Abstract

Bisnis jasa rental mobil semakin berkembang setiap tahunnya setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor faktor kritis dari sisi produk dan jasa yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dimana menilai apakah faktor dari metode Product Service System yang berpengaruh signifikan dalam bisnis rental mobil. Faktor kebutuhan dari PSS rental mobil yang digunakan dalam rancangan model PSS bisnis rental mobil berjumlah 38, yang terdiri dari 26 faktor kritis technical artefact dan 12 faktor services. Setelah dilakukan product and service realtionship matrix yang merupakan adaptasi dari house of quality, penelitian ini menghasilkan 6 faktor kritis dengan nilai hubungan tertinggi dari tabel product and service analysis matrix yang ada, tiga faktor kritis dari sisi produk adalah related product, availability dan flexibility. Faktor kritis dari sisi jasa adalah required resource, estimated result dan location of service application.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate investment behavior in Indonesia millennial generation. Three variables are used to explain millennial behavior to have an investment account or unit. Consistent multivariate result finds that financial knowledge is positively associated with investment behavior. The results are found personal factor such as age group and gender have relationship on investment behavior. Junior age group and female have more likely to have an investment account or unit.

Abstract

The pricing and display of products at the grocery store at the Panyeppen Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School are separate uniqueness. This descriptive study found new things that were happening in the salaf pesantren. Pricing is based on mutual benefits between buyers and sellers on the principle of deliberation between managers and the trade principle "the important thing is not to lose". Product displays prioritize closeness and interaction with potential buyers. Provide trust and comfort but maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the product. Penetapan harga dan pemajangan produk pada toko klontong di Pondok Pesantren Panyeppen Pamekasan merupakan keunikan tersendiri. Penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif ini menemukan hal baru yang terjadi di pesantren salaf. Penetapan harga didasarkan pada keuntungan bersama antara pembeli dan penjual dengan asas musyawarah antar pengelola dan prinsip dagang ‘yang penting tidak rugi’ walaupun labanya sangat sedikit. Pemajangan produk lebih mengutamakan kedekatan dan interaksi dengan calon pembeli. Memberikan rasa nyaman dan aman dalam memilih barang dengan menyentuh langsung bahkan dapat mencobanya untuk barang tertentu.

Abstract

Solid Waste management begin at the household as waste of consumption and ended as a new form of waste product or recycling. Based on its value chain the subsequent process will have distict differences with manufacturing product. Value chain of manufacturing product will characterize as value added chain along the chain, where every side of the chain will generate positive chain. In the other hand, some parties of waste management value chain will negative value existed. Some parties in this chain will generate negative value solely because they must establish some cost for wipe the waste. Dissimilarities between value chain on product and waste will contribute to discrepancy between parties. Main purpose of this research is to identify value chain from solid waste management using value chain development. Another purpose to accomplished is to resolve discrepancy in value chain.  Research results shown that household is the parties that experiences negative value. Abstract

Production efficiency is the main factor in controlling the cost of production. This control is carried out to achieve the ideal cost of production and have competitiveness. One of the substantive elements of the Cost of Production (HPP) is direct labor costs. This study was conducted to determine the optimal number of direct workers in a bottled drinking water manufacturing company. Optimization of determining the number of direct workers in this study was carried out by analyzing the company's historical data, including the expected production volume, volume and workload of each employee in a certain period, effective working days and hours of each employee, historical data on employee absence rates, and the frequency of employee entry and exit. Data obtained from the company's personnel and finance departments were collected to be classified and validated with confirmation from the personnel manager and finance manager. After being confirmed and validated, an analysis was carried out using the Work Force Analysis (WFA) approach to determine the number of workers in each sub-section in direct labor (production sector). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the company experienced excess labor in certain sections and labor shortages in other sections. Based on the analysis, the company should determine the accurate number of direct laborers to obtain the expected production with efficient costs. The implications of the results of this study indicate the importance of calculating and determining the accurate number of direct labor to achieve the company's goals. Abstract

: The COVID-19 pandemic has presented real challenges in the economic field. Slowing commodity flows automatically stagnate various transactions, resulting in a financial recession. Therefore, the creativity of economic actors is required in responding to this matter. The agricultural sector also experienced the same slowdown, one of which was the production of melons. This article aims to explore and describe the form of melon fruit business development and its effectiveness in contributing to economic recession mitigation, especially for rural communities. The research method used in this article is qualitative. Data were collected through direct observation to the object and interviews with the farmers concerned. Furthermore, the data were analyzed with various theories about community economic empowerment. The results of research on the effectiveness of business development by increasing consumption and sales of melons through environmental conservation and increased production. While the economic contribution through the two strategies above is the economic empowerment of the surrounding community through the multiplier effect of environmental tourism or agro-tourism. Through this research, it is hoped that farmers will continue to increase the use value of agriculture and melon production. Externally, it is hoped that the regional government and the central government will establish appropriate and targeted regulations, in the form of access to capital and marketing. Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan kunci kemajuan dan kemakmuran suatu bangsa. Selain sebagai penggerak aktivitas perekonomian dan pendistribusian kekayaan, kewirausahaan juga sebagai indikator untuk mengukur maju tidaknya suatu negara. Negara-negara maju rata-rata memiliki komposisi 15-20% wirausaha dari seluruh penduduknya. Kenyataannya Indonesia masih memiliki sekitar 4% wirausaha. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi yang komprehensif untuk mencetak wirausaha baru, salah satunya dengan mengintensifkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menformulasikan dan mendiskripsikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang efektif melalui metode experiential learning. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan action research penetilitian disusun menjadi suatu makalah yang disajikan dalam event konferensi internasional pada ekonomi dan hukum Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui sumber primer, dari wawancara dengan mahasiswa setelah melaksanakan formula experiential learning selama satu semester pada sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta. Dari hasil temuan tersebut disusunlah konsep dan metode pelaksanaan experiential learning dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk menggerakkan mahasiswa agar berani terjun ke dalam dunia wirausaha dibutuhkan motivasi yang kuat serta pelatihan aplikatif. Motivasi dan pelatihan secara langsung di lapangan ternyata mampu membangkitkan keberanian mahasiswa dalam jumlah yang lebih banyak untuk menggeluti wirausaha. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah dan di perguruan tinggi khususnya menjadi semakin sistematis dan efektif.
