Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting komunikasi antarbudaya dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi di masyarakat global yang semakin beragam. Tantangan utama dalam komunikasi antarbudaya mencakup prasangka yang terbentuk sebelumnya, etnosentrisme, esensialisme, dan hambatan linguistik, yang dapat menghalangi pemahaman dan interaksi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi komunikasi yang inklusif untuk menjembatani kesenjangan budaya, mengurangi stereotip, serta mempromosikan kohesi sosial. Globalisasi semakin memperkuat kompleksitas komunikasi antarbudaya dengan menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan budaya sekaligus menimbulkan potensi ketegangan. Melalui pendekatan pendidikan yang berfokus pada kompetensi lintas budaya, dialog terbuka, serta strategi komunikasi yang responsif secara budaya, masyarakat dapat membangun lingkungan yang lebih toleran, inklusif, dan harmonis.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Antarbudaya, Toleransi, Globalisasi, Stereotip, Kohesi Sosial

Abstract

Restructuring policies in government agencies continue to be carried out in accordance with directives issued by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, including restructuring Echelon positions at the Ministry of Religion, given the absence of related literature in the Ministry of Religion. It is necessary to do research on comparisons in the situation before simplification and further estimates, in this study the focus of the discussion is on the number of allowances for Echelon Unit I in the central office. The method used in this research is a literature study, with reliable data sources and analysis in the form of a comparative study which can later be used as the basis for implementing restructuring in general, especially in national budget planning at the Ministry of Religion. The results showed that there were several changes in income due to downsizing, including a decrease in the performance allowance received by Echelon III officials who were transferred to Associate Experts (Ahli Madya), while the difference in allowances between positions was not significant for Echelon IV officials who are transferred to the functional positions of Associate Expert (Ahli Madya) and Junior Expert. (Ahli Muda) increase in take home pay in terms of position allowance income. The subject of further discussion with this change is how it affects the performance of officials and their effectiveness in the bureaucracy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsibility of the manager of the online buying and selling application (Shopee) for the sale of counterfeit products of well-known brands and legal protection for owners of well-known brands in selling counterfeit products through online buying and selling applications (shopee). The type of research used is normative legal research. The object of study in this research is the Civil Code, Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications, Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, law books and legal journals from various media related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the responsibility of the manager of the Shopee buying and selling application is to sell famous brand counterfeit products. In the form of action if there is a report from the owner of IPR or in the sense of the owner of a well-known mark. The legal protection of well-known brand owners is contained in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications where in the event of a trademark violation in the Shopee online buying and selling application, it is repressive protection in the form of being able to file a lawsuit against article 83 paragraph (1) and also article 1365 of the Civil Code. This proves that saving legal loopholes when infringement of well-known marks is an initiative of the brand owner, and the absence of preventive protection in the form of prudence and responsibility to protect well-known brand owners, thereby harming brand owners when their brand products are imitated and traded without rights in buying and selling applications. online shopee.
