Abstract

Tahun 2022 merupakan era perubahan yang besar dan mendadak karena pandemic Covid-19. Sektor pendidikan mengalami dampaknya. Salah satu solusi bagi tenaga kependidikan dalam mempromosikan sekolahnya dan paraktek di laboratoratorium atau perpustakaan adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi Virtual Reality sebagai media alternatifnya. Dengan memanfaatkan media Virtual Reality ini, tentu akan membuat pembelajaran dan pelayanan akademik lebih menarik, inovatif, dan memberikan imajinasi lebih baik bagi siswa dalam belajar baik pada waktu jam belajar atau diluar jam belajar. Tentu saja kombinasi-kombinasi kegiatan lanjut dengan pemanfaatan media ini perlu disiapkan oleh karyawan atau tenaga kependidikan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk; (1) memberikan pengenalan kepada tenaga kependidikan di SMPN 3 Mranggen mengenai media Virtual Reality sebagai alternative media pembelajaran, media promosi sekolah, media perpustakaan, dan (2) melatih tenaga kependidikan SMPN 3 Mranggen untuk mampu memanfaatkan media terbarukan di laboratorium, Tata Usaha maupun perpustakaan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode presentasi, metode demonstrasi, dan metode praktik. Metode presentasi diterapkan dalam pengenalan software hypermedia menggunakan aplikasi millealab, kemanfaataannya, dan penerapannya dalam pembuatan media berbasis virtual reality, metode demonstrasi mengenai pengoperasionalisasian program dan metode praktik dimana tenaga kependidikan mempraktikkan secara langsung pembuatan media pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing dengan pemanfaatan media berbasis virtual reality.

Abstract

Masalah Kesehatan terbesar remaja yaitu seputar Tiga Permasalahan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (TRIAD KRR), yakni seksualitas, HIV dan AIDS, serta Napza. Beberapa pemicu masalah kesehatan reproduksi antara lain berpacaran, berpegangan tangan, berciuman, berpelukan, mencium bibir hingga melakukan senggama. Perilaku tersebut apabila tidak dicegah maka akan menjadi bencana sosial di masyarakat yang memicu adanya konflik sosial. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan edukasi. Melalui pemberian edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi, remaja agar terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, status kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi, mengurangi tingkat kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan dan infeksi menular seksual. Metode edukasi yang telah digunakan yaitu metode teach back dengan melibatkan 147 remaja di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ambulu Kabupaten Jember. Mekanisme pelaksanaannya antara lain: 1) tahap persiapan; 2) tahap edukasi; 3) tahap evaluasi pelaksanaan edukasi. Hasil edukasi dengan metode teach back adalah selama proses edukasi peserta antusias dan berperan aktif dalam berdiskusi serta adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terkait pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Hendaknya peran serta sekolah dan orang tua dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja akan bahayanya bencana sosial akibat dari perilaku yang berisiko terkait kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

Darul Musthofa Wirosari Grobogan Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school where the tuition payment system still uses a manual system which later the administration section will make a report to the head of the boarding school. The formulation of this problem is an information system so that there is no double recording and books are easily torn so that transaction records are easily lost. The purpose of this study is to create a tuition payment information system to facilitate the creation of reports/data recording is still manual in books. As well as a summary of data one by one manually which results in recording taking a long time. The system developed in this study is web-based visual code software, storage is one in a MySQL database and makes it easy for users to record tuition fees with accurate results so as to reduce the risk of errors, loss and data manipulation

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Sugihan Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency, through training in making digital brochures to promote educational tourism using the Canva application. This program was implemented in response to the lack of digital literacy and dependence on conventional promotions that limit the reach of the educational tourism market in Sugihan Village. The implementation method includes five stages: (1) analysis of the needs of SMEs and educational tourism, (2) preparation of digital brochure materials and designs, (3) training in making digital brochures, (4) implementation and mentoring, and (5) evaluation and continuous development. Participants were taught visual design techniques, persuasive content preparation, and distribution strategies through social media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the abilities of 25 participants: 75% were able to make independent digital brochures. It is hoped that after this training activity, it will have an impact on increasing tourist visits to Sugihan Village, Semarang Regency. Collaboration between academics from the University of Computer Science and Technology Lecturer team and the SME community also strengthens the sustainability of the program, with the formation of a digital working group to update promotional content regularly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa dalam menguasai maharah kalām (keterampilan berbicara) bahasa Arab di MAS Tahfidz Rokan Hulu serta mengeksplorasi peran media digital dalam menunjang pembelajaran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa terbentuk melalui faktor intrinsik, seperti keinginan untuk menjadi pendakwah atau melanjutkan studi ke pesantren, serta faktor ekstrinsik seperti penggunaan media digital, pujian, dan penghargaan. Media digital seperti video animasi, audio percakapan, dan aplikasi berbasis audio-visual terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan keberanian siswa dalam berbicara. Namun, kendala yang ditemukan mencakup keterbatasan perangkat digital, akses internet yang tidak stabil, dan penguasaan kosakata yang masih terbatas. Strategi guru yang efektif, seperti pembentukan kelompok kecil, pemberian contoh langsung, dan pendekatan kontekstual, menjadi kunci dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran maharah kalām akan lebih efektif jika dipadukan dengan pendekatan komunikatif dan teknologi digital secara adaptif dan sistematis.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to reconstruct a digitally based Arabic language curriculum to enhance students’ istima’ (listening) skills at MIN 3 Rokan Hulu. The activities included curriculum analysis, teacher training, integration of digital media, and evaluation of the learning process. A descriptive qualitative method was used, employing interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. The implementation results showed that using digital media such as interactive audio, learning applications, and content visualization improved students’ participation and comprehension in listening activities. Teachers also responded positively to the use of technology after receiving mentoring. This curriculum reconstruction succeeded in creating a more contextual and communicative learning environment suited to students’ needs in the digital era. The program demonstrated that integrating technology into Arabic language instruction in madrasahs can be an effective, adaptive, and relevant approach to addressing the challenges of modern education.

Abstract

Microsoft Word training in the field of education has a very important role in improving the competence of information and communication technology which can be called (ICT) in the field of Education. Microsoft Word is one of the most commonly used processing software to support the learning process, administration, and scientific writing. This training activity aims to provide basic to advanced understanding of Microsoft Word such as Document format setting, automatic table of contents creation in making papers, table processing, and insertion of images and graphics. The training method used is practical and interactive, so that can increase in participants ability to use Microsoft Word more effectively and efficiently in the context of Education. This training encourages digitalization in the school environment and increases productivity in the training and learning process.

Abstract

The digital transformation in education has fostered the development of interactive learning media tailored to 21st-century student needs. One subject that requires innovative approaches is Shorof in Arabic, often seen as abstract and difficult by students in elementary Islamic schools. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Canva-based educational games in improving Shorof learning outcomes at MIN 3 Rokan Hulu. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental design, the study involved two groups of fifth-grade students: one experimental (Canva) and one control (traditional methods). Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and questionnaires. Results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group’s post-test scores, with a 20.25-point increase compared to 8.75 in the control group (t-test p = 0.003 < 0.05). Observations and surveys also indicated greater engagement and motivation. In conclusion, Canva-based game media significantly enhance Shorof learning, aligning well with the Merdeka Curriculum's digital learning goals.

Abstract

The threat of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) is increasing develop along with increasing use of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architecture . Although SDN provides convenience in management network , properties its centralized control make it prone to to flooding attacks that can paralyze controller performance . Detection method conventional , such as approach statistics and machine learning, still own limitations in matter accuracy , high false positive rate , and dependence on extracted features manually . To overcome problem said , research This propose a hybrid deep learning based DDoS detection and mitigation model that combines Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to extraction feature spatial from RGB and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) images for understand temporal correlation between traffic data network . System tested through network test-bed Mininet based with Ryu/Floodlight controller, using simulation DDoS attacks (Hping3, LOIC) and normal traffic (video streaming, HTTP server). Traffic data cross recorded in PCAP format, processed become RGB image measuring 200×200 pixels, and labeled based on type traffic . Evaluation results with metric accuracy , precision, recall, F1-score, and MCC show that the CNN–GRU model has performance more superior compared to baseline approaches such as CNN-only, GRU-only, as well as classical ML methods such as SVM and Random Forest. In addition , the system capable apply mitigation adaptive through automatic flow rule creation on edge switches. Findings This confirm that effective deep learning- based spatial -temporal hybrid approach in increase detection early and response DDoS attacks on SDN networks adaptive and real-time.

Abstract

The transformation of the Arabic language curriculum is essential for developing language skills that meet the challenges of the contemporary era and the needs of the future Islamic civilization. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Arabic curriculum through five curriculum evaluation approaches: goal-oriented, need assessment, formative, responsive, and connoisseurship. Using a qualitative literature study and descriptive analysis of curriculum documents and previous evaluation results, the research found that the current Arabic curriculum is still dominated by cognitive approaches such as memorization and grammar, while communicative skills and students’ contextual needs are less addressed. Formative assessments and stakeholder participation in curriculum development are also limited. The novelty of this study lies in its recommendation for an integrative curriculum transformation combining language competencies, Islamic values, cultural identity, and 21st-century skills. The implication is the urgent need to revise the curriculum to be more responsive to students’ needs and global challenges, thus producing future generations capable of active contributions to Islamic civilization.
