Abstract

Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di kalangan remaja dipengaruhi oleh orang tua. Kenyataan masih banyak orang tua yang sibuk dengan pekerjannya sehingga tidak terlalu memperhatikan masalah kesehatan reproduksi anaknya. Akibatnya kebanyakan remaja masih menganggap tabu untuk membicarakan masalah kesehatan reproduksinya dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang materi sosialisasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja dilihat dari jenis pekerjaan orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsitif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Gebog memiliki rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja sebesar 78%. Jumlah responden yang tuntas 31 orang. Nilai rata-rata melebihi KKM yaitu >65. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa BPMPKB telah berhasil dalam melaksanakan sosialisasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Gebog. Orang tua yang bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta memiliki anak dengan pengetahuan sangat tinggi terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Abstract___________________________________________________________________The knowledge degree in terms of the teenage reproduction heath in the youngsters are influenced by the parents. In reality, there are so many people that are so busy with their work which makes them unaware of what happened in their children’s reproduction health. The consequence of this problem is that most teenagers think that talking about their reproduction health with their parents is considered to be taboo. This study aims to know the degree of students’ knowledge in terms of the material on socialiszation of teenage reproduction health seen from the kind of job owned by the parents. The technique of collecting the data used tests and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data used percentage descriptive. The results showed that the students of the twelfth graders of SMA Negeri 1 Gebog had the average of 78% knowledge in terms of teenage reproduction health. The number of respondents that got more than the minimum score of 65 was 31 people. It could be said that BPMPKB had succeeded in doing socialization in teenage reproduction health done in SMA Negeri 1 Gebog. Parents that work as a private employees have children that own high degree of knowledge in teenage reproduction health.

Abstract

Character formation is needed not only at school but also at home, in the social environment. The current program no longer targets young people attending early childhood education, but also adults. It is very important to maintain the life of this nation. The competition imagined what would unfold in the following years. Of course it will be a burden for us and our parents at this time. Children have to compete with their peers from various countries around the world. Even those of us who are still working in the future feel the same way. To demand quality human resources in the next millennium, good character is definitely needed. However, character is the main goal of an individual.

Abstract

Construction is the process of building facilities and infrastructure in civil engineering and architecture. Construction projects have unique characteristics. The main factor is the location of the workplace, which is exposed to all weather conditions and has limited working hours. Thus, the construction services sector is at high risk of experiencing significant accident costs. A healthy and safe work environment is obtained from the implementation of a well-done Work Health and Safety Management System (SMK3). The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of SMK3 at the South Kalimantan Provincial Parliament Office Building site and the constraints of SMK3 implementation.Data collection involved interviews and questionnaires to respondents related to OHS to obtain primary data, as well as secondary data from references from books, journals and previous research. The data was then analyzed using product moment correlation testing validity and Cronbach's Alpha method testing reliability and calculating the average value (mean). The variables of the study were the Work Health and Safety Management System (X1) and the Obstacles to the Implementation of SMK3 (X2).The results of the analysis of the implementation of the Work Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) carried out at the location of the South Kalimantan Provincial DPRD Office Building in Banjabaru show that the project has implemented various OSH programs while the most significant obstacle in the implementation of work safety and health is related to the tendency of workers who work without using PPE. Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), OHS implementation, OHS Implementation Constraints.
