Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Competency (X1) and Performance Appraisal (X2) both partially and simultaneously on promotion position (Y). The method used is quantitative. Data collection was done by distributing 135 questionnaires. All questionnaires were collected and filled in completely to be analyzed by multiple linear methods. The results of data analysis show that competency and performance appraisal have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on promotion position. The result of this research proved by T-count value 3,593 larger than T-table 1,98 with a value of significant 0,000<0,05 (2) performance appraisal (X2) had positive and significant influence partially on promotion position (Y) seen from T-count value 4,686 larger than T-table 1,98 with a value of significant 0,000<0,05 and (3) Competency (X1) Performance Appraisal (X2) have positive and significant influence simultaneously to promotion position (Y) seen from F-count 129,019 larger than F-table 3,06 with a value of significant 0,000. In conclusion, competency (X1) and Performance Appraisal (X2) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on promotion position (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value added (MVA) on stock returns in construction sector companies incorporated in index Lq45 period 2015-2019. The population of this study is 45 companies incorporated in the Lq45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the sample selection criteria, it was obtained 3 companies entered the criteria using the purposive sampling method. The analytical techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that the Test result F indicates that the independent variables of Economic Value added (EVA) and Market Value added (MVA) simultaneously have a significant effect on the return of shares. T-test result indicates that the Market value added (MVA) variable has a significant effect on the return of the stock, while the Economic Value added (EVA) variable has no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This article analyse the structure and economic development system of indonesia of Orde baru period. The analysis is concerned at economic structure of indonesia, policy, failure and efficacy indonesian economic development of Orde period. This article represent the result of library research, therefore the data is secondary data in the form of books, journal and newspaper. This analysis is using the descriptivetechnique analysis by depicting all related variable with the purpose of writing, then studied in response to raised problems.

Abstract

This study analyze the conflict in control become the radical conflict at pekraman village. The aim of this study is (1) Identifying the source of conflict causer (2). Knowing uncontrolled and destroying radical conflict can be occured (3). Approach pattern used can lead the conflict to grow the dynamics in custom countryside and obviate the conflict toward radical and damage.

Abstract

This study analyze about developing the customer value on the industry of tourism bali. The aim of this study is to discover the role and the relation among the customer value and the quality of service, the image, satisfaction and tourist loyality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the importance of office facilities and Electronic Archives (E-Arsip) on the quality of services at the Notary-PPAT Office of Ni Made Kusuma Dwijayanti, SH., M.Kn. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with the data source, namely primary data. The collection method is distributing questionnaires to respondents, using classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing service quality is realized properly if adequate office facilities are used as archive storage places. Using this electronic archive system can save storage space, shorten time. and make it easier to recover archives, and improve archive security, so it doesn't take a long time when the client needs the archived files. The results of the research on office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the quality of services at the Notary Office-PPAT Ni Made Kusuma Dwijayanti, SH., M.Kn., as evidenced by the tcount value of 3.617 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Electronic archives have a positive and significant effect on service quality at the Notary-PPAT Office of Ni Made Kusuma Dwijayanti, SH., M.Kn., as evidenced by the tcount value of 5.790 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Office facilities and electronic archives simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of services at the Notary-PPAT Office of Ni Made Kusuma Dwijayanti, SH., M.Kn., as evidenced by the F Count value of 94,325 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the office facilities variable and the Electronic Archive variable (E-Archive) it can be said that the Electronic Archive variable is more dominant in service quality.
