatasan kepemilikan lahan, selain itu adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam marketing, keterbatasan kepemilikan aset dan keterbatasan usia. Kata Kunci: Faktor Kebertahanan, Nelayan Tradisional, Masyarakat Pesisir Abstract The change in fishermen's livelihoods to become ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) providers has an impact on the socio-economic life of traditional fishermen. work as an ATV provider is a low-risk job compared to work as a fisherman. Even so, there are still many people who survive with their main job as fishermen. The purpose of this study was to describe the survival factors for traditional fishermen to enter ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) at Nagari Sasak Beach, West Pasaman Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber. The research was conducted in Sasak Beach, Sasak District. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Withdrawal of informants is done by purposive sampling technique, with the informants are people who still survive as fishermen. The data collection method in this study begins with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the factors causing the survival of traditional fishermen were limited capital, both financially and limited land ownership, in addition to limited knowledge in marketing, both from asset ownership and age limitations.
