Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan produksi daging sapi di Indonesia, siklus perkembangan produksi daging sapi di Indonesia tahun, dan elastisitas impor daging sapi pada faktor harga impor daging sapi, kecukupan, dan pendapatan perkapita di indonesia.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data yang diperoleh dari lembaga FAO STAT (Food and Agriculture Organization), Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Uncomtrade. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk time series selama 20 tahun, yaitu tahun 2000-2019. Analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis trend linier, analisis trend non linier, dan analisis regresi ganda model Cobb douglas. Hasil analisis trend linier produksi daging sapi di Indonesia selama 20 tahun dari tahun 2000-2019 menunjukkan trend negatif. Hasil analisis trend non linier polinemial of orde-4 menunjukkan keadaan siklus naik dan turun selama dua kali. Siklus naik menunjukkan produksi daging sapi meningkat dan siklus turun menunjukkan produksi daging sapi menurun. Sedangkan pada tingkat elastisitas, harga impor daging sapi bersifat elastis terhadap impor daging sapi sebesar -1,2147, elastisitas rasio kecukupan bersifat hampir elastis sebesar -0,9470, dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap impor daging sapi bersifat tidak elastis (inelastis) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,6045.

Abstract

Research has been carried out in the Laboratory of mathematics and natural sciences, almuslim university. The study aims to determine the interaction between concentration and type of leaf Aloe vera L extract to inhibition Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The research method was experimental method. The antibacterial activity assays performed using the diffusion method. The research used Randomized Completely Design (RCD) factorial and three replications. Variables measured were diameter of inhibition formed and color characteristics diameter inhibition. Data were analyzed using analysis of varian (ANOVA), followed by Duncan's test. The results showed there are interaction between the concentration and type of extract Aloe vera L. leaf and Piper betel L leaves to the inhibition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Abstract

The implementation of the INA-CBG system still faces several challenges, including the discrepancy between actual hospital costs and INA-CBG costs. These challenges can be minimized using a comprehensive information system. A Clinical Decision Support System is a system designed to support practitioner decision-making in the clinical management of patients, including the implementation of INA-CBGs. The purpose of this study is to design a CDSS for the implementation of INA-CBGs. This research uses a qualitative method with an Action Research approach divided into four stages, namely (1) Diagnosing Action by identifying challenges and analyzing user needs related to features, databases and display design, (2) Planning Action is carried out by designing Flowcharts, Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams and Prototypes, (3) Taking Action is carried out by designing interface designs using figma which can be accessed via the link https://bit.ly/EvaluasiSistemCDSS and (4) Evaluation which shows the CDSS System score in the implementation of INA-CBG's obtained from the evaluation is above the average global SUS score of 75 and it can be said that the CDSS system in the implementation of INA-CBG's can be accepted by users as a system that can help users in controlling costs.
