Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out level of cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover in PT. Indosat Tbk (2) to find out the level of profitability PT. Indosat Tbk and (3) To determine the effect of working capital on profitability PT. Indoat Tbk.The research was conducted with an emphasis on quantitative data derived from the financial report of PT. Indosat Tbk period 2008-2012. From the analysis that has been done note that Cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover are fluctuation. Profitability while also experiencing fluctuations.The multiple regression model used in this study, the test results in a partial (t test) showed that the only receivable turnover variable influence significantly to Return on Asset. While simultaneously (f test) show that cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts influence Return on Asset.Keywords :Working Capital , Profitability, Return on Asset

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effects of capital structure on profitability in the Pulp and Paper company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. That is indicated by the capital structure Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DR) With the indicated profitability Return on equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). The study population was Pulp and Paper Industry company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2013. In the financial statement lists the value of financial ratios that will include DR, DER, ROE and ROA. Which have fluctuated financial statements during the period 2008-2013. Obtained a total sample of 36 financial statements of companies acquired through a sampling technique is purposive sampling.analytical technique data used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistic, to examine the relationship with correlation, and the coefficient of determination to test the effect of DR, DER to ROE DR and DER to ROA using the program SPSS.From the results of the analysis showed that DR, DER no significant effect on ROE by t tests where -0.894> -2.032 contributions DR, DER to ROE of 2.4%, while the remaining 97.6%. whereas DR, DER does not significantly influence the outcome ROA 0.968> 2.032. With the contribution of DR, DER to ROA of 10.8% while the remaining 89.2% is influenced by factors other than factors of capital structure.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the effect of Earning Volatility and Leverage on Stock Price Volatility. Independent variables in this study are Earning Volatility and Leverage and dependent variable is Stock Price Volatility. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports and annual reports on annual reports of property and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This study use purposive sampling technique, this which is used is 15 companies and the data analysis use simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 16 devices. The results show that the variable volatility earnings partially (t test) influences the volatility of stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the leverage variable partially (t test) influences the volatility of listed property and real estate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (f test) indicate the influence of variable volatility and leverage earnings on stock price volatility in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Keywords: Earning Volatility, Leverage, and Stock Price Volatility

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the Effect of Sales Growth and Debt Policy on Stock Prices. Where the independent variable in this study is Sales Growth and Debt Policy and the dependent variable is the Stock Price. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports and annual reports on annual reports of Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is used is 8 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and test coefficient of determination using SPSS 16 devices. The results of the analysis show that the sales growth variable partially (t test) influences the stock price of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, the variable debt policy partially (t test) does not affect the stock price of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange . The simultaneous test results (f test) show no influence from the sales growth variable and debt policy on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Keywords: Sales Growth, Debt Policy, Stock Prices

Abstract

This research aims to examine partial and simultaneous the influence of company growth and capital structure on corporate value. Where independent variable in this research is the growth of the company and capital structure, while dependent variable is company value. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. Sampling method used purposive sampling. The sample used is 7 companies. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the research partially indicate that the company's growth has a significant negative effect on corporate value and the capital structure has a positive and significant effect on corporate value. While simultaneously company growth and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on corporate value.Key Words : company growth, capital structure, corporate value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and analyze operational costs in improving financial performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk during the 2016-2020 period. The subjects in this study were PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk and research object: Financial statements for the period 2016-2020 which include items in the balance sheet and income statement. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. Data and information obtained from the website of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis method used in this study is the Analysis of Operating Cost Ratios and Financial Ratios. From the results of data analysis research (1) Operational Cost Analysis with indicators of the Ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income, the Marketing Cost Ratio and General Administration Expenses Ratio in a healthy condition. (2) Profitability Ratio Analysis with indicators of Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Gross Profit Margin in good condition, while Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Investment (ROI) are not in good condition.Keywords: Operational Costs, Marketing Costs, General Administration Costs, and  Profitability.

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity consisting of a single person or cooperative legal entity based on its activities based on cooperative principles as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship.The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of working capital in increasing profitability and the efficiency of working capital used to increase profitability in the Thousand Kubah Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Seribu Kubah Cooperative addressing Jend Sudirman, Rantau Panjang Left, Kubu - Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict during the period of 2014 to 2018. The analysis used was descriptive by looking at the ratio of ratio to the specified standard ratio. The liquidity ratio which consists of assets liquidity ratio in the category is very good with an average value of 258.85%. While the loan to total assets ratio is also in the good category with an average value of 50.02% and the loan to deposit ratio in the category is very good with an average value of 179.96%. While the value of profitability ratios consisting of return on assets in the category is not good with an average value of 49.87%. While return on equity in the good category with an average value of 69.1% and net profit margin in the category is very good with an average value generated at 71.17%. And the capital ratio consisting of equity total assets in the good category with an average value generated by 72.18% and equity to total loans in the category very good with an average value generated by 145.31%.Keywords:Liquidity,Profitability,andCapital

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the influence of Growth Assets and Profitability on Capital Structure. Where the independent variable in this study is Growth Asset, Profitability and while the dependent variable is Capital Structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of real estate and property companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial statements and annual reports of real estate and property companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is used is 28 companies. Data analysis using simple linear analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 16 device. The results of this analysis indicate that the growth asset variable partially (t test) does not significantly influence the capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the variable profitability partially (t test) does not significantly influence the capital structure of real estate companies and property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f test) show that there is no effect of the variable growth assets and profitability on the capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keyword : Growth Asset, Profitability and Capital Structure

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru, the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X). whil the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 57 respondent. all emplovees of a Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru. data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,417. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the firm size, profitability, liquidity and asset structure to the capital manufacturing companies. This study focused on Cosmetic and Household use sector companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia for period 2010-2015. The data used in this research is secondary data, financial highlights (annual report) and performance summary. This study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19.The result of this research indicates that firm size, profitability, liquidity and asset structure simultaneously significantly influence to capital structure. The values that have been adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R-square) for 87,6% can be concluded that factors, while the remaining amount of 12,4% influenced by other variables that are not included in this study, for example earning stability, operating leverage, growth opportunity and tax.Keywords : Capital Structure, Firm Size, Profitability, Liquidity and Asset Structure
