Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock prices in automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 partially and simultaneously. Where the independent variable in this study is the capital structure and profitability while the dependent variable is the stock price. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 7 companies. The data in this study uses secondary data, namely financial statements. The data analysis used is financial ratio analysis, descriptive statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 24. From the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously, it shows that the capital structure and profitability variables have an influence on stock prices in automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management dan debt policy on profitability at chemical sub-sector company listed in Indonesia Stocck Exchange (IDX). Working capital management ratios were used as independent variables is working capital turnonver, and ratio of debt policy is Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). While being used as dependent variable is profitability Return on Asset (ROA). The populations of thisstudy are chemical sub-sector company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2020. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling and obtained a sample of 7 companies. Data used in this study is a secondary data financial reports. Analysis data using financial ratio analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 24.The results of the analysis shows that working capital management is still not effective, debt policy still has a ratio that is above the standard which indicates it is not healthy, profitability does not yet meet industry standards, the variable working capital management partially has significant effect on profitability, debt policy partially (t test) has negative effect on profitability, and simultaneous (f test) shows significant effect between working capital management and debt policy on profitability. The adjusted R square value is 0,424. This means that 42,4% of the variations of the two independent variables. While the remaining is influenced by variables that are not studied. Keywords: Working Capital Management, Debt Policy, Profitability

Abstract

Good debt management will determine whether or not the company's activities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of debt management as a tool to increase the profitability of PT. Nusantara V Pekanbaru Plantation. In this study using quantitative descriptive data types. Sources of data used are primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data using financial statement data from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru period 2016-2020, and using ratio analysis.            The results of research on debt management as a tool to increase profitability at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru shows that debt management in increasing profitability is not good. This is because in 2016-2020 all debt management as measured by the solvency ratio and profitability is still fluctuating. Keywords: Debt Management and Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Soko Jat Plantation Cooperative in the Pangean District of Kuantan Singingi Regency in the 2014-2018 period in terms of the analysis of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency, Profitability, and Activity methods used are descriptive quantitative methods. Research data and information were obtained from the Sako Jati Plantation Cooperative in the district of Kuantan Singingi, located in Soko Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.From the data analysis using liquidity ratio analysis it can be concluded that for Liquidity Ratios with the Current Ratio indicator are in poor criteria with an average of 790.4% and Cas Ratio are in poor criteria with an average of 96.956%. Solvency Ratio with Debt to Asset Ratio indicator is in bad criteria with an average of 90,694% and Debt to Equity Ratio is in bad criteria with an average of 931,55%. The Profitability Ratio with the Retrun On Asset indicator is in good enough criteria with an average of 4.456% and the Retrun On Equity is in a very good criterion with an average of 38.034%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of receivables turnover that occurs on profitability at the Karya Sembada Village Unit Cooperative for the 2016-2020 period based on the annual financial report consisting of the balance sheet and the remaining operating results of the Cooperative. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with the type of data used by the researcher is quantitative data which is statistics in the form of numbers. Sources of data used are primary data sources in the form of interviews and secondary data sources in the form of annual financial reports of cooperatives. Based on the results of the analysis of receivable management as an effort to increase profitability at KUD Karya Sembada, Batang Batindih Village, Rumbio Jaya District, Kampar Regency, it was concluded that: 1) The Receivable Turn Over of Karya Sembada KUD from 2016-2020 was in the Bad category. 2) The level of profitability in 2016-2020 in terms of ROA is in the Bad category, ROE is in the Fairly Good category, and NPM is in the Very Good category. 3) The level of receivable management as an effort to increase profitability in cooperatives is in the Bad category in managing receivables turnover to maximize its income. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on financial performance on a pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The capital structure is used as the independent variable (X) is the indicator Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Longterm Debt To Equity Ratio (LDER). Whereas the that is used as the dependent variable (Y) is a financial performance Return on Assets (ROA).This study uses secondary data, annual financial statements pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling the sample used is 8 pharmaceutical companies. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, t test, and test f. Data was analyzed by linear regression analysis using software SPSS 21.The results showed that the variables DAR partially (t test) significantly affects the ROA, whereas the DER and LDER no significant effect on ROA. The results of simultaneous (f test) showed a significant influence of capital structure DAR, DER, LDER together on the financial performance ROA.Keywords : Capital Structure (DAR, DER, LDER), the performance of Treasury (ROA)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the predictions of financial distress in oil and gas companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2014 period using the Altman (Z-Score) method. By using the type of quantitative research and descriptive analysis method, it is found that PT. Energi Mega Persada, Tbk indicated financial distress in the year 2010-2012. While in 2013, PT. Benakat Integra, Tbk is classified as a company experiencing financial distress. Furthermore, in 2014 PT. Benakat Integra, Tbk and PT. Energi Mega Persada, Tbk indicated as financial distress companies.Keywords : Financial distress, Altman (Z-Score) method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the capital and production costs as well as the income of rubber farmers in Kadur Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency and the effect of capital and production costs on the income of rubber farmers in Kadur Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of Research used in this research ia quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire method and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that capital and production costs had an effect on the income of rubber farmers in Kadur Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency. The partial test value of capital was 1,965 with a significant level of 0.072 and production costs of 2,332 with a significant level of 0.003. Based on the simultaneous test, capital and production costs together have an effect on income with a value of 47,192 with a significant level of 0.068. Keywords : Capital, Production cost, Income

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of accounts receivable turnover that occurs on the profitability of PT Kimia Farma Trading And Distribution Pekanbaru Branch Period 2012-2018. This study takes data in the form of financial statements consisting of balance sheets and income statements from 2012-2018. The analytical tool used in this study is the accounts receivable turnover ratio and profitability ratios, including ROI (Return On Investment), ROE (Return On Equity) and NPM (Net Profit Margin). The results of the analysis can be illustrated that the company is less efficient in conducting business. This can be seen from developments that accounts receivable turnover and profitability tend to fluctuate from year to year.              Based on the results of the analysis of researchers it can be concluded that it is known that accounts receivable turnover tends to decrease which results in profitability also decreases.  Keyword: Account Receivable Turn Over, Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) And Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

The author in this study uses descriptive quantitative data analys method.The data collection technique used in the preparation of this thesis is the documentation study which is a data collection technique by studying documents related to research problems such as the company’s financial statements in the form of profit and loss in 2016-2020.
