Abstract

In the development of toddlers, cadres have a role in counseling parents (Mothers) regarding child health, monitoring and stimulation/stimulation/early developmental stimuli as well as reporting to health facilities when finding a child who is late in development.. Judging by child health problemsthere is a rate of developmental deviation in children about 10-17 percent. In order to overcome this, early detection is necessary as an effort to plan the implementation program, and determine the prognosis. The purpose of the study was to find out "an overview of the posyandu cadre's knowledge of the importance of the denver development screening test". This research was conducted on August 6-8, 2020, using qualitative descriptive methods by sampling using Purposive sampling from one cadre in each posyandu of puskesmas working area by tassel women, with a total of 36 cadres. Data retrieval or instrument in the form of questionnaires, then analyzed using percentages. With the results of the respondent's knowledge well categorized as 2 respondents (5.6%), enough as many as 21 respondents (58.3%), and less as many as 13 respondents (36.1%). Cadre knowledge of the importance of DDST inspection in general is sufficient. Therefore, it is expected that there is an effort from puskesmas to further improve the knowledge of cadres through counseling about DDST examination.

Abstract

The most prominent problems in adolescents related to their growth and development are sexuality, the use of illegal drugs (drugs), and HIV/AIDS orknown as the Adolescent Reproductive Health TRIAD (KRR) problem. Reproductive health is a condition of well-being in all aspects related to the function and role of the reproductive system. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru.Research: This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted on June 3, 2021 - September 09, 2021 at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 318 people with the number of samples taken partly from the total population, namely 177 people, the number of research respondents used was 177 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Stratified Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling process technique by dividing the population into strata and then selecting a random sample of each stratum on the population element. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire in the form of a google form link using the Guttman scale, which is a scale whose answers are firm and consistent, such as yes or no, positive and negative, agree and disagree, true and false answers. Research Results: The level of good knowledge of the score (76-100%) on reproductive health as many as 163 respondents (92.09%). Then students who have a sufficient level of knowledge as many as 13 respondents (7.35%) and a level of knowledge less there is 1 respondent (0.56%). Conclusion: The level of knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru is in the good category of 163 respondents (92.09%).

Abstract

Knowledge is the result of "knowing" and this occurs after peoplehave sensed a certain object. Lactation management is a necessary management to support successful breastfeeding. Things that need to be prepared in lactation management during pregnancy are mothers seeking information about the advantages of breastfeeding, the benefits of breastfeeding and the negative impact of formula feeding, mothers check their health during pregnancy, nipple conditions breasts and monitor weight gain during pregnancy, perform breast care since 6 months of pregnancy, mothers seek information about nutrition and additional food during pregnancy. Exclusive Breast Milk (ASI) based on Government Regulation Number of 2012 is breast milk that is given to babies from birth for 6 months. The implementation of breastfeeding can be done properly and correctly if there is complete information about the benefits of breastfeeding and breastfeeding as well as lactation management. Research Objectives: To find out the description of mother's knowledge about lactation management at Payung Sekaki Health Center Pekanbaru. Research: The type of research used is descriptive, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was carried out from 21 July to 10 August 2022, with 50 respondents. Research Results: Proving that the description of mother's knowledge about lactation management is in the good category, 14 respondents (28%), enough for 16 respondents (32%), while less than 20 respondents (40%). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the researcher hopes that mothers can increase their knowledge about lactation management starting from pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding. Health workers should be more active in providing information about the benefits of lactation management.
