Abstract

In a company, of course, there are ups and downs of a business, one of which isCompany Performance and Supply Chain. The purpose of this analysis is to be able toanalyze the SCM network model that is suitable for a company, and to be able to designan SCM network model for a company. Based on the analysis conducted by the author,no gaps were found that could affect the supply chain and decrease the performancefaced by PT Citra Shipyard. Abstract

The purpose of this research was carried out to find out how effective theapplication of corporate resource planning at PT. Garudafood. This research will beanalyzed by data collection methods. In this study the authors will discuss theimplementation of ERP on PT. Garudafood, the benefits of the ERP system for PT.garuda food, and analysis of the application of the supply chain to PT. Garudafood.The conclusion from the results of the analysis is that PT. Abstract

UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi kain tradisional yang bercorak dan beroperasi di Kota Batam. UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung belum memiliki sistem dalam aktivitas proses bisnisnya. Dengan demikian, artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menanalisa manajemen rantai pasokan serta memberikan konsep penerapan sistem ERP pada UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik UMKM, pada masa pandemi UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung memiliki kendala dalam proses pemesanan bahan baku karena tidak efisiennya serta tidak terintegrasinya proses bisnis dalam UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung sehingga berdampak pada penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah menggunakan metode kualitiatif berupa wawancara serta teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yang menggunakan studi dokumentasi untuk mendukung penelitian ini.

Abstract

PT Gudang Garam Tbk is a cigarette manufacturer renowned for its unfiltered cigarettes. The number of product lovers compels management to employ supply chain management to maximize distribution. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is utilized by PT Gudang Garam Tbk to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of its business processes. The objective of this study is to determine why PT Gudang Garam Tbk selected Oracle as its ERP system based on its business processes or supply chain. The documentation study approach is employed to collect data for this study. This study employs a qualitative methodology. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. As a result of the research and discussion, PT Gudang Garam Tbk develops a supply chain strategy that prioritizes efficiency in order to facilitate production and distribution and reduce distribution costs. In fact, the company chose Oracle because it offers various advantages that other ERP systems lack, including the ability to process massive volumes of data, user control that includes restrictions on other users' access, and a server cluster.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management and constraints of existing ERP systems in PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in the household production industry by offering food products, beverages, kitchen needs, to toiletries. In an effort to develop its business operations, it is known that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk implements its management strategy through ERP and Supply Chain Management systems. The ERP system at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk functions as an information integration tool for all company stakeholders, while Supply Chain Management functions as a tool for monitoring the flow of goods to consumers and the amount of inventory. Thus, the two strategies are related to the certainty of the performance of Unilever employees. This paper aims to analyze the performance and the relationship between supply chain management, and the effect of the ERP system implemented by Unilever companies on operational performance through interaction and communication of information in order to be efficient in implementing supply chain management strategies and ERP systems. The research method uses a document study approach, as well as primary and secondary data collection techniques. The results of the study reveals that the Supply Chain Management strategy of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has four components, namely supply chain uncertainty, management of economies of scale, selection of transportation modes, and product inventory control; as well as the ERP and Supply Chain Management systems of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk have a positive and significant impact on the company's performance so as to obtain profits and achieve company goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Supply Chain Management antecedents on Distributor Performance mediated by Competitive Advantage on Batam Island. This research uses quantitative methods, and the sampling technique is non-random (purposive sampling). The population includes manufacturing companies, suppliers and distributors on the island of Batam. This research targets 250 respondents, with sample criteria being distributors, procurement, purchasing, general suppliers, agents, retailers and resellers. The total number of questionnaires was 250, distributed online via Google Forms—data processing and analysis through the SMART-PLS application and Structure Equation Modeling. The results of this research state that Supply Chain Management consisting of Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship Management, and Level of Information Sharing has an insignificant effect on Distributor Performance but has a significant positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on Distributor Performance, and Competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on the relationship between Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship Management and Level of Information Sharing on distributor performance. Keywords: Distributor performance, Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship Management, Level Of Information Sharing, Competitive Advantage Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh anteseden Manajemen Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Distributor yang dimediasi oleh Keunggulan Kompetitif di Pulau Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya secara tidak acak (purposive sampling). Populasi nya mencakup perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur, supplier, dan distributor di pulau Batam. Penelitian ini menargetkan 250 responden dengan kriteria sampelnya adalah distributor, procurement, purchasing, general supplier, agen, retailer, dan pengecer. Jumlah keseluruhan kuisioner sebanyak 250 disebarkan secara online melalui Google Form. Pengolahan data dan analisis data melalui aplikasi SMART-PLS dan menggunakan Structure Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Manajemen Rantai Pasok yang terdiri dari Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship Management, dan Level of Information Sharing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Distributor Performance namun berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Competitive advantage. Competitive advantage berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Distributor Performance dan juga Competitive advantage berpengaruh signifikan positif dalam hubungan Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship Management, dan Level of Information Sharing terhadap distributor performance. Kata kunci: Kinerja Distributor, Kemitraan Pemasok Strategis, Pengelolaan Hubungan Pelanggan, Tingkat Pembagian Informasi, Keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin intensif di pasar, semakin banyak perusahaan yang membuat situs web e-commerce untuk menawarkan produk mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli yang dimediasi oleh citra merek pada e-commerce di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal komparatif serta teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah non-probability purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 300 responden yang pernah menggunakan dan melakukan berbelanja online melalui e-commerce dengan kisaran umur 18-45 tahun di Kota Batam. Untuk analisis pengolahan data melalui aplikasi SMART-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keinginan konsumen untuk membeli secara konsisten dipengaruhi oleh Brand Ambassador dan citra merek, sedangkan niat mereka untuk membeli tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kesadaran merek atau Pemasaran Digital. Selain itu, Duta Merek dan Pemasaran Digital memiliki dampak yang sangat menguntungkan terhadap citra merek, sedangkan kesadaran merek memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan. Demikian juga, Citra Merek bertindak sebagai mediator antara Duta Merek, Pemasaran Digital, dan Niat Beli; namun, Kesadaran Merek dan Niat Beli tidak dimediasi oleh Citra Merek. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi risiko terhadap niat perilaku yang dimediasi oleh variabel sikap terhadap penggunaan. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan metode purposive sampling, kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 270 responden. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap variabel sikap terhadap penggunaan, namun, persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel sikap terhadap penggunaan. Kemudian sikap terhadap penggunaan mampu memediasi hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan kegunan, persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat perilaku, namun, sikap terhadap penggunaan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara persepsi risko terhadap niat perilaku.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing ERP in Supply Chain Management with a qualitative approach and measuring demand forecasting quantitatively in UMKM RM Pondok Ciung Tanjungpinang. Data was obtained by the author through direct interviews. Data is managed using the Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing formulas which will then be tested for error rates. The findings of this study are that RM Pondok Ciung uses Majoo as a Point of Sales (POS) system and the method that is suitable for demand forecasting is the exponential smoothing method which is tested with Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MSE).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out which factors influence purchase interest as mediated by customer satisfaction in international fast food restaurants in Batam city. This study is comprehensive with quantitative methods, the sampling technique of this study is non-random (purposive sampling). This study involved 256 respondents from Batam City who visited international fast food restaurants. These research data were processed and analyzed using the SMART-PLS structural equation modeling program. Research results show that brand image and green marketing have a significant positive effect on purchase interest, while product quality variables do not have a positive effect on purchase interest. Brand image and product quality have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, while green marketing does not have a significant positive effect and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchase intentions. Brand image and product quality significantly affect purchase intentions, which are mediated by customer satisfaction, unlike green marketing, where the results are positive and insignificant.
