Abstract

Depo Galvalum is a company that moves in galvalum distributor .The process of business on purchase system done by Depo Galvalum still based on Information stock availability . The buying system goods less could be handled well because there is no recording. Sales system just do recording of daily transactions . Recording producing such the total revenues and the amount of goods sold out. The results of recording have not been able to provide information the to conduct an evaluation on a system sales. Leader have only information to the number of goods that have been sold and the rest of the goods. From the report leaders will check repeated that takes time long enough, This leader find it difficult to analyze reports sales still in the form of rekap sales.With the this problem then required inventory information system of goods on Depo Galvalum web-based equipped with reorder point to buy goods next. Of the analysis and design of which is done to provide information on sourcing , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports. The design process produce information system an inventory of goods to suit the needs of Depo Galvalum. These information systems help the Depo Galvalum in the process of purchase of goods , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports.Kata Kunci: information system, inventory , Depo Galvalum , reorder point.

Abstract

Temporary variables used in swapping technique on sorting algorithm. There are alternative swapping techniques uses pairs of + and -, × and / operators in the sorting process. This study aims to determine the duration of the sorting process uses the + and - operator pairs, the × and / operator, and the uses of temporary variables. By knowing the duration, it can determine the performance of each swapping technique. Important of this research it can contribute for advanced research or applied research. Data generated input algorithms in descending and ascending sequence. The input was sorted by 18 types of Bubble, Selection, and Insertion sort algorithm. Output sequence contrary from the data input. Duration sorting process obtained from the end processed time subtract by the start processed time. Sorting duration recapitulated to get the average duration of the sorting process so can be compared between swapping techniques. The test method has run 18 types of Simple sorting algorithms from 10, 50, and 100 data variants. frequency of each variant 10 times tests. The total data used 28,800 of integer types. Result of the average duration test that swapping uses × and / operators 306,236 milliseconds uses + and - operators 294,998 milliseconds, and swapping technique with temporary variables 294,557 milliseconds. The best performance showed by swapping technique uses temporary variables instead of uses pair of + and – operators, also used pair of × and / operators.

Abstract

Branding adalah adalah salah satu bentuk kegiatan pemasaran, namun sekarang ini bukan hanya dilakukan oleh divisi pemasaran, tetapi juga dilakukan secara menyeluruh oleh setiap divisi. Hal ini dilakukan agar branding menjadi optimal. Di sisi lain penggunaan media promosi digital merupakan media utama selain media cetak. Media digital menawarkan kecepatan, penyebaran yang lebih luas, relatif lebih murah dibandingkan dengan media cetak. Guna meningkatkan ketrampilan staf tata usaha Yayasan Barunawati Biru Surabaya dalam hal pembuatan flyer untuk media digital maka diadakan pelatihan pembuatan desain flyer menggunakan Canva yang diselenggarakan selama dua hari di Laboratorium Komputer De Morgan Universitas Dinamika. Pada akhir pelatihan dilakukan angket menggunakan skala likert 1 – 5 pada peserta pelatihan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana manfaat pelatihan pada peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat flyer menggunakan canva. Hasil dari angket menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ternyata mudah untuk dipahami dan bisa meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menghasilkan flyer menggunakan Canva.

Abstract

TikTok as a social media, nowadays is increasingly used for various purposes including video content about religion, such as Da’wah. It is an effective choice to disseminate moderate da'wah for the process of educating (tarbiyah) the community to become smart, wise, and polite people who can implement their spiritual and social responsibilities. The research method in this study used a qualitative type using a literature study approach, with data collection techniques of documentation on TikTok videos, and data analysis techniques using induction, interpretation, and comparison. The results of this study show that the moderation in da'wah education on TikTok has gained an extensive scope in the public view and the enthusiasm of the community to learn Islam or "ngaji" has increased. Among the preachers with moderate da'wah education on TikTok are Gus Iqdam, Gus Kautsar, and Neng Umi Laila, who always carry out the process of education (coaching) to the community with a humanist, contextual, and dialectical da'wah model with straightforward rhetoric, hamble and packed with light language so that it is easily accepted by all circles. Their da'wah ideology is based on ahlussunnah which is very compatible with the spirit of togetherness in Indonesia, so they acquire a positive response from the audiences. This reinforces that the digitalization of da'wah on social media is a powerful and quick strategy in the process of educating people to practice religion in a friendly, peaceful, and full of togetherness amid diversity.

Abstract

Schools are educational institutions that have teaching and learning activities, one of the teaching and learning processes is scheduling subjects carried out by the Deputy Principal Curriculum to arrange subject schedules every school year once. The preparation of the subject schedule used today still uses Microsoft Excel, causing problems including the crash schedule, the number of classes taught exceeds the teaching hours, and complications in arranging the schedule if there is a change of schedule. The solution to the problem above is to create subject scheduling applications in website -based schools using constraint programming and stages of system development using waterfall. The results of the study obtained in this study showed that the application succeeded in forming subject schedules that schools can use. Furthermore, the application can be in accordance with the boundaries related to the specified scheduling. As well as applications can help the preparation of subjects optimally with no 100%crresses. The system in the application requires a maximum of 10 minutes for the schedule creation process. Keywords: Scheduling, Constraint Programming, Waterfall, Course

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (Penmas) dilaksanakan di SMKN 10 Surabaya Surabaya, diikuti oleh 20 orang peserta, yang merupakan guru mata pelajaran (Mapel) Informatika dari SMKN 10 Surabaya, dan didukung 5 orang pelaksana kegiatan dari Universitas Dinamika, serta dilaksanakan pada 11, 12, dan 13 Juli 2023. Jadwal hari pertama diskusi untuk menentukan rancangan, hari kedua membuat tahapan modul, hari ketiga membuat panduan/lembar kerja siswa. Penmas bertujuan dapat menghasilkan modul algoritma pemrograman komputer. Metode pelaksanaan Penmas menggunakan workshop untuk membuat modul algoritma pemrograman komputer. Modul dirancang dengan mengacu pada teori pembelajaran dari Teaching-Centered Learning menjadi Student-Centered Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Contectual-Teaching Learning,  High Order Thingking Skills, Experience Learning, dan petunjuk secara Direct Instruction. Pelatihan pembuatan modul algoritma pemrograman komputer bagi guru SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya berjalan secara efektif dan telah memenuhi tujuan, dengan hasil berupa modul algoritma yang siap digunakan oleh peserta pelatihan untuk mengajar, agar siswa aktif, mandiri, dan kreatif.

Abstract

Desa Buncitan, yang terletak di Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata dan budaya. Dengan keindahan pantai dan kehidupan nelayan, desa ini menarik wisatawan lokal yang mencari suasana tenang dan alami. Selain itu, lembaga sosial desa ini juga aktif, terdiri dari pengurus RW, RT, Karang Taruna, kelompok petani dan nelayan, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), dan organisasi keagamaan. Upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan keterbukaan informasi menjadi fokus utama bagi pemerintah Desa Buncitan. Perkembangan teknologi menuntut adanya akses informasi yang cepat, akurat, dan transparan. Saat ini, Desa Buncitan telah memiliki portal informasi berbasis website yang dapat diakses di https://buncitan.id/. Website ini berfungsi sebagai profil perusahaan desa yang memperkenalkan Desa Buncitan dan informasi terkait lainnya. Namun, survei menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat lebih mudah mengakses informasi melalui smartphone. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan portal informasi berbasis mobile yang dapat memberikan informasi dan notifikasi secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi mobile yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tentang Desa Buncitan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi warga dalam pembangunan desa serta mempermudah koordinasi antar perangkat desa. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan informasi desa dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat Desa Buncitan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi desa-desa lain dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Many students are less able to utilize technology including gadgets and artificial intelligence (AI) in the digital era, so they fall into negative impacts but have not been able to utilize the positive impacts of their use, that it is necessary to provide knowledge about the positive and negative impacts of the use of gadgets and AI to students, especially students of SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. As an effort, a seminar was held entitled The Dangers of Gadgets and AI in the Digital Era: Being Wasted or Being Able to Take Opportunities. The seminar was presented on November 7, 2024, attended by 50 students of XII degree from the Visual Communication Design (DKV) department, and the Accounting and Institutional Finance (AKL) department at AK 2 Classromm in the 2nd floor classroom of SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya Jl. Tangkis Turi No.4-6, Simomulyo, Kecamatan Sukomanunggal, Surabaya, East Java. Seminar participants were representatives of all students at SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. The method used in the seminar was the lecture method, which contained case study material inserted in the form of video screenings, then time was given for a question and answer session. There are questions from students asking about the causes of the case study, as well as the phenomenon of gadget and AI use from seminar participants. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the seminar results is using a questionnaire with a linkert scale of 1-4, which compares the pre-test and post-test, with the results of the seminar, namely that there has been an increase in ability with a score of 3.508571429, meaning that there is a significant increase in knowledge by seminar participants.

Abstract

Pendidikan usia dini penting untuk membentuk karakter anak, termasuk sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak (TK). TK Wijaya sebagai mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menyelenggarakan prose belajar mengajar secara Daring di era Pandemi. Walaupun di TK Wijaya tersedia sarana penunjang pembelajaran Daring seperti komputer, koneksi internet, dan situs web, namun pembelajaran secara Daring masih kurang optimal. Pembelajaran Daring hanya menggunakan fitur video call secara synchronous melalui telepon gengam. Hal ini mengharuskan peserta didik hanya dapat berinteraksi dengan guru di saat video call berlangsung. Guru di TK Wijaya belum mengetahui cara membuat video pembelajaran secara Daring, sehingga sarana penunjang Daring yang ada belum bisa dioptimalkan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru TK Wijaya melalui pelatihan pembuatan video sebagai media pembelajaran secara Daring yang mengoptimalkan sarana yang dimiliki, agar mutu pembelajaran dapat meningkat. Hasil pelatihan yaitu guru TK Wijaya telah mampu membuat video pembelajaran secara Daring. Video tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajara Daring secara synchronous maupun asynchronous.
