Abstract

This research aims to provide a description of several problems that occur in education in Indonesia which become an illustration of the role of education management, and also to analyze trends in education management and the impact of policies on the efficiency of the education system. Specifically, this research aims to determine (a.) The role of educational management in education in Indonesia. (b.) The influence of School-Based Management (SBM) which is used as an efficient effort in solving educational problems in Indonesia. The research method used by the author in this research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques using literature studies sourced from interviews, books, journals, documents and also valid websites. The results of this research show that efficient education management is a key factor in improving the quality and accessibility of education, especially in developing countries like Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a description of several problems that occur in schools which become a description of the strategies carried out by a school principal in implementing inclusive teaching and learning activities in schools. Specifically, this research aims to determine (a.) The role of the principal in creating an inclusive culture in the school that supports all human resources in the school. (b.) Several things and strategies that must be done by a school principal in managing a conflict, and also knowing what characteristics a school principal must have in order to achieve these goals. The research method used by the author in this research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques using literature studies sourced from interviews, books, journals, documents and also valid websites. The results of this research show that in order to become a school principal who is able to implement inclusive teaching and learning activities in a school, you must have several strategies that can be implemented jointly by both teachers and students.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a description of the evaluation of the use of learning media carried out by teachers as an effort to increase student learning motivation in elementary schools. In detail, this research aims to find out (a.) the definition related to learning media and also the learning motivation given by teachers to their students. (b.) The effectiveness of using learning media at school as a motivation for student learning. In this research, the author used a descriptive qualitative research method with techniques for collecting data using literature studies sourced from interviews, several books, journals, documents, and also valid websites. The results of this research have the aim that to become a teacher at school, of course you must also have the ability to provide learning motivation which is used as encouragement for students in the learning process.
