Abstract

This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the effect of asset structure, firm size and sales growth on the capital structure. Where the independent variables in this study are the Structure of Assets, Company Size and Sales Growth.While the dependent variable is Capital Structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the asset structure variables partially (t test) affect the capital structure, the size of the company partially (t test) does not affect the capital structure of the company, while sales growth negatively affects the capital structure of listed food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show the influence of asset structure variables, company size and sales growth on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: asset structure, company size, sales growth and capital structure

Abstract

This study aims to simultaneously and simultaneously influence the capital structure and growth opportunities against the company. Where independent variable in this research is capital structure and growth of opportunity depend variable dependent company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009 to 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using census techniques. Classic test in trial. Classical correlation test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate the relationship between the company, while the variable growth of business opportunities to companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the influences of Firm Size, Profitability and leverage toward Companies Value of Plastic and Packaging which is listed on Indonesia Stock Excange. Ratio of the size of the campany is used as the independent variable is the natural lagarithm of total asset(Ln total asset. Profitability ratio which is used as independent variabel are return on equity (ROE) and return on investment (ROI) and and Leverage ratio were use as independent variables is Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While the value companies as dependent variabel measured by ratio price book value (PBV).In this study, the data where financial report and annual report. The sampling taken by purposive sampling, the sample are 6 from companies in plastic and packaging which is listed on Indonesia Stock Excange. Analysis techniques in this study are simple linear, double linear, determinate coefficient, test t(partial), and test F(simultan). Data analysis was used analysis linear agression with the help of software SPSS 21.The results showed that the size of the company partially (t test) significantly affect the value of the company. Profitability has no significant effect on firm value. While the leverage also has no significant effect on firm value. The result of simultaneous research (F test) showed no significant influence between company size, profitability and leverage together to the value of the company in plastic and packaging sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keyword: firm size, Profitability, leverage, The Companies Value

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the effect of liquidity and leverage on the firm's value on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Where the independent variable in this study is liquidity and leverage, while the dependent variable in this study is the value of the company. The method used to observe the effect of liquidity and leverage on the value of the company using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are secondary data, financial reports and annual report annual reports. The data is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from the period 2012-2016. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, which used were 7 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and test coefficient of determination. Data analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that the variable liquidity partially (t test) does not affect the value of the company, while the leverage variable does not affect the firm value of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show no effect of liquidity and leverage on the value of the company in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.    Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Company Value

Abstract

Working capital is the main factor driving the operational of a business both companies and cooperatives, where working capital serves to finance all the daily operational needs of cooperatives. Determination of effective working capital will produce optimal profits. While improper working capital management will have an impact on cooperative profitability.This study aims to determine the management of working capital in order to increase profitability in Koperasi Sawit Usaha Manunggal Desa Seresam Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu for the last five years. Types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained from cooperatives including cooperative financial statement data and other data related to research material.Based on the results of the study showed that the calculation of the activity ratio showed the total assets turnover and accounts receivable turnover decreased and showed that the accounts receivable turnover was still very low, while the cash turnover, working capital turnover, and inventory turnover fluctuated. The calculation of the liquidity ratio shows the current ratio, and the quick ratio has decreased, while the cash ratio has fluctuated. Calculations on profitability ratios indicate fluctuations in the ratios used over the past five years.Keywords: Working Capital, Activities, Liquidity, Profitability

Abstract

The development of financial position has a very important meaning for the company. To see whether a company is healthy or not can only discuss the circumstances just physical. The most important factor to be able to see the development of a company lies in its finances. One tool used to find out corporate finance statement. And PT. Pegadaian (Persero) also needs to be recognized finance to find out the company financial’s performance so far. Methods commonly used in assessing the performance achieved in a company that is financial ratio analysis. Financial ratios are the figures obtained from the comparison of the financial reporting post with another post. Financial ratios used to analyze financial performance are liquidity, profitability and activity. The results of this analysis are company performance when measured as a whole shows the financial performance included in the fairly healthy category. Financial performance of liquidity ratios when measured using current ratio analysis shows unhealthy results, when measured by cash ratios showing unhealthy results. Solvency financial performance when measured using the ratio of own capital to total assets shows a healthy performance. The financial performance of profitability when measured using the ROI ratio shows a fairly healthy performance, when measured using the ROE ratio shows a healthy performance. The financial performance of activities when measured using the inventory turnover ratio shows a very healthy performance, when measured using the total assets turnover ratio it shows an unhealthy performance. Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the financial performance standards of the liquidity ratio, solvency, activity and profitability of the cooperative trade and services Prima Umega Pekanbaru city during the period of 2014-2018.This research uses secondary data in the form of data obtained by authors through, manual report and financial statements of trade cooperatives and services Prima Umega Kota Pekanbaru as required researchers for the analysis of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability.The results of the analysis showed that the financial statements of trade cooperatives and services of Prima Umega 2014-2018 period based on the liquidity Ratio, solvency, activity and profitability are: 1) The liquidity ratio analysis, current Ratio gets the predicate "bad", and at the cash Ratio got the predicate "bad"; 2) analysis of the solvency ratio, debt to total assets ratio received a "very good" predicate, and debt to equity ratio received a "good" predicate; 3) Activity ratio analysis, total assets turnover ratio gets "bad" predicate;Analysis of the activity ratio, the total assets turnover ratio received a predicate "Bad" and the working capital turnover ratio received a predicate "Bad"; 4) The analysis of the profitability ratio, return on asset gets the predicate "good enough", return on equity gets the predicate "less good" and Net Proft Margin gets the predicate "very good". Keyword : Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, and Profitability.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of own capital and business volume on net income in cooperatives Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of the cooperative Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar 2015-2019. Data collection method using documentation. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 25 device. The results of the analysis, it shows that the equity variable partially (t test) has a significant positive effect on net income and partially business volume (t test) has no effect on net income. Simultaneous results (f test) show that all independent variables have a significant effect on net income. The Adjusted R square value of 0,884 means that equity and business volume have an effect of 88,4% on net income. Abstract

The company’s main objective is to maximize profit In improving the company's growth, this can be achieved by maximizing the financial performance company. But sometimes companies fail to enhance financial performance, which is one reason the company less careful in applying the factors that affect financial performance. This make the company’s performance is deemed poor by the investor. This study aims to examine the factors tha affect the financial performance that can bejudged from its capital structure, risk business and sales growth.This study uses secondary data from 9 sampled the financial statements of real estate and property companies and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using the multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the variables capital structure and risk business partially (t test) significantly affects the financial performance on the real estate and property companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), while the variable sales growth no significant effect on the performance finance on the real estate and property companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable capital structure, risk business and sales growth on financial performance in real estate and property companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Keywords:capital structure, risk business, sales growt, financial performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of working capital manajemen ofliquidity level on cement companies listed in Indonesia Stockt Exchange.Independent varibles was used this study is working capital. Working capital wasmeasured with used working capital turn over, while the dependent variables isliquidity was measured with used current ratio.The sample in this study selected based on specific criteria usingpurposive sampling metode. Obtained a samples of 3 companies have financialstatement period 2003-20013, so that obtained of 33 observation.Analysis of the data used in this study is simple regression analysis wereprocessed with SPSS. From the test simple regression analysis showed thatworking capital turn over the have significant negative effect on current ratio.Keywords: working capital, likuidity, working capital turn over, current ratio.
