Abstract

This study evaluates research trends in the context of green finance relating to financial institutions, particularly banks, using bibliometric analysis of Scopus data between 2012 and 2023. Green finance, as a key focus, has evolved along with the increasing awareness of environmental issues and climate change. Chinese contributions dominate in this study, showing a strong interest and commitment to green finance. This bibliometric analysis presents a network of related keywords, highlighting terms such as green finance, sustainable development, China, renewable energy, and others. Increased research interest in green finance has been seen since 2020, reflecting the growing attention to green finance, especially in China. From the citation analysis, there are highly cited papers that cover important issues, including the role of banks in green finance innovation, its impact on environmental change, and the implementation of greener financial practices. Cluster analysis shows three main groups: green finance concepts and principles, implementation of green finance practices, and long-term implications of green finance on the environment. These clusters illustrate the conceptual foundations, implementation practices, and long-term impacts of green finance in the context of banking and financial institutions.

Abstract

Microlearning is an increasingly relevant approach to learning in the digital age, prioritizing information in small chunks such as short videos, infographics, or interactive quizzes to improve student understanding, knowledge retention, engagement, and motivation. Previous research shows the effectiveness of microlearning in various contexts, such as higher education, corporate training, and professional development. However, there are challenges in defining and measuring its effectiveness and its impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze a systematic literature review (SLR) to understand the efficacy of microlearning and its influencing factors more holistically. This study is a qualitative research using the SLR method. This study used a data collection method in the form of systematic observation. This study involved 23 eligible articles. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using the qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. As a result of the various references provided, the overview of the literature found on microlearning covers a wide range of relevant topics and applications. Thus, it can be concluded that microlearning has demonstrated its effectiveness in improving students' understanding of concepts and ability to retain knowledge in several areas of education. Thus, this research will provide deeper insights into the potential and effective micro-learning strategies in various educational contexts.

Abstract

The Khatib (Friday prayer preachers) Training of Trainers (ToT) activity conducted by Bank Indonesia Representative Office of West Java Province is aimed at improving the leadership and communication skills of Khatib in West Java Province in improving the level of Islamic economics and finance (Eksyar) understanding. The participants of this activity were 300 people consisting of Islamic boarding school representatives, Islamic community organizations, and the Indonesian Mosque Council of West Java Province. One of the challenges in Eksyar development is related to the low understanding or literacy of the community regarding Eksyar which was only 9.14% and the weak market share of Islamic economics when compared to conventional economics nationally. The key success of this Khatib ToT is the competency of speakers and the time efficiency given by the committee so that the activity was carried out in a comprehensive manner for 1 (one) day. In developing the program, collaboration with vertical and horizontal institutions was needed such as OJK, KNEKS, KDEKS of West Java Province, PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk., MES of West Java Province, academics, and other stakeholders. Increasing understanding of Eksyar literacy is expected to encourage Indonesia's potential globally related to the development of the sharia industry.
