Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan NAAP Planetary Orbit Simulator yang valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi keteraturan gerak planet dalam tata surya di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D. Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik yang dikembangkan telah diujikan kepada 29 peserta didik kelas X IPA 4 di SMA Negeri 1 Kamal. Data penelitian didapat melalui metode validasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dan tes aspek pengetahuan dianalisis menggunakan N-gain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (a) LKPD yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat valid, (b) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kategori sangat baik, (c) aktivitas peserta didik dalam kategori aktif dengan persentase aktivitas yang tinggi yaitu 81,90% dengan kategori aktivitas yang tinggi, (d) keterampilan proses sains n-gain dalam kategori sedang, yaitu 0,67 (e) hasil tes aspek pengetahuan mendapat n-gain yang tergolong tinggi yaitu 0,77 (f) persentase respon peserta didik sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Pesera Didik berbasis inkuiri terbimbing penunjang media virtual NAAP Planetary Orbit Simulator layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan NAAP Planetary Orbit Simulator yang valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi keteraturan gerak planet dalam tata surya di SMA. Abstract

One of the way to improve students science competence is by applying inqury learning. Alternative levels of inquiry that can be applied into classroom is guided inquiry laboratory. Laboratory activity can improve process skill, scientific thinking, and problem solving. This research was conducted with aim to describe the validity and effectivity of guided inquiry laboratory worksheet in term of global warming material to improve problem solving skill. Before worksheet was implemented, the worksheet must be scored by validator. The worksheet is valid, if validator give good score in term of content and construct validity items. Worksheet is effective when the n-gain score greater than 0.3 and students giving a good respons after worked their worksheet. This research is development research by using ADDIE model. The result of worksheet validation by two validator is very valid and it can be used in implementation phase. Worksheet was implemented to 31 student grade XI in SMA Negeri 1 Taman, Sidoarjo to know the effectivity. Pre-test and post-test score were obtained in implementation phase. Students performance was good while doing post-test. Students can reach every problem solving skill indicator after they worked on their worksheet. The average of student n-gain score is 0.77 and it categorized in high category. This result show that there was an improvement in student problem solving skill. Student response questionnaire was distributed at the end of learning process. Student response to worksheet shows the excecllent result. So, the guided inqury laboratory student worksheet to improve problem solving skill is effective. Keywords: guided inquiry laboratory, worksheet, problem solving skill.

Abstract

Guided inquiry learning model with laboratory activities is one of the learning model that facilitates students to do the discovery in guidance. The results of interviews in 1 Manyar Senior High School showed that 50% students got low score under the minimum mastery criteria especially on the subject of global warming symptoms in which one of the factors is caused by the lack of activity in the form of invention. Based on that, the researcher applied guided inquiry learning model by using virtual laboratory to improve the students? process skill. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning model by using virtual laboratoirum to improve students science process skills and to describe the students? responses on the material of global warming symptoms. This research used quantitative research type with pre-experimental research design by using one group pretesst-posttest design with one experiment class and two replication classes. The data collection methods used were observation, test, and questionnaire. The data that was obtained in the form of pretest and posttest result were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test, t-test and normalized gain test. The results of the research are: a) the learning implementation in the three classes observed from the teachers activities was well executed; b) based on gain analysis, students science process skills on the material of global warming symptoms after using the virtual laboratories increased significantly; c) the learning got positive responses from the students with very good category. Based on that, it can be concluded that the application of virtual laboratory can improve the students science process skill. Abstract

Student worksheet is procedural sheets which are often used in learning as guide in the form of tasks or activities undertaken by learners. Besides, guided inquiry is learning model which aims to give space for the students so they are able to construct their thinking skills, one of them is critical thinking skill. This study aims to (i) determine the validity of guided inquiry based student worksheet to increase the students? critical thinking skills, (ii) determine the practicality of guided inquiry based student worksheet to increase the students? critical thinking skills, and (iii) determine the effectiveness of guided inquiry based student worksheet to increase the students? critical thinking skills. This study is a development study using ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) with subject of trial as many as 24 students in 10th science class, Senior High School 1 Sampang. From this study, it was found that (i) guided inquiry based student worksheet to increase critical thinking skills that has been developed is very valid to be used in learning with percentage in general 86,1%, (ii) the student worksheet is practical in terms of the learning activities result and the students? activities with percentages respectively 90,6% and 84,5%, and (iii) student worksheet which has been developed is effective in terms of critical thinking skills test result with n-gain score 0,78 which belongs to high category and the students? responses with average percentage 88,6%. Abstract

This present research aims at analyzing validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Students? Worksheet based guided inquiry to train students? skill of science process in simple harmonic motion material. This research is developing research using ADDIE model and it is compiled using One Group Pretest Posttest. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and test. The data were analyzed through the implementation of learning, students? activity, students? responses, and students? test result of science process skill. The result of this research shows that: (1) the developed Students? Worksheet is valid in terms of guidance criteria, eligibility of content, procedures, and questions. (2) The developed Students? Worksheet is practical in terms of average score of learning implementation, students? activity observation, and questionnaire of students? responses that showed felicitous criteria. (3) The developed Students? Worksheet is effective in terms of the result of knowledge test and the skill of science process which has reached the percentage of classical mastery over 75%. Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this study is to create a feasible student worksheet based on guided inquiry on virtual experiment ?Collision Lab? to improve high school student?s learning outcome in Lamongan region. The feasibility of this student worksheet is based on validity, effectifity, and practicality. The research type used is the development research ADDIE model. The result of research shows that validity of the student worksheet over all is 86,28%, categorized as very valid, which include, feasibility of content is 85,42%, feasibility of presentation is 87,50%, feasibility of language is 85,42%, and feasibility of design is 86,81%. This student worksheet is very effective shown in the result of teacher activities is 84,62%, the result of students activities is 90%, and the improvement of student?s learning outcomes by average score gain pre-test and post-test is 0,73 categorized as high. Practicality of this student worksheet is based on student?s response to student worksheet based on giuded inquiry that developed is 98% categorized as exellent. So we can conclude that student worksheet based on guided inquiry on ?Collision Lab? virtual experiment is very feasible and can improve student?s learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik (valid, praktis, dan efektif). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate). Sasaran penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif 32 peserta didik kelas X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Sampang. Metode pengumpulan data yng digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi (keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas peserta didik), metode tes (ketercapaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik), dan metode angket (validitas LKPD yang dikembangkan dan respons peserta didik terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan). LKPD dinyatakan layak jika persentase validitas (validitas isi dan validitas konstruk), kepraktisan (keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas peserta didik), dan keefektifan (ketercapaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan respons peserta didik) > 68% dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Persentase validitas isi sebesar 73% dan validitas konstruk sebesar 71% dengan kriteria valid. Kepraktisan menghasilkan persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat terlaksana dan menghasilkan persentase aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 84% dengan kriteria aktif. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah waktu yang kurang terealisasikan dengan baik. Keefektifan menghasilkan skor peningkatan ketarampilan berpikir kreatif sebesar 0,67 dengan kriteria sedang dan menghasilkan persentase respons peserta didik terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan sebesar 87% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. This research is a development research that uses ADDIE models (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The aim of this research is to improve creative thinking skills 32 students of class X MIA 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Sampang. The data collection method used in this research was the method of observation (the learning and activity of students), the test method (the achievement of students creative thinking skills), and the questionnaire method (the validity of LKPD developed and the response of students to the developed LKPD). LKPD is declared feasible if the percentage of validity (content validity and construct validity), practicality (student learning and activity implementation), and effectiveness (achievement of creative thinking skills and student responses)> 68% with good and very good criteria. The percentage of content validity is 73% and construct validity is 71% with valid criteria. Practicality results in a percentage of 100% learning implementation with very implemented criteria and results in 84% of student activity with active criteria. The constraints faced are time that is not well realized. Effectiveness results in a score of an increase in creative thinking skills of 0.67 with medium criteria and produces a percentage of students responses to LKPD developed by 87% with very effective criteria. The conclusion of this study is that guided inquiry-based LKPD is appropriate to be used to improve students creative thinking skills. Keywords: LKPD, guided inquiry, creative thinking skills

Abstract

This research departs from physics lessons problem which is considered as difficult by most of Indonesian students. So students are rarely interested in studying physics at home or even to paying attention to in class physics lessons. Using YouTube technology that begins to enter in educational sector, the teacher could use this opportunity to increase the student interest of learning physics using YouTube videos. Thus, teacher needs a learning instrument of certain model to make the media usage more practical and effective. Therefore, learning instruments is developed through ASSURE method. The result of this development has been confirmed to be valid by two expert validators, then the instruments tested on Senior High School of Darul Ulum Medali Sugio?s third grade student, resulting a good result proofing the good practicability of the instrument. The effectiveness of these instruments also proven to significantly improve student learning achievement. After the limited test, researchers get a positive response from students to be able to continue learning by using the same model and instruments that has been developed. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan peningkatan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Jenis penelitian ini pre-experimental dengan desain one-grup pretest-posttest menggunnakan 1 kelas implementasi dan 2 kelas replikasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran serta analisis hasil pretest-posttest menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada ketiga kelas memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,47 dengan kategori baik, (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest-posttest, peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai <g> secara berututan pada ketiga kelas 0,55, 0,63 dan 0,62. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan proses sains setelah diterapkan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi pemanasan global. Abstract

Misconception is knowledge or idea that not in accordance with the scientific knowledge or not agreed upon by scientists. Misconceptions can be found on the concepts of physics, including Newtons Law of Gravitation concept. This paper aim is to develop a four-tier diagnostic test instrument for Newtons Law of Gravitation concept. This developed instrument is amount to 18 questions which contained concept, Including sub material Mass and Weight, Gravitational Field, etc. The type of this research is development research using the ADDIE model. The result of the calculation shows that the developed instrument was declared valid by two validator lecturers with a validity level between (83?95) %. The result of the instrument?s external validity which was tested on 20 students was obtained 15 questions valid and reliable.Keywords: four-tier diagnostic test, misconceptions, Newtons Law of Gravitation
