Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah modal intelektual yang dimiliki oleh anggota pembuat ikan asap yang berupa human capital sudah diberdayakan secara optimal. Dengan optimalisasi human capital diharapkan kinerja usaha akan meningkat. Peningkatan kinerja dapat diketahui melalui proses produksi yang semakin efektif, omset penjualan semakin meningkat dimbangi dengan pendapatan yang meningkat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha yang berupa skill yang dimiliki individu, kemampuan dan keahlian belum dikelola secara optimal, karena secara umum usaha yang dikelola adalah usaha turun temurun dan 80 pelaku usaha pengasapan ikan asap yang tergabung dalam anggota merupakan penduduk setempat yang mata pencaharian utamanya adalah memproduksi ikan asap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital yang terdiri dari Human Capital, Structual Capital, Customer Capital terhadap Bussines Performance UMKM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 49 UMKM yang bergerak di bidang non jasa di Kabupaten Kudus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari ketiga variabel (Human Capital, Structual Capital, Customer Capital) memberikan kontribusi terhadap Bussines Performance UMKM. Sehingga Intellectual Capital mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor non jasa di Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui sistem kerja laporam keuangan PT. Mayora Indah. Tbk periode tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021 dengan menerapkan metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam memeriksa sistem kerja laporan keuangan. Dan menggunakan model analisis Du Pont Sistem yang meliputi Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier dan Return on Equity (ROE). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Perhitungan metode model analisi Du Pont Sistem memperoleh hasil bahwa Equity Multiplayer menunjukkan hasil cukup bagus dalam periode tahun 2019 sampai dengan periode 2021. Dan hasil dari Return on Equity (ROE) dan Return on Investment (ROI) memperoleh hasil cukup efektif . (TATO) menghasilkan hasil yang cukup efisien untuk mendapatkan asset dari penjualan

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan investasi merupakan hal penting dalam aktivitas bisnis dan investasi. Artikel ini membahas tentang proses pengambilan keputusan investasi yang efektif. Pertama-tama, diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai tujuan investasi dan risiko yang terkait dengan investasi tersebut. Selanjutnya, calon investor perlu melakukan penelitian dan analisis pasar untuk mengidentifikasi potensi keuntungan dan risiko yang terkait dengan investasi. Proses pengambilan keputusan investasi juga melibatkan evaluasi portofolio investasi yang sudah ada dan menentukan apakah perlu dilakukan perubahan atau penyesuaian. Selain itu, pemilihan aset yang tepat dan diversifikasi portofolio juga merupakan faktor kunci dalam mengoptimalkan hasil investasi dan mengurangi risiko. Dalam mengambil keputusan investasi, faktor psikologis dan emosional juga perlu diperhatikan. Investor harus dapat mengatasi bias dan emosi yang dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan yang rasional. Pengambilan keputusan investasi yang efektif juga memerlukan pengelolaan risiko yang tepat. Calon investor perlu memahami risiko yang terkait dengan investasi dan mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan risiko yang tepat. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran umum tentang proses pengambilan keputusan investasi yang efektif. Dalam melakukan investasi, setiap investor harus mempertimbangkan tujuan, risiko, analisis pasar, diversifikasi portofolio, pengelolaan risiko, serta faktor psikologis dan emosional. Dengan demikian, investor dapat mengoptimalkan hasil investasi mereka dan meminimalkan risiko yang terkait dengan investasi.

Abstract

Muria Kudus University's Community Service Program (PKM) this time is partnering with the Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) throughout Kudus Regency which will be held at SMK 1 Kudus. This activity aims to increase knowledge related to accounting applications by providing an introduction to online accounting software (Accurate) for the Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) throughout Kudus Regency. The form of this activity is training and assistance in using accounting applications via technology assisted by Accurate online from March 29 - April 3 2024 in collaboration with PT Ultima Tekno Solusindo. Followed by a tryout for the Certified Accurate Professional (CAP) exam on April 12 2024, at the Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference in Kudus Regency, until they receive the Certified Accurate Professional (CAP) title. So it is hoped that this knowledge will be useful for accounting students and the wider community. The output of this activity is increased improvement in Human Resources (HR), increased knowledge for the Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference throughout Kudus Regency, as well as outputs in community service journals.

Abstract

UMKM need to increase their productivity through technological improvements, so that the production process becomes more effective and efficient. Service partners are UMKM engaged in the food and beverage sector in Kudus Regency, namely Catering Bu Yati. The problem faced is the low management of the business and the unpreparedness of resources in the face of technological change so that the business is managed conventionally and traditionally. This service method uses technological guidance, application training and business management assistance. The output of this activity is the use of neat applications, increased income, as well as national seminars and publications through scientific articles in the form of proceedings or service journals.

Abstract

The increasing development of technology has an impact on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), one of which is the AJ Lencana business owned by Mr. Najib which is in Bacin Village, Kudus. The development of business activities from year to year has increased, but sales are only in the area of Central Java residents. It has not been able to spread to the wider community and the marketing that has been running is very, very limited and there has been no touch of social media in efforts to market the product. The solutions offered by the service team to help several problems faced by partners are, social media strategy training to improve product marketing, helping partners to increase sales, expanding partner markets through online shops so that sales can be wider, not only around Central Java. The aim of the Service Team is to move the rural economy to remain productive and be able to utilize technology to help its business activities, as well as increase the sales turnover of partner business activities by utilizing social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of owner perceptions, education, socialization, business scale and business age on the application of the Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) on sharia-based MSMEs in Kudus Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design, with the data used are primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires, with the method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 100 used purposive sampling technique with the criteria of Sharia-based MSMEs in Kudus Regency. The results showed that the variable owner perception, business scale, and business age had no effect on the application of SAK EMKM. Education and socialization have a positive effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM. The limitations of this study are that the independent variable is only able to influence the implementation of SAK EMKM by 28% and the object is only limited to sharia based MSMEs in Kudus Regency, so it cannot be generalized.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business scale, company age, accounting knowledge, and educational background on the use of accounting information with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variabel. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is UKM in Jepara Regency. The sample used is 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is MRA. The result of this study indicates that business scale, company age, accounting knowledge, and educational background have no effect on the use of accounting information, and environmental uncertainty is not able to moderate the independent variabels in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Troso Weaving Festival in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia, with formation as cultural value co-creation. Professional organizers and event experience can impact the emergence of a sense of happiness and unforgettable experience, leading to loyal consumers. Continuous consumers feel loyal and willing to volunteer to invite people to follow the Troso Weaving going to Troso Universal Coverage. This research method uses an exploratory approach considering the need to uncover new insights, understand complex relationships, and overcome existing knowledge gaps in co-creation. The respondents in this study were Troso Weaving Festival Visitors of 310 respondents. This study uses the theory of social cognitive approach to form the cultural value of co-creation. The analysis tool used a structural equation model by partial least squares. The research showed that Professional organizers positively affect the event experience. Entertainment, social contact and interaction, exploration of culture, and togetherness as cultural values are influential in experiencing event festival visitors. Event experience has contributed to mediating Professional organizers in cultural values co-creation. This implies that festivals can involve customers in creating co-creation value, which impacts Troso weaving worldwide, thus creating economic growth in Indonesia.
