Abstract

This study intends to explain learning boredom and ways to overcome it to students in Grade VI at SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas. The type of study used is a qualitative descriptive study where all data has been collected by selecting data to obtain quality data, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results are (1) Efforts to overcome student learning saturation in class VI SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas are to make various ways, such as varied learning methods, make the same approach as students and make evaluations at the end of learning activities where it is feedback on the KBM process , which is used as a reference to improve and increase interest in learning (2) The link in how to overcome boredom can be seen from students when studying, because the methods used when teaching are varied and are not fixed on lectures, especially on globalization material which is considered quite important in social studies learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the performance finance Footwear companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the periods 2012-2016 through analysis of cash flow statements. Method uses in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique uses is analysis of cash flow statements. As for the analysis of the cash flows statements uses is the ratio operating cash flows to current liability, the ratio of operating cash flow to interest, the ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures, the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt, the ratio of operating cash flows to net income. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the financial performance of Footwear Companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period of 5 years (2012-2016) is not good, seen from the results of the calculation of the cash flow ratio operating cash flows to current liability and the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt under 1, describes that PT Primarindo Asia Infrastruktur, Tbk. and PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk.is unable to meet its obligation and its commitments, and some ratio during thin research (2012-2016) also shows a negative value.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini sangat penting dan penting dan memerlukan perhatian segera. Perkembangan motorik kasar anak adalah komponen perkembangan yang sangat penting. Salah satu kegiatan yang meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak adalah rintangan. Anak-anak memperoleh perasaan keseimbangan melalui halangan atau halangan. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas adalah dasar dari penelitian ini. Studi ini dilakukan dari Oktober hingga November 2023.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aspek motorik kasar anak, seperti koordinasi gerak mata dan tubuh di TK HOM PIM PA, dan mengurangi kemungkinan terjatuh saat mereka berlari atau berjalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan motorik kasar anak meningkat sesuai dengan norma perkembangan. Pada hari pertama siklus I, terdapat 6 anak (43 persen) yang dapat melakukan gerakan motorik kasar secara terorganisir dan seimbang, dan pada hari kedua siklus I, 13 anak (93 persen) mulai berkembang pada tahap motorik kasar. Ada bukti bahwa perkembangan motorik kasar kelompok A2 di TK HOM PIM PA dapat ditingkatkan melalui permainan rintangan.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing Islamic mindfulness-based play activities to mitigate child mental health issues in the post-pandemic context.  The study was conducted in Jakarta-Depok kindergartens using a modified Research and development (R&D) approach tailored for educational settings, as per Borg and Gall. The primary aim was to create and evaluate educational tools to foster Islamic mindfulness among young learners. The research involved identifying children's learning challenges post-pandemic and developing and refining educational games and teaching methods. Data collection encompassed observational studies, educator feedback, and direct interaction with children using the developed tools. The analysis evaluated these tools' usability, engagement level, and educational impact. The results highlighted the development of a physical model comprising a 14-chapter guidebook for tea. Still, it is a procedural model that condenses the original ten stages into seven. Essential components include yoga based on prayer movements, activities for enhancing food relationships, self-body awareness exercises, sensory training, gratitude journal writing, and positive affirmations based on Asmaul Husna. Evaluations by material and learning design experts and one-to-one teacher tests affirmed the model's quality. A field trial with 20 children showed enjoyment and preference for gratitude journal writing. Conclusively, the research effectively developed a model for Islamic mindfulness-based play activities, demonstrating the potential to enhance children's mental health post-pandemic. However, limitations such as geographic confinement and individual response variability suggest the need for broader application and further research to assess long-term impacts. This study contributes significantly to educational and psychological interventions, offering a culturally sensitive, holistic child development approach integrating mental health, spirituality, and education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survey dan angket. Populasi berjumlah 362 nasabah, purposive sampling berjumlah 80 responden untuk disebarkan pada calon nasabah/nasabah di Bank Muamalat Cabang Cimahi. Hasil pertama, hasil analisis deskriptif di atas menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing tabungan iB Hijrah Haji meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing sekitar 73,46%. Sedang kepuasan nasabah sebesar 73,53% memiliki kemampuan dalam peningkatan nasabah tabungan iB Hijrah Haji di Bank Muamalat Cabang Cimahi. Kedua, hubungan signifikan variabel keunggulan bersaing produk tabungan iB Hijrah Haji (X) dan kepuasan nasabah (Y), besarnya nilai signifikansi 0,000 dengan p<0,05. Nilai rtabel 0,220 < rhitung 0,572, hubungannya sedang. Nilai R (koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,572 pengaruh kuat pada variable Y dan nilai R Square variabel X dan variabel Y ada hubungan signifikan sebesar 0,327 atau 32,7%, dan 67,3 faktor lain tidak dalam penelitian ini. analisis regresi, koefisien variabel X sebesar 0,473 dengan konstanta sebesar 42,45.  perubahan variabel X akan diikuti oleh perubahan Y secara positif. Uji siginifikansi keunggulan bersaing tabungan iB Hijrah Haji (X) terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y) nilai thitung 6,154 > ttabel 1.9908 (Sig) sebesar 0,000 di bawah alpha 0,000. Artinya ada pengaruh positif keunggulan bersaing tabungan iB Hijrah Haji (X) terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y) pada Bank Muamalat Cabang Cimahi.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled, “Analysis of Euphemisms and Dysphemisms in Online Media News Headlines Tribunsumsel.com”. The background of news headlines in online media that are carelessly made just to attract readers without using language style becomes the author’s concentration.Euphemism and dysphemisms are language styles used by journalist. Expressions with subtle meanings are euphemisms. Expressions with crude or rude meanings are dysphemisms. The lexical semantic approach is the focus of the author because it can describe the meaning of words found in the dictionary. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms and benefits of the use of euphemisms and dysphemisms as well as writing standards in online media headlines Tribunsumsel.com for the periode June-Jully 2022. The research produces descriptive qualitative data with data used in the form of words. The result of this study show that there is the use of euphemism in the form of words and phrases with a total of 7 data and dysphemism on the form of words with a total of 6 data. As well as Tribunsumsel.com which has its own little writing standards.

Abstract

The background is a comprehensive application which summarizes various information and data such as the efforts made by the South Sumatra Provincial Government for regional and community progress, population and employment, agriculture, plantations, population, as well as detailed information regarding the condition of South Sumatra. So this research analyzes "Communication and Informatics Strategies in Increasing People's Needs for News Through the South Sumatra Simata Application. With the aim of the research to find out communication and informatics strategies in increasing the public's need for news through the Simata Sumsel application. The research methodology uses qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, editing and documentation. The results of the research are a comprehensive application which summarizes various information and data such as the efforts that have been made by the South Sumatra Provincial Government for the progress of the region and society, the population and all the prospective needs of the community to detailed information regarding the condition of South Sumatra from the sub-district to district and city levels at this time. "technology has become a necessity," it is time for technological transformation to be necessary, for this reason we created SIMATA to make it easier for local communities to access various data and information related to social, economic, political, geographical and other conditions.

Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang ini kehidupan di masa saat teknologi sudah sangat modern dan juga menjadi alat bahkan pendamping di kehidupan sehari-hari.Kemajuan teknologi itu salah satu nya di tandai dengan adanya internet telah membawa perkembangan besar terhadap perkembangan manusi sehingga manusia dapat lebih cepat mendapatkan informasi meskipun di satu sisi internet mempunyai manfaat yang besar tetapi dia juga tidak luput dari kelemahan atau dampak negatif dari internet tersebut karena dari internet orang dapat mengakses apa saja sehingga dapat merusak manusia dan lebih berdampak untuk remaja salah satunya dengan mengakses judi online. Melihat hal terebut peneliti bermaksud untuk mengetahui (1) Apa saja bentuk – bentuk perjudian online yang di mainkan remaja Desa Singapura Kecamatan Kikim Barat Kabupaten Lahat?, (2) Bagaimana strategi komnikasi dakwah tokoh agama dalam mengatasi perjudian online pada remaja desa singapura kecamatan kikim barat kabupaten lahat?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumemtasi. Selanjutnya untuk analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bentuk- bentuk perjudian online yang biasanya dimainkan oleh remaja desa Singapura kecamatan kikim barat diantaranya: Slot, Poker, Roulatte Casino,Parlai Bola Kaki dan Togel. (2) Strategi komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh tokoh agama desa Singapura dalam mengatasi perjudian online diklanan rmaja dilakukan dengan melalui musik dan olahraga.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Representation of Women in the Film Boston Strangler (Discourse Analysis of Jager & Maier)". The film Boston Strangler by Matt Ruskin is a film that shows women journalists, that they are able to complete their duties as journalists in solving and finding the mastermind behind the serial murder cases in the city of Boston. because at that time they experienced sexism in the workplace. Sexism is prejudice and discrimination based on gender. This research aims to determine the representation of women in the Boston Strangler film. The research method used is a qualitative research method with primary and secondary data types and sources, primary data is the data source taken through Film Boston from the Telegram application. Secondary data was taken in the form of references such as internet books and scientific journals. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is discourse analysis according to Jager & Maier with six stages in the process, including: making a film summary, determining characters, looking for representative conversations, forms of action, materializing objects and theorizing film themes. The results of this research show that there are female roles depicted in several film scenes such as dialogue, behavior and the characteristics presented by Loretta as a journalist at that time. Apart from that, this research shows that women are represented as strong, active and independent women in carrying out their duties as female journalists and as housewives.

Abstract

This research is entitled Semiotic Analysis of Journalistic Photos of the Football Tragedy at Kanjuruhan Stadium on the Online Media Detik.Com. The Kanjuruhan tragedy is a bloody football tragedy which resulted in many victims falling and hundreds of lives lost. This bloody tragedy occurred on October 1 2022 at the Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang. Detik.com. The aim of the research is to find out how the analysis of photojournalism published by online media detik.com regarding the Kanjuruhan Tragedy at the Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang is explained through signifiers and signifieds. This research uses qualitative research methods with a research approach by Ferdinand De Saussure. Then this research uses primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation methods. This research concludes that every photo of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy that has been examined has a fairly representative meaning in depicting the atmosphere at the time the Kanjuruhan Tragedy occurred. These several photos can explain to us how scary and terrible it was when the tragedy was taking place.
