Abstract

This study looked at how primary school teachers in Awayan Subdistrict were affected by the work environment, work motivation, and performance of principal management. The correlation method is used in this quantitative study. The populace was 156 instructors and 112 respondents were taken as the examination test utilizing relative arbitrary inspecting method. A questionnaire instrument was used for data collection, and descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis were used for data analysis. The outcomes showed that the variable relapse esteem was a positive number like the relapse coefficient of head the executives execution on educator execution (X1-Y) of 0.583, the relapse coefficient of head the board execution on instructor work inspiration (X1-Z) of 0.533, the relapse coefficient of work environment school on instructor execution (X2-Y) of 0.412, the relapse coefficient of work environment on work inspiration (X2-Z) of 0.659, the relapse coefficient of instructor work inspiration on instructor execution (Z-Y) of 0.532, the relapse coefficient of head the board execution by implication through educator work inspiration on instructor execution (X1-Z-Y) of 0.284 and the relapse coefficient of work environment in a roundabout way through educator work inspiration on instructor execution (X2-Z-Y) of 0.351.

Abstract

The presence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning is a challenge in itself for the world of education, in particular, learning technology today. Demands in responding to the globalization of education have appeared before our eyes. Various computer devices and their connections can deliver students to learn quickly and accurately if used correctly and appropriately. Therefore, it requires human resources who are responsive to ICT developments Learning will be more fun if the teacher is able to make ICT-based teaching materials that can increase student creativity. With the use of ICT-based teaching materials in learning, the learning process will be more interesting and can make students more contextual. If we observe carefully, until now teachers have not been able to develop ICT-based learning. In the learning process, the teacher still uses the old method, namely teacher-centered learning, so that students are less able to develop their creativity. This condition is also found in teachers at SD IT Yaumi Fatimah Pati. Where some teachers have not been able to carry out the ICT-based learning process, especially in compiling and making teaching materials, so that the learning process is only traditional, namely by lecturing, a little question and answer. Through community service activities, it will help teachers improve their competence in mastery of ICT which is useful in the learning process.

Abstract

Background: TEM-UMW UVC sterilization cabinets have been designed using door safety systems and timers. Door security systems are designed to avoid exposure to UVC rays in users.  Sterilization is carried out to improve the quality of public health and ensure the cleanliness of an object. Sterilization using exposure to UVC light can decide the survival of micrinorganisms or bacteria. This causes UVC light to be widely used as a sterilizer for non-living objects.  This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of UVC exposure time to bacterial colonies on banknotes. Exposure is done by making one sample as a cocontroller. Methods: This study banknotes are illuminated at intervals of 0, up to 30 minutes using a sterilization cabinet. The number of bacteria on the banknote is calculated by the bacterial culture method and then analyzed using a counter colony. Results: Based on the results of the analysis of known samples without exposure to light, the number of bacteria was about 250 colonies when the first minute of exposure bacteria was reduced to 38 colonies. The number of colonies on banknotes is constantly reduced if the length of exposure is increased. By the 30th minute the number of colonies becomes 6 Conclusions: The results shown Exposure using UVC through strilization cabinets can kill bacteria on banknotes. The optimal exposure time of UVC rays affecting the number of bacterial colonies on the Rp. 2000 banknote is 25 -30 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract

The majority of the residents in Dara Kunci Village rely on the agricultural sector. Maize serves as the primary commodity in alignment with the national food security program. However, only the kernels are utilized, while the cobs remain as agricultural waste. In fact, maize cobs contain substances that can accelerate the growth of mushrooms. Therefore, the Community Service Program (KKN) team from the University of Mataram (UNRAM) initiated a training program on the utilization of maize cobs as mushroom cultivation media, aiming to reduce agricultural waste and develop economically valuable products. Furthermore, it is expected that the people of Dara Kunci Village will be able to implement this mushroom cultivation independently. The applied methodology consisted of two stages, namely surveys and observations, as well as training. The activities were carried out in accordance with the proposed methods. During the training, all stages of mushroom cultivation using maize cobs were explained in detail, including critical aspects that required particular attention. Prior to the training, the team had already cultivated mushrooms as a demonstrative example, proving that this waste utilization is indeed beneficial. In doing so, the team was able to highlight factors that may inhibit mushroom production and provide appropriate solutions to address such issues. Moreover, following the training, several community members successfully cultivated mushrooms within the expected growth period.

Abstract

Health development in Indonesia faces a double burden of disease, namely infectious and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), with cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) accounting for nearly half of NCD-related deaths. Major CVD risk factors are hypertension and obesity, which can be controlled through routine monitoring of blood pressure and body mass index (BMI). This study aims to develop a health kiosk prototype integrating a sphygmomanometer and BMI–fat analyzer. The research consists of three stages: characterization of sensors for blood pressure and body fat measurement, comparison of proximity sensors, and prototype testing. The MPX5050GP pressure sensor achieved an R² of 1 with a sensitivity of 0.012 volts. Proximity sensor characterization showed R² values of 0.9996 (HC-SR04) and 0.9997 (JSN-SR04T), with sensitivities of 0.9943 cm and 0.9831 cm, respectively. The load cell reached an R² of 1 with a sensitivity of 1.0056 kg, while the AD5933 impedance showed R² = 1 and a sensitivity of 0.9999 Ω. Prototype trials with ten samples indicated that blood pressure, BMI, and fat mass measurements were feasible but not yet optimal, with errors in height measurement and limitations in the blood pressure algorithm. Despite these challenges, the successful integration of the sphygmomanometer and BMI–fat analyzer was achieved.
