Abstract

The Purpose of this research to find out how about the effect of selection employeers and scrutiny work againts the performnanceemployees in bank btn Pekanbaru . Selection as an independent variable (X1) consist of , education selection, work experience, healty., personal And control as independet variale (X2) consist of, determinaton of standart of work,the result of the work measurement,correction. And than performance as independen variable(Y) as work quality, personall quality, quantity, timeliness, independence.The research used sample of the employee of Bank BTN Pekanbaru. The number of this sample is 57 persons with slovin. This research is also used propertionate sratified random sampling. Data of this research is primary data, with spread questions to the nurses. The data analysis of this research is statistical analysis with SPSS program.This research shows that selection emplooyee as independent variable is positive implications for the employee in Bank BTN Pekanbaru as coefficeents determination value (R2) is 74,4 it mens that 74,4% and 25,6% is not served in this researvh.Keyword : Selection, Controling, Performance. Abstract

Bank as a financial institution that has a role as a financial intermediary, has 3 functions: gathers funds from the excess funds, disburse funds on behalf of a shortage of funds and provide services to other services. Bank as a financial institution can help the party with disburse funds shortage of credit. Granting credit must also be accompanied by the appropriate policies of the Government.Credit that would have been realized had passed the stage of credit analysis undertaken by the bank. As for credit analysis performed by the bank includes principle 5 c. credit must be realized to every customer affected by several factors such as: the value of guarantees, income, Loan history and working capital needs.This study uses secondary data analysis and use descriptive statistics. As for knowing how the realization of credit at the Bank CIMB Niaga Subrantas units as well as the factors that affected it, that is with the use of quantitative analysis by using multiple linear regression. Data processing using the computer program with software SPSS 15.These results indicate that the value of collateral, working capital requirements and income have a real influence on the amount of credits allocated. It is seen from each variable has a value rhitung > rtable, and a significance value of each variable is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Bank, Credit, realization, analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of working capital management on profitability at PT. Fajar Mas Murni Pekanbaru Branch, located on Jalan Bindanak / Pontianak Ujung, No. 5A Tangkerang Utara, Pekanbaru, Riau. The working capital management indicators in this study are working capital turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover. And the profitability indicator is Return On Investment (ROI).               The data used in this research is secondary data. The population and sample of this study are PT. Fajar Mas Murni, Pekabaru Branch for the period 2009-2018. Data collection techniques in this study are Documentation Techniques and Key Informants. The method used is the Time Series and Cross Section data for the 2009-2018 period. Data analysis used panel test of Ordinary Least Square model with STATA 15 software program.               The results of the analysis show that working capital turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and partial inventory turnover (t test) have a significant positive effect on ROI. The results of the simultaneous (F test) showed all independent variables significantly positive effect on ROI. The adjusted R square value of 0,844, this means working capital turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover have an effect of 84,4% on profitability while the remaining 15,6% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Profitability (ROI).

Abstract

The development of the business world makes many companies competing in the stock market. Through the capital market the company can raise funds to conduct economic activities because the capital derived from the owner of the company is usually not enough to run the company's operations. In the stock market of securities in the form of stocks become a special attraction for investors, where the stock can provide greater profits but, also can give big losses. The purpose of this study is to test the partial and simultaneous influence of liquidity and profitability to stock prices of chemical sub-companies. By using purposive sampling determined 7 companies as sample. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Analysis technique used is classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially (t test) liquidity and profitability did not affect the stock price. Based on F test liquidity and profitability does not affect the stock price of chemical sub-companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure to the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2014 . The ratio of capital structure used is a debit -equity ratio (DER) and financial performance ratios used are return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and loan-to- debt ratio (LDR). The results showed that the capital structure DER only significant effect on the financial performance of stated owned bank in the review of the ratio of the Loan on deposit ratio (LDR). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the implementation of the services carried out by PT. Bank Bukopin. Pekanbaru on customer satisfaction is one of the private banking firm of commercial enough in the eyes of Indonesian society, especially citizens pekanbaru. PT. Bank Bukopin have to apply the implementation of services to its customers to cause satisfaction to its customers which would cause annoyance want to use banking services on a continuous basis Bank Bukopin. In this case the optimal performance of employees and work in accordance with the standards of the company will be able to realize the objectives of the company. In this study, the population is Bukopin customers as many as 100 people by distributing a questionnaire and interviews. The study concluded that implementation of the service effect on customer satisfaction in PT. Bank Bukopin. Pekanbaru. With evidence of regression calculation results showed that t calculate is greater than t table is t calculate (4.447)> t table (1.985) and Sig. Abstract

Cooperatives are a people's economic movement that has duties and responsibilities, in terms of the welfare of all members through the fulfillment of all appropriate and adequate needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Three Koto Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) in Sibiruang Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency in terms of the financial ratios used. The location of this study was conducted at the Tiga Koto Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Cooperative in Sibiruang Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District. Ratio analysis used in this study is the liquidity ratio, profitability, solvency, capital and efficient salary. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research in terms of the liquidity ratio of the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village, it is good in terms of asset likuidity ratio, loan to total assets and loan to deposit ratio. From the solvability side of the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village, it has also been categorized both in terms of liabilities to total assets, and time interest earned. While profitability is still not good because the cooperatives are still not using the assets they have to increase the remaining business results, both measured by return on assets. While in terms of return on equity and net profit margin, it has been in the good category. And the capital ratio produced at the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village where the equity ratio of total assets is good. While the equity to total loan ratio in the category is not good because it exceeds the standard value of 20%. And the business efficiency ratio where it is already in good condition, especially the ratio that describes the ability of income generated in closing the salary burden of its employees.Keywords: Financial Ratio, Cooperative Performance, Liquidity Ratio, Profitability, Solvability, Capital and Efficient Salary

Abstract

This research was conducted in KUD Tani Makmur Sejahtera Faithful Districtof Mount Sahilan. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze theimplementation of the distribution of KUT in KUD Tani Faithful and to determine theimpact of the development of farmer cooperatives Faithful.For a sample taken from a population of 91 people or as many as 1020 thenumber of members of the cooperative. Data required in the writing of this manuscriptobtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who use the services of thecredit cooperatives and Bukopin using simple random sampling method is samplingof all members of the population was randomly without regard to existing strata in thepopulation members.Data analysis technique that I use in this paper is a descriptive statisticalanalysis techniques. Where once the data is collected, the data can be classifiedaccording to the indicators used in this study was then made a frequency table andthen interpreted. While the discussion is followed by the descriptions to better clarify.From the research that has been done, it is known that the implementation ofKUT and distribution and its impact on the development of the Faithful Farmercooperatives in collaboration with the overall Bukopin already categorized " GOOD "and are in accordance with prescribed standards. Abstract

Service Quality is how far the difference between reality and expectations of consumers with the services they received or acquired. loyalty is described as the desire of consumers to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using products and services repeatedly, and recommend the company's products to others. Under these conditions, a hospitality service company to be able to provide quality service to its customers, in order to create customer satisfaction that will lead the customer will be loyal to the products or services at the company.This research was conducted at Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru is located on the road Tuanku Tambusai Paninsula Complex Block c3, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyality on Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customer Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru is a minimum stay of more than two times and as a source of information is the General Manager, Supervisor, and Front office. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, the quality of service in this study included five components of both the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and caring.
