Abstract

The selection system at Bina Negara Gubug Vocational School Jl. KH. Hasan Anwar No.9 Gubug currently processes data on the criteria for each student for each type of scholarship. It does not yet have a database system but uses a computerized system with Microsoft Excel, so there are often delays in the selection process in preparing the selection report for scholarship recipients. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.

Abstract

The lack of awareness from Resto visitors in the process of disposing of garbage in its place makes the environment around the Resto polluted at least the awareness of Resto visitors to dispose of garbage in its place is still low. The purpose of this research is to create an automation system for the trash can. The problem that arises for Resto S2 is the lack of effectiveness, especially in the tissue waste section, one of the solutions that can be done for these problems, namely by designing a device in the form of a smart trash can that can open and close automatically, so that Resto visitors do not need to make direct contact with the trash can. Researchers aim to realize the design of the tool, as for the method carried out in this study is to implement the design of a smart trash can in the form of a box that has an input in the form of an ultrasonic sensor, and an output in the form of a servo motor. The results of input and output testing show that the ultrasonic sensor can detect movement in front of the trash can and the servo motor can move the trash can cover, so it can be concluded that the smart trash can work system as a whole can function properly in accordance with the design that has been made.

Abstract

Mengisi saos ke dalam botol secara manual adalah pekerjaan yang cukup merepotkan. Proses produksi yang seharusnya bisa lebih efektif dan efisien menjadi sedikit terhambat. Keadaan ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran bagi perusahaan yang memerlukan proses produksi secara singkat dan akurat demi memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen agar tepat waktu. Hal ini membuat perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang F&B bernama JJCOW sedikit mengalami kewalahan. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang barbeque home service. Salah satu produk JJCOW yang populer adalah saos signature JJCOW. Kebutuhan konsumen akan produk ini cukup tinggi. Saat ini, JJCOW masih memproduksi saos signature ke dalam botol menggunakan cara manual sehingga membuat proses produksi sedikit terhambat dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, penulis ingin memudahkan proses produksi di JJCOW dengan membuat alat pengisi saos otomatis berbasis Arduino UNO agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Untuk membuat alat ini, komponen yang diperlukan yaitu mikrokontroller Arduino UNO, kabel jumper, breadboard, sensor infrared, relay 1 channel, lcd 16x2, i2c 1206, push button, pompa diafragma 12v 2a, dan adaptor 12v 3a. Setelah melakukan uji coba, waktu yang diperlukan untuk pengisian satu botol saos sangat sedikit. Untuk pengisian satu botol saos, waktu yang diperlukan tidak sampai 2 detik.

Abstract

Tonec Vision is a company engaged in multimedia, photography, and graphic design. The address is Griya harmony No. 02 Jombor Village, Tuntang District. This company offers quite a variety of services including video shooting, pre-wedding photos, weddings, then digital printing. In today's digital era, which is advancing rapidly, it is easier for humans to receive information. This has a big influence on business people, to do a lot of innovation. Publication media such as company profiles are needed by business people. Company profile aims to inform the existence of a company with detailed information. Information that must be in a company includes company history, vision and mission, form of service or product and company contacts. In addition, the company profile itself has an important role in the business growth of a company. So far, the Tonec Vision company in publishing its business is still through print media such as brochures, mmt, and through the website. This is still lacking in providing information to the public, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract people to the company. The purpose of this study is to design a motion graphic-based company profile, this company profile design is used to complement the previous publication media. The final result of this company profile is in the form of interactive media which contains company information made with motion graphic techniques. In the use of motion graphics, different elements such as animation, photography, typography, and music are combined into an attractive video. The results of the validation values obtained from media experts are 38, material experts are 39, and product users are 38.33 which are classified in the Very good category, so this company profile is declared valid to be used.

Abstract

Consumables inventory information system is used to control and supervise the management of consumables in carrying out the management of consumables, they often face problems. These problems such as inaccurate counting of goods, recording process, transaction data documentation is hampered, and inventory control is not optimal. The thing that is done to minimize these problems is the construction of an information system for managing consumables inventory. This system was created by developing an existing system. The purpose of developing this system is to provide convenience for users to obtain the required information quickly and accurately. The stages of system development used in the development of this system are system analysis, system design and system implementation. The auxiliary software used to implement the system design is Delphi Borland The consumables inventory information system is built based on user needs so that requirements specifications are generated. The database in this system includes a table of goods, users, suppliers, circulation, invoices, inventories, proposals for goods and expiration of goods.

Abstract

This research is oriented to the Design of RT/RW Net Hotspot System With Mikrotik RouterOS as Billing Management, where previously Delta Net was a cable-based internet cafe where users could only enjoy internet access after visiting Delta Net. With the hotspot system, it is hoped that users will be facilitated in terms of getting internet access without having to leave their homes and Delta Net can survive in the midst of the growing number of internet cafe businesses. From the problems that exist in Delta Net in terms of limited internet access for users who want to be able to enjoy easy internet access without having to leave home and the growing internet cafe business, the use of a hotspot system in the RT / RW environment as a means to facilitate users who want to get access easy internet without having to leave the house and as a means to remain competitive in the midst of the development of the cafe business, so that both users and cafe owners can benefit from the hotspot system

Abstract

In recent years IoT has developed very rapidly. IoT devices are used to monitor and control physical objects to transform the physical world into intelligent spaces with computing and communication capabilities. Compared to cloud computing, fog computing is used to support latency-sensitive applications at the edge of the network which allows client requests to be processed faster. This study aims to propose a monitoring framework for containerized black box microservices in a fog computing environment to evaluate CPU overhead, as well as to determine the operating status, service characteristics, and dependencies of each container. This study proposes a monitoring framework to integrate computing resource usage and run-time information from service interactions using a black box approach that seeks to integrate service-level information and computing resource information into the same framework. The proposed framework is limited to observing information monitoring after the server receives a request. This study uses JMeter to simulate user actions, which send requests to the server, and this research assumes the user knows the IP address of the server. For container monitoring methods in fog computing, all are indirect monitoring methods. The results of this study indicate that the proposed framework can provide operational data for visualization that can help system administrators evaluate the status of running containers using a black box approach. System administrators do not need to understand and modify target microservices to gather service characteristics from containerized microservices. Regarding future research, it is suggested to expand the exploration of modified system information, and that part of the container management tool code can be pre-tried so that the framework proposed in this study can provide real-time quantitative indexes for the load balancing algorithm to help optimize the load balancing algorithm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 < = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 < = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows β2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline. Abstract

The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

Abstract
