Abstract

Sejak awal bulan Maret 2020, dunia dihebohkan dengan wabah pandemi akibat penyebaran Virus Corona (Covid-19) yang menyebabkan beragam kepanikan, baik bidang usaha, bidang pendidikan, bidang kesehatan, atau bidang jasa konstruksi. Penyebaran covid-19 yang banyak melewati saluran pernafasan (hidung) dan mulut, maka kebutuhan akan masker menjadi sangat luar biasa. Peluang bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk menambah bidang usaha khususnya masker lebih khusus lagi adalah masker untuk pekerja bidang jasa pelaksanaan konstruksi /kontraktor. Menambah bidang baru tentu membutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan. Salah satu cara untuk membantu UKM adalah memberikan pelatihan baik pendalaman pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam rangka mengembangkan bidang usaha bagi UKM khususnya produksi masker untuk pekerja jasa konstruksi khususnya kontraktor. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan baik daring maupun luring. Subjek kegiatan adalah usaha mandiri Sdri Miftahul Ikhyaril Ulum Desa Sumbergedang Kecamatan Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan pendalaman dengan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan pedoman wawancara. Responden dari angket ini adalah pekerja kontraktor PT. Linggarjati Utama dan PT. Pembangunan Graha Bumi Nusantara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebuah disain masker yang cocok untuk pekerja yang bekerja pada bidang jasa konstruksi khususnya kontraktor. Spesifikasi masker ini adalah bahan dari kain katun toyobo, cara menggunakannya tidak dengan ditali tetapi tinggal mengaitkan di telinga/kepala, bentuk agak cembung ke depan, dan pengikatnya dari bahan karet elastik. Hasil analisis data dari angket diperoleh skor rerata 3,4 dari 4 skala Likert, dan semua rerata skor setiap butir instrumen juga tidak beda jauh dengan rerata total dengan simpangan baku 1,7. Dengan demikian dapat dimaknai bahwa spesifikasi yang dimiliki masker ini dapat diwujudkan dengan sangat baik dan dapat diterima para pekerja dengan sangat baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to crime and the implications for corporations as legal subjects. The research method used a normative juridical approach concerning various related laws and regulations, court decisions, and opinions of legal experts. The analysis results show that criminal acts of defamation and spreading hoaxes through social media can be prosecuted by the articles governing insult and defamation and spreading false information in the ITE Law. The implications for corporations are significant because defamation and the spread of hoaxes can damage a company's reputation and affect relationships with customers, business partners, and other stakeholders. Therefore, corporations need to understand legal obligations and responsibilities regarding content produced by internal and external parties related to the company. This research proposes the need for more proactive prevention efforts on the part of corporations, such as developing guidelines for the use of social media and training for employees, as well as increasing understanding of the legal implications of social media activities. In addition, updating or revising the ITE Law also needs to be considered to accommodate the dynamics of the development of social media and information technology, which are constantly changing.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK), recognized as a solution to address unemployment in Indonesia, simultaneously face the challenge of having the highest open unemployment rate (TPT) compared to other educational levels, standing at 10.38%. Enhancing the quality of questions assessing entrepreneurial readiness is a pivotal approach in tackling this issue. Various factors contribute to students' preparedness for entrepreneurship. This study aims to identify these components by surveying 176 respondents. Employing the Entrepreneurial Readiness Test and analyzing it through Classical Test Theory (CTT) and the Rasch Analysis Model, the research revealed that entrepreneurial mental attitude, risk-taking ability, creativity, motivation, and entrepreneurial skills significantly influence students' readiness for entrepreneurship. The analysis yielded IMS (Infit mean-square) scores ranging from 0.88 to 1.17 and OMS (Outfit mean-square) values between 0.86 to 1.35, indicating a fit for all 50 items in the entrepreneurial readiness test.

Abstract

The problem faced by the Disaster Resilient Village Forum (Destana) in Ngelang Village, Kartoharjo District, Magetan is the difficulty in realizing community-based disaster preparedness, especially simulations of disaster emergency response. This community service activity is a follow-up to the results of research on priority parameters for realizing disaster preparedness using the Quadrant of Difficulty and Usefulness Preparedness method. The activity aims to improve the capabilities and skills of the Destana Forum in organizing disaster emergency response simulations, as well as building community resilience in facing disaster threats. The activity method is Participatory Action Research, which is applied through training and field practice. Participants were the administrators of the Destana Forum, elements of the Village Development Officer (Babinsa), Bhayangkara elements of Community Security and Order (Bhabinkamtibmas), and the community, with a total of 112 people. Activities were carried out on May 13 to May 17, 2024, in Ngelang Village, Kartoharjo District, Magetan. The results of the activity showed that the participants had succeeded in compiling and providing contingency plan documents, compiling threat scenarios, impact scenarios, and disaster event scenarios, as well as preparing operational rehearsal plans, conducting room rehearsals, and ending with a practical field rehearsal for disaster emergency response simulations. The conclusion from this activity is that strengthening community-based disaster preparedness needs to be realized through collaboration and participatory assistance.

Abstract

An essential metric for determining the caliber of education is how happy students are with their educational experience. The phenomenon of learning satisfaction is an important area of this study, particularly in the context of official schools in aviation. Cadets who go on to hold significant positions in the country's government and aviation sector receive crucial growth and training at aviation polytechnics. The publication of articles in relevant previous research will have a function as a reinforcement of theories and phenomena of relationships or influences between variables that are being studied. This study aims to produce a hypothesis of influence between variables that are used as a reference in future studies. This article is a type of literature review that raises the relationship between factors that affect student learning satisfaction, such as learning content, learning motivation, and student interaction with teachers. The results of this study are that (1) learning content has a very significant effect on learning satisfaction, (2) learning motivation affects learning satisfaction, and (3) student interaction with teachers has a very strong effect on learning satisfaction.

Abstract

In order to actualize the mandate of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, that is for justice and prosperity for society, the Indonesian’s Government needs to carry out national development. One of the national developments that carried out by the Indonesian’s Government is through the infrastructure development. The infrastructure’s development that is currently being built by the Indonesian’s Government is the Construction of the Trans Sumatera Toll Road (“JTTS”), which is assigned to PT Hutama Karya (Persero), and its construction requires a land acquisition process. The land acquisition process is often creates problems and obstacles. The purpose of this writing is to find out who is the authorized party to carry out the land acquisition and what is the impact of the delays in the land acquisition process in JTTS development, especially on the Padang – Sicincin Section. The writing method uses in this writing is the doctrinal writing method. From this writing it can be seen that the implementation of the land acquisition for the public interesy is in the authority of the Indonesian’s Government and the constrained land in the acquisition process has resulted in the delays of the JTTS development. Dalam rangka mewujudkan amanat Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945, yaitu untuk keadilan dan kemakmuran masyarakat, Pemerintah Indonesia, perlu melakukan pembangunan nasional. Pembangunan nasional yang dilakukan Pemerintah salah satunya melalui pembangunan infrastruktur. Pembangunan infrastruktur yang saat ini sedang dibangun oleh Pemerintah adalah Pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (“JTTS”) yang ditugaskan kepada PT Hutama Karya (Persero), dan dalam pembangunannya membutuhkan proses pengadaan tanah. Pengadaan tanah yang dilakukan ini sering kali menimbulkan permasalahan dan kendala. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui siapa yang berwenang dalam menyelenggarakan pengadaan tanah dan bagaimana dampak dari terkendalanya proses pengadaan tanah tersebut dalam Pembangunan JTTS, khususnya pada Ruas Padang – Sicincin. Adapun metode penulisaan ini menggunakan metode penulisan doktrinal. Dari penulisan ini dapat diketahui bahwa penyelenggaraan pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum merupakan kewenangan Pemerintah dan proses pengadaan tanah yang terkendala ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan pada Pembangunan JTTS.

Abstract

The Natural Science (IPA) subject is one of the curricular study fields in elementary schools. Due to the low understanding of students in the sixth grade of SD Negeri 014 Rambah Hilir, the author conducted a learning improvement study in the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. Students had a poor grasp of the learning material and were less active in class, as evidenced by the many low scores in IPA. Therefore, an appropriate instructional improvement using the STAD cooperative learning model was needed. This study aims to improve IPA learning outcomes through the STAD cooperative learning model for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 014 Rambah Hilir, with a total of 20 students consisting of 12 boys and 8 girls. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure includes planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instruments were learning tools and data collection tools (test sheets and student observation sheets). The results showed an increase in the class average from 50% in cycle 1 to 70% in cycle 2.

Abstract

One of the main problems with the implementation and teaching and learning process is the need for teachers for textbooks as teaching aids. This is because textbooks function as teaching aids to deliver lessons. With Permenpan and RB No. 16 concerning Teacher Functional Positions and Credit Points, the second problem regarding teacher scientific publications is further strengthened. Initially, teachers who were promoted from Group IV/a and above were only required to publish scientific publications, but now, with this Permenpan and RB, teachers who were promoted to Group III/c must do so. Then, in the analysis of the situation, several teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya still lacked knowledge and skills in making textbooks and scientific articles. The implementation methods used were socialization, training, practice, and sustainability of PKM activities. Therefore, the Unesa PKM team provided training to make textbooks and scientific articles through workshop activities on writing textbooks and scientific articles. The results of the PKM implementation showed that 86% of participants experienced an increase in knowledge regarding writing textbooks and scientific articles. This activity can improve the quality of writing skills for textbooks and scientific articles.

Abstract

Jalan Usaha Tani (JUT) adalah sarana trasportasi pada lingkup area pertanian yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pergerakan alat dan mesin pertanian, pengangkutan sarana produksi pertanian dari lahan ke tempat penyimpanan, pengolahan atau pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Beganjing Kecamatan Japah Kabupaten Blora Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada enam informan dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) JUT dibangun karena jalan yang masih berlumpur dan licin disaat musim hujan; 2) Proses pembangunan JUT dengan cara pelebaran dan pengerasan jalan, yang dilakukan selam waktu 2 tahun, dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2018 secara gotong royong warga; 3) Dampak pembangunan JUT menjadikan pengangkutan hasil panen masyarakat desa Beganjing lebih cepat, hemat biaya, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Beganjing, menambah nilai dari harga lahan pertanian di sekitar jalan itu, dan juga meningkatkan infrastruktur desa agar terciptanya ketahanan pangan melalui sektor pertanian. JUT menjadi sarana meningkatkan ketahanan dan kesejahteraan petani di desa.

Abstract

This article is to describe the Project-Based Learning Model that is applied to enhance the cadet creativity in Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. Project-based Learning (PjBL) is effective Learning applied because it emphasizes contextual Learning through complex activities. The focus of Learning lies in the concepts that involve cadets in problem-solving investigations and task activities to develop creativity, provide opportunities for cadets to work autonomously to construct their own knowledge, and reach their peak, which is to produce tangible products. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the PBL learning model was in increasing the creativity of the cadets in Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. This research is a descriptive study by collecting data through literature studies. Usage of the application of a good PjBL learning model will increase the creativity of cadets in working on projects that have been planned. The results of literature studies from various relevant journals obtained data that the PjBL learning model is effective in enhancing creativity.
