Abstract

Pendidikan karakter dimaknai sebagai pendidikan nilai, budi pekerti, pendidikan moral, pendidikan watak yang tujuannya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik untuk memberikan keputusan baik buruk, mewujudkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan sepenuh hati sebagai cita-cita luhur dalam dunia pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, maka pendidikan karakter akan terlaksana jika selaras dengan sistem pendidikan nasional. Penyelengaraan pendidikan sistem pendidikan disebuah negara akan berbeda dengan negara lainnya, karena sistem pendidikan yang diselenggarakan diberbagai negara mempunyai ciri yang sesuai dengan latar belakang budaya masing-masing negara. Dalam pendidikan karakter harus melibatkan aspek seperti: kognitif, afektif, konatif, dan psikomotorik yang harus dikembangkan sebagai suatu keutuhan (holistik) dalam konteks kultural. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan yang telah diajarkan Al qur?an, yaitu pendidikan yang mengedepankan Akhlak. Al-Qur?an dengan sangat tegas memberikan solusi yang nyata kepada kita untuk mengembangkan kesadaran spiritual, emosional, dan intelektual yang tidak hanya menjadi teori, tetapi Al qur?an memerintahkan untuk menerjemahkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a demand that must be met by every madrasa and schools in the era of globalization. Management of facilities and infrastructure is very important, because with the management of existing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions will be maintained and their use clear. Management of the planning process, organizing, leadership and control of the efforts of members of the organization by using all organizational resources to achieve the stated goals. Management is a skill to move and control others to achieve predetermined goals. Educational facilities for all equipment, ingredient, and furniture that is directly used in the education process at school. Educational infrastructure is related to all basic equipment that indirectly supports the implementation of the learning process in schools. The emphasis on this understanding is on its nature, the means are direct and the infrastructure is not direct in supporting the learning process. The Head of Madrasah and also representatives of the Facilities and Infrastructure sector have done a good planning, but still there are things that have not been maximized from the plan, in terms of organization, mobilization has been done but in madrasas still less administration staff, and supervision has also been carried out well, while the obstacles faced are lack of infrastructure, lack of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, funding and planning issues have not been maximized and lack of administrative staff. All managers of educational institutions should pay serious and monitored attention to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, because educational facilities and means is one of the determining factors for the formation of an effective and efficient quality of education.

Abstract

Measuring teacher performance is an important part of the educational management control process, both public and private education organizations. However, because the nature and characteristics of public education sector organizations differ from those of the private sector, such performance must be measured and reported in the form of a performance report. There are also differences in the emphasis and orientation of performance measurement. The objectives of the performance appraisal in the public sector are: Knowing the level of achievement of educational organizational goals, providing learning facilities for educational personnel, improving the performance of education personnel for the next period, providing systematic consideration in making decisions about giving rewards and punishments to educational personnel, motivating educational staff, creating accountability for educational organizations.

Abstract

After covid 19, The educational institutions began to switch status from online to offline in accordance with applicable government policies. According to the results of the research found by researchers, pre-adolescent behavior patterns experienced a significant increase which was usually difficult to manage to become increasingly difficult to regulate until it was out of control. The way the teacher overcomes this problem is by instilling the value of Islamic religious education in the form of religious, intellectual, moral, psychological, and social values. The findings made by researchers show that educators instill these values so that the behavior patterns of pre-adolescent gradually change. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. This research collected the data by structured interview method and took samples by using the convenience sampling technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Melalui Percobaan Sains Sederhana Di Kelompok Bermain Pelangi RT.11 Desa Pematang Gadung Kecamatan Mersam. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilakukan 2 Siklus dan setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak dengan usia 5 - 6 tahun yang tergabung dalam Kelompok B dan berjumlah 14 anak, yang terdiri dari 7 anak perempuan dan 7 anak laki-laki. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kognitif anak di Kelompok Bermain Pelangi pada awal sebelum tindakan sebesar 41% yaitu ada 2 anak yang mulai berkembang kemampuan kognitif nya. Pada siklus 1 pertemuan ke-1 didapat hasil sebesar 59% yaitu anak yang berkembang menjadi 4 anak, kemudian di siklus 1 pertemuan ke-2 di peroleh hasil sebesar 68% yaitu anak yang berkembang menjadi  7 anak. Dan hasil pada Siklus 2 pertemuan ke-1 didapat hasil sebesar 78% yaitu jumlah anak yang berkembang meningkat menjadi 11 anak, kemudian pada siklus 2 pertemuan ke-2 didapat hasil sebesar 86% yaitu anak yang berkembang menjadi 12 anak. Selisih peningkatan hasil pada Pra Siklus ke Siklus 1 adalah sebesar 27% dan selisih Siklus 1 ke Siklus 2 adalah sebesar 18%. Hasil penelitian ini sudah memenuhi indikator pencapaian sebesar 80%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode percobaan sains sederhana dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kognitif, Percobaan Sains Sedehana

Abstract

Abstract The Research was intended to increase children’s cognitive abilities through simple science experiments In Rainbow Playgroup at RT.11 village Pematang Gadung District Mersam. This study is a class action research. Studies are conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle were performed 2 meetings. The subject of this study is five or six years old kids in the group B and 14 children, consisting of 7 girls and 7 boys. The method used for data collections was observation and documentation. The results show that a child’s cognitive abilities in the rainbow playgroup at the beginning of 41% action in which 2 childrens begin was to developed cognitive abilities. In the 1 1st meeting cycle 59% of the children grew to 4, and then in the 1 2nd meeting 68% of the children grown to 7. And the results of the 2 1st meeting cycle were 78% of the number of children growing to 11, and then in the 2 2nd meeting cycle the result was 86% of the children growing to 12. The difference in improvement on pre-cycle to cycle 1 is 27% and cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 18%. The result of this study has already met the achievement indicators by 80%. The results of this study suggest thst simple scientific methods of experimentation can improved children’s children’s cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Character formation is needed not only at school but also at home, in the social environment. The current program no longer targets young people attending early childhood education, but also adults. It is very important to maintain the life of this nation. The competition imagined what would unfold in the following years. Of course it will be a burden for us and our parents at this time. Children have to compete with their peers from various countries around the world. Even those of us who are still working in the future feel the same way. To demand quality human resources in the next millennium, good character is definitely needed. However, character is the main goal of an individual.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh menggambar tangan bebas terhadap keterampilan mendongeng anak di KB Nusa Indah II Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah 20 siswa, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa, 7 siswa penelitian, dan 13 siswa penelitian. Alat utama yang digunakan adalah survei. Hipotesis penelitian yang penulis lakukan di KB Nusa Indah II Desa Amper Tuo Kecamatan Muara Tembesi Kabupaten Batang Hari bahwa keterampilan mendongeng gambar tangan anak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan mendongeng anak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil uji ANOVA pada tabel di atas menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 2,302 dan nilai F tabel sebesar 0,23, nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (2,302 > 0,23) yang berarti variabel bebas (x) diplot secara bersama-sama (bersamaan) berarti memiliki Hal ini berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kemampuan bercerita (Y) dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian 'pengaruh gambar bebas terhadap kemampuan mendongeng' adalah 'diterima'. Indikator Karakter Bebas: Kreativitas, Imajinasi, Inovasi, dan Mendongeng Indikator: Kefasihan, Penalaran, Keberanian. Dengan cara ini, pengaruh menggambar bebas terhadap keterampilan membaca anak berdampak besar pada keterampilan anak.
